Mad Rush is a newly launched online gambling house, which offers its players access to Slots, Table Games and unique Live gaming experiences. The casino also makes a good first impression with its robust set of Welcome bonuses and the fair deposit conditions. Given the fact it is regulated by an European licensing body, we expected nothing less from the house!
However, even though new casinos are usually quite exciting to explore, we cannot really recommend you do so with this one. At least not until you learn about its downsides, which we unfortunately found to be quite significant. For one, the library of games we found on the website of Mad Rush turned out to be too shallow. Secondly, after its pleasant initial deposit bonuses, the casino did not have much to offer at all, in terms of promotions. Thirdly, the payment mentions we could access turned out to be fairly few, which means players would be unfairly restricted when it comes to cashing in to the house, or when cashing out from it.
Overall, there is a lot to cover with this casino. The full review of it which we have prepared below will go over the details we just mentioned as well as any other one of the most significant aspects of the house which you need to know about. So, without further ado, here's our thoughts on Mad Rush:
Bonuses
Most casinos nowadays offer a range of different enticing promotions. Starting off from their Welcome bonuses which are issued whenever someone makes their first deposit with the house, through many Recurring promotions which make it worthwhile to keep cashing in, these are some of the most sought-after features of any online casino.
How does Mad Rush implement its bonuses? Well, there are six excellent promotions which you can claim over the course of the first six times you cash in to the house. But afterwards, you are pretty much going to be out of luck, as the house does not have many Recurring bonuses at all! Here is an outline of what it has available in terms of bonus offers:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
First Deposit Bonus | €20 | 200% + 2000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Second Deposit Bonus | €20 | 200% + 2000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Third Deposit Bonus | €20 | 100% + 1000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Fourth Deposit Bonus | €20 | 100% + 1000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Fifth Deposit Bonus | €20 | 50% + 1000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Sixth Deposit Bonus | €20 | 50% + 1000 spins | 0x | €10000 |
Rewards | - | Unspecified | - | - |
Challenges | - | Unspecified | - | - |
Let's start our coverage with the Welcome Package. As we said, it is made up of six distinct bonuses, which can be claimed in sequence. These bonuses have a lot of things in common – for instance, their minimum deposit. This has been set to €20, an amount we find to be what most casinos nowadays tend to require their players come up with. Furthermore, all of the bonuses feature different amounts of Free Spins you can get, there are no cash rewards.
The promotions each have a maximum cash out limit of €10 000. Such restrictions are commonplace nowadays, and a lot of casinos implement them. If anything, this cash out limit is quite high, when one considers that the Welcome Bonuses offered by this casino have no wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is a pretty integral part of bonuses nowadays, and represents a certain amount of times you need to wager the money won from the promotion. However, Mad Rush is very unusual in that regard, and allows you to cash out your winnings directly, as long as they are within the limit.
Now, let's take a look at what each of the bonuses has to offer the player:
- The First and Second Deposit Bonuses are the most generous from the whole bundle. That is because these promotions award you with 2 Free Spins for every €1 you cash in. The maximum you can get from them is 2000 Free Spins, which is a very significant amount!
- After the flagship promotions, you can get one spin for every €1 from your next two deposits. The Third and Fourth Deposit Bonus have a 100% conversion rate in that sense, and award you with up to 1000 Spins, another massive bundle.
- Finally, the least rewarding bonuses are saved for last. These are the Fifth and Sixth Deposit Bonuses. Just like the previous promotions, the amount of spins you get from them depends on how much you've deposited, but you get a Spin for every €2 you cash in instead. Now, that's not bad by itself, and the bonuses seem lackluster only because the previous promotions were so good. The maximum amount of Spins you can earn from them is still 1000.
We are very happy with the Welcome bonuses of this casino. However, this is where our praise for it ends. The house has a couple of bonuses it supposedly awards the players afterwards, but they are very vaguely defined. Let's take a look at the Recurring promotions with Mad Rush:
- First off, the casino features Rewards. Supposedly, you can get these by verifying your phone number and waiting for a special offer from the house. These Rewards seem to be deposit bonuses which provide players with Free Spins and extra cash, but we don't really know much about them aside from that. The casino has not specified their maximum values or the conditions around cashing out. We suspect these bonuses do have wagering requirements, and they might have their own special maximum win values, but we cannot say for sure.
