Zeslots

Zeslots is a small international casino that has recently started offering services to clients around the globe. There are very few good things we can say about this enterprise – and a ton of bad ones.

Probably the most bothersome thing about Zeslots is the fact that they are an unregulated company that claims to be fully licensed. This is already a huge red flag. If this is not enough for you to reconsider opening an account with them, we would like to point out that you would only be able to play slots and Keno with Zeslots – no other games were offered. The variety of payment methods was poor and the bonuses were disappointing, to say the least. Finally, Zeslots does not even offer decent, around-the-clock customer support.

We have provided more details on why we think this casino is a horrible choice in the following review.

Zeslots Bonuses

Zeslots offers very few bonuses – and the conditions tied to those bonuses were quite unclear:

There is supposedly a No Deposit Bonus which is great. However, Zeslots did not mention anything specific about this promotion on the website – we had to dig through the Terms and Conditions to find out more on the subject. And even so, some conditions around this bonus were quite unclear. As the name suggests, this bonus does not require a deposit – but the size of the bonus itself was not specified. The wagering requirements were said to be 10 times the deposit which is a lot lower than average. There was, however, a cash-out limit – 10x – which is quite standard in this industry.

The 200% Welcome Bonus is credited after your first deposit – the maximum amount of money you could receive was not specified. Zeslots did not mention how big of a deposit you would have to make in order to get the bonus, however. Since the minimum deposit amount is generally €10, that might also be the amount you have to deposit in order to get this promotion – but we cannot be sure of that. The wagering requirements here a higher but still quite standard – 35 times the deposit plus the bonus. The conditions surrounding the cash-out limit were also quite weird. The maximum amount of bonus money that can be withdrawn balance is equal to lifetime deposits (up to €250). So if you have deposited a total of €100, you will be able to only withdraw that amount.

There are also two Cashback promotions – one for regular clients, and one for VIP clients:

• The 30% Cashback grants you a refund on each of your deposits and is credited 48 hours after you have deposited. This is quite unusual – such promotions usually only take into account the amount of money the player has lost and grant a refund on those losses. There is a cash-out limit of 10x.
• VIP clients can get a bigger Cashback of 45%. Anyone who has deposited more than €2000 in the previous month will be considered a VIP client. The cash-out limit is, once again, 10x but no additional details were provided.

As a whole, we were not very impressed with the bonus offers Zeslots presented us with. The casino did not provide a lot of detailed information about those promotions – we are not even sure what the minimum deposit amounts for most of them are. This is not information a legitimate, respectable casino would just forget to mention. The variety of promotional offers was also not something to write home about.

Many big casinos offer dozens of great bonuses that come with very clear conditions. Keep that in mind when choosing who to deposit with and always make sure that everything around the bonus is crystal clear before opening an account.

Zeslots License

Zeslots is based in Curaçao and claims to be licensed by one of the four master license holders in the country – Curaçao eGaming. What the casino was missing, however, was any clear data regarding regulation. Every legitimate e-gambling website will make sure to provide such information at the bottom of the homepage along with the logo of the regulator. After that, you can just click on that logo and you will be redirected to the regulator's website where you can verify the license.

It is no wonder that Zeslots did not include these elements on its homepage – when we checked the register of Curaçao eGaming, we found out that this is an unregulated company.

This means that the casino has flat-out lied about being licensed – which no reliable company would do. There are some unregulated casinos that might still be a good choice – but if that is the case, the enterprise would definitely not provide false license information.

Curaçao has turned into an important regulatory hub for online gambling companies in recent years. Although local establishments are not as strictly regulated as casinos in stern jurisdictions like the UK and Malta, there are still many Curaçao-based casinos that are more than a decent choice for players that do not want to deal with any strict restrictions. The local government does not regulate gambling websites directly, Instead, it has granted licenses to four companies that serve as master license operators and that regulate local casinos and deal with client inquiries and complaints.

Curaçao eGaming is probably the least reliable among those four companies. There are some good casinos licensed by it but the regulator is not known to pay a lot of attention to client complaints or provide a decent safety net for players. Curaçao eGaming was also involved in a scandal a few years back when it was revealed that a few casinos regulated by it were using pirated software. The licenses of those casinos were not revoked, they were just forced to take down the pirated software.

Always do your own research before depositing with a casino. Although a license is usually a good way to make sure that you are working with a reliable company, make a point of also reading reviews and client opinions online and comparing the conditions different casinos offer. And in the event of a casino lying about being regulated – like Zeslots – definitely avoid transferring any sort of money.

Zeslots Deposit and withdrawal

Zeslots only allows its clients to deposit and withdraw money with Visa and MasterCard. While credit/debit card payments are usually both secure and convenient, most big casinos usually accept a much bigger variety of payment solutions – wire transfer, crypto, vouchers, and e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, EcoPayz, and MiFinity. Although Zeslots did feature the logos of some of these enterprises on its website, we were not actually able to deposit in any way other than with a card.

The minimum deposit amount is fairly low – just €10. Most casinos ask for at least €20-30 so this is actually pretty good. The maximum deposit amount seemed to be €1000. No information about additional fees or deposit processing times was provided.

The minimum withdrawal amount, on the other hand, seemed to be quite high – as much as €250. In the Terms and Conditions, another number was mentioned – €150 – but we were not actually allowed to place a withdrawal request for less than €250. This is a very high threshold compared to most big players in the industry. Once again, no information about withdrawal processing times or additional fees was provided.

Zeslots Games and game suppliers

Zeslots works with a small number of game suppliers – but at least all of them are respected and well-known.

This is still quite a letdown considering the fact that some regulated casinos work with more than 100 game suppliers.

The selection of games was underwhelming, to say the least. Although Zeslots presented us with a huge variety of slots, this was all we were basically able to play. Although the game library was divided into multiple sections – Slots, Keno, Arcade, Instant, Bingo, Andar Bahar, Video Poker, Fruit Games, etc. – the only sections that actually contained any games were Slots and Keno. There were also no live events or sports betting options. Good casinos usually offer hundreds of table games, instant games, and live events on top of thousands of slots. Once again, Zeslots seems like a bad choice.

At least the slot collection the casino presented us with was decent and included titles such as Triple Cash Crash, Book of Helios, Winds of Wealth, Scarface, Triple Juicy Drops, Princess of the Ocean, Mr. Vegas, Crazy Lab, Book of Darkness, Fright Night, Ocean Riches, Hidden Kingdom, Astro Wild, Lucky Express, Wild Fruit, Dragon Kings, Pinocchio, and others.

Fans of Keno will be able to play games only 17 games – Fireball Keno, Jungle Keno, Banana Keno, Magical Keno, Halloween Keno, Superball Keno, etc.

Conclusion

We would not consider Zeslots to be a good choice for a casino to play with. If you deposit with them, you are basically asking for trouble – this is an unregulated establishment that has lied about holding a license. On top of that, Zeslots does not have all that much to offer – the selection of games was extremely poor, there was only one payment option, the bonus options were few, and came with very unclear conditions.

We would recommend that you avoid this casino and turn to a licensed establishment that can actually offer decent playing conditions.