- Secondly, there's a page on the Mad Rush website which is labelled Challenges. This page is empty at the time of writing, and it is possible that the Challenges are not added yet. The casino has launched incredibly recently as of writing, after all, and it seems like this feature needed more time to be complete. From what we've seen, similar bonuses with other casinos include you completing several tasks, like betting on certain games, or cashing in within a certain day. They reward players with either Free Spins, Bonus cash or even tokens to be used within an in-house Bonus shop. Mad Rush does not have such a Bonus shop and so it's possible the rewards from its Challenges will be more conventional. Either way, there's no way to know until the casino starts actually handing out these tasks!
There are also a couple of Tournaments available with this casino. These are time-gated competitions, hosted by the Game suppliers which the house has partnered with. At the time of writing, these included the legendary Drops and Wins by Pragmatic Play, alongside two smaller Tournaments.
Participating in either one of these competitions is as simple as playing the games of the host Suppliers. That way, you will be ranked against other players over the runtime of the Tournament. If you manage to win the most and score the first place on the leaderboard, you will get a huge prize, but there are usually rewards for the first runner-ups too. In the case of Drops and Wins, the top players every week get a total of €225 000 distributed between them. What's more, there are the daily Drops which reward one player at random with €35 000. We find these to be some very enticing competitions to take part in, because the money from them can be freely withdrawn from the casino.
However, the Tournaments cannot be a replacement for good deposit bonuses. There isn't really any guarantee you will win anything from them, while a casino's promotions can generally be claimed in a predictable manner. We do hope to see Mad Rush expand its own bonus offerings in the future.
License
When it comes to regulation, it is incredibly important to be deal only with a casino you can be sure can be trusted. That is why we are happy to report that Mad Rush is fully licensed, by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB). Here is what the casino has to say about its license:
The casino claims to be operated by Frenwall Limited, which is licensed by the ETCB. We immediately followed up on that claim, and were taken to the register of the regulator, where the following licenses had been issued for Frenwall Ltd.:
The register also allowed us to see the license of the casino operator which runs Mad Rush – here is what that looks like, if you're curious:
Estonia is not really a popular regulatory destination for casino operators, but it still has a number of rules which they need to comply with, and a list of protections players have access to as a result:
- License holders with the Board need to provide players with certain self-exclusion options. Most notable among them is the ability to set custom deposit limits, as that is something players need to be offered as soon as they make their account.
- Another rule which licensed casinos need to comply with, in terms of ensuring responsible gambling, is to make sure they verify the identity of their players. That is necessary to prevent underage gambling. Anyone under 21 years old, the legal age for gambling in Estonia, needs to be excluded from opening an account and betting.
- Finally, the requirement to verify the identity of the player ensures that licensed houses cannot be used to launder money, or engage in any such illicit activities. This helps create a safer and more mature gambling environment for everyone!
In general, we believe that licensed casinos are superior to their unregulated counterparts, and are happy that Mad Rush is operated under a license, too.
On another note, let's get back to our review. The casino has the following language versions for its website:
Languages: English
And here is a list of the jurisdictions, in which online gambling is strictly prohibited, or where Mad Rush does not accept clients from due to its internal policies:
Restricted countries: Afghanistan, Albania, American Samoa, Anguilla, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Cambodia, Congo (Brazzaville), Fiji, Ghana, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Korea, North, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Show All, Pakistan, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Seychelles, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Vanuatu, Virgin Islands, U.S., Yemen, Zimbabwe
Players from these are not going to be able to open an account with Mad Rush.
Finally, we would like to mention that Frenwall Limited, the operator running the casino we are covering is also behind a number of other exciting gambling houses. Here are the latest of our reviews regarding them, if you are curious:

Deposit and Withdrawal
When it comes to depositing with the casino, there does not seem to be a lot of reliable means of doing so. The house accepts credit cards and a couple of popular e-wallets. However, that's not really good enough when its competition can also take e-vouchers, crypto and localized payment methods like Canada's Interac, all to make it easier for players to cash in.
At the same time, we do consider the actual conditions around depositing to be quite reasonable. Here is what those are, as well as what currencies you can open an account in:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €20 | €1000 | Instant | Free |
AstroPay | €20 | €2500 | Instant | Free |
Revolut | €20 | €1000 | Instant | Free |
MiFinity | €20 | €2500 | Instant | Free |
Currencies: Euro (EUR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), South African Rand (ZAR)
Note that the Euro is the default account currency, and if you wish to change it to one of the other ones in the list above, you will need to do so by contacting the casino's support.
The minimum deposit is set to €20. Even though that is a bit on the high end of what minimum deposits tend to be nowadays, between €10 and €20, we still find it to be a fairly compelling amount. There are no fees by the casino, but if there are third party charges, you will need to cover them. These charges can occur because of the policies of the payment provider, and the player is expected to pay them in nearly any online casino nowadays.
Overall, we are happy with the deposit conditions. Let's take a look at what withdrawing from Mad Rush looks like:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Bank | €20 | €5000 | up to 3 days | Free |
AstroPay | €20 | €5000 | up to 3 days | Free |
MiFinity | €20 | €5000 | up to 3 days | Free |
Once again, we wish we saw more options to cash out with. The house offers to process your withdrawals via bank transfers if you've cashed in via credit card or Revolut and, other than that, it lets you withdraw via AstroPay and MiFinity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20, which is perfectly competitive. What's more, we like the fact that the maximum withdrawal is set to €5000 per transaction. There is a daily limit of €10 000, as well as a monthly limit of €50 000. Both of these are excellent amounts, and most casinos are a bit more restrictive when it comes to how much you can cash out at once.
We should mention that you are expected to wager your deposited funds at least once before you withdraw anything. Otherwise, you will be charged with a fee of 30% of the withdrawal size. That is a common policy which casinos nowadays tend to adopt as part of their measures to combat money laundering, though, and we did expect to see it with the Terms and Conditions of Mad Rush as well. The only charge you will have to deal with is the third party fees we mentioned with regards to deposits, as they are applicable here, too.
Futhermore, the processing times for withdrawals are impressive. The house says that the first time you cash out, it will need you to complete its KYC process, which can take up to three days. This is how long most casinos tend to take to process withdrawals too. However, any subsequent cash out is said to be instant! Note that this does not mean delays are impossible, and there are any, they can only be caused by fault of the payment provider.
Finally, there are fees for inactive accounts. Such fees are also common, usually starting to be accrued when you have failed to log in for 12 months. Mad Rush only starts charging you when your account has been inactive for 30 months, or five years, as you can see from the following clause in its Terms and Conditions:
The size of the fee is just €5 per month, which is very low, too. In general, we are quite impressed with this approach to inactivity fees!
Games and Game Suppliers
The biggest issue with the casino has to do with the way its games library is structured. We found that Mad Rush does not provide players with a list of the Game Suppliers. Given the fact it has around 1900 games in total, we cannot say that the casino features as many suppliers as we expect. Most likely, there are around 20 of these software developers, 30 at most. Houses nowadays launch with upwards of 50, which makes Mad Rush fairly uncompetitive.
What's more, we had to scour the games library of the house in order to find out who these Suppliers it had partnered with are, when such information is normally made much more readily available. Nevertheless, here is who we saw listed among the games of the house:
Game providers: Evolution, PragmaticPlay, Stakelogic, Relax Gaming, Iron Dog Studio, Playson, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, 1x2gaming, Gamevy, ELK, Nolimit City, Spinomenal, Reevo, RubyPlay, Red Rake, AvatarUX, Yggdrasil, Lightning Box, Other
There are some pretty big names in the list above, like Pragmatic Play and Spinomenal. Here is what you can play by them:
- Slots: There are a good number of Slots you can enjoy, from classics like Reactoonz, Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Pimped 2, Wolf's Gold and so on, to new and exciting games you can discover. However, these were not ordered by their themes, and filtering them by their developer proved impossible, which makes for a very poor browsing experience!
- Table Games: Both live and virtual dealer versions of Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack and Rouletters are available, and we are very happy to see Mad Rush offer all these classics. We only wish there was a way to filter out only Poker tables, or only Roulettes, to make finding what you want to play easier.
- Game Shows: Among the Live Casino section of the website, we discovered that MadRush features a number of fun Game Shows, like, for instance, Crazy Time, Funky Time and Sweet Bonanza. Once again, the issue we have is that these games are not separated from the rest of the live gaming experiences, making finding them a lot of work!
Conclusion
MadRush suffers from its disorganized and shallow games library the most, but other than that, it is a good casino. Even with its rather limited amount of payment methods and bonuses, we can recommend checking the house out if you can live with how little games there are. However, there might be better options, so don't hesitate to browse our website some more and check out our other reviews as well.
