TCL99
Table of contents
TCL99 is a newly launched casino, which seemingly caters to the Australian player. Even though you could sign up from most countries as well, you need a working phone number with the Australian prefix to do so. This means a lot of players will be excluded from this house, but if you are one of them don't worry – we believe that it is a pretty bad place to bet.
There are all sorts of issues with this casino, starting off from its website. It is pretty annoying to navigate, and the games you can play are not displayed at all. Instead, you have to click through the names of each Game supplier the house partners with in order to open a new tab with whatever it offers. That makes browsing the library of TCL99 a pretty bothersome experience. Nevertheless, as it turned out, said library was pretty shallow too, and the Suppliers we mentioned are mostly unknown developers with pretty low quality games.
When it comes to regulation, TCL99 does not have any, which means players won't be able to enjoy some of the protections they might otherwise be used to. And the payment policies with the house are pitiful too, because it only accepts two means of cashing in. The withdrawal conditions are way too restrictive, with a high minimum cash out.
Overall, there is a lot that TCL99 gets wrong – let's take a closer look at the casino and highlight all of these issues and everything else which deserves a mention:
Bonuses
The only thing the casino has going for it is the large amount of bonuses it offers. And even so, we would say that TCL99 overwhelms the player with its promotions instead of exciting them. Here is a full list of these bonuses:

They are pretty diverse, but the house does not actually feature a comprehensive set of Bonus terms on its website. Therefore, there are actually a lot of aspects of these bonuses we cannot know. Either way, let's take a closer look at them, starting with a couple of free bonuses the house offers:
- The first of these promotions is the so-called New Member Bonus. It offers players 28 AUD for signing up with the casino. As far as no deposit bonuses go, this is actually a fairly competitive one, and the reward you stand to get for claiming it is a bit bigger than average – most No Deposit Bonuses grant you about 20 AUD at most. To claim the funds, you need to clear a wagering requirement, which is usually between 60x and 80x any no deposit bonus with most other casinos. Here, though, the wagering requirement is just 10x. This means that after playing through the funds 10 times, you can cash them out, up to the maximum allowed limit of 28 AUD. Once again, for a no deposit bonus, these are very fair conditions!
- Another freebie which TCL99 offers is the Daily Free Coins Bonus. It hands out between 1 and 3 AUD daily per player. This money can be used however you want, and it has an even lower wagering requirement of 7x. The bonus also comes with a cash out limit of 20 AUD, which is pretty nice. The only thing about it we are not fans of is the fact that we don't know how the house chooses whether to give you the maximum or the minimum bonus, but that is not such a big deal.
- If you get in touch with the casino via its WhatsApp, you can claim the Daily Social Bonus. Simply contact its support on the messaging app for a 10 AUD bonus, which comes with another low wagering requirement – 15x. There is no mention of the cash out limit, and we generally expect it to be as high as the bonus at most.
Now, let's also take a look into the bonuses with TCL99 which do require you to cash in, starting with the Welcome Package:
- This promotion consists of three different bonuses, which you can claim over the course of your first couple of deposits into the casino. The First Deposit Bonus has you cash in 30 AUD, which is on the high side of what most other houses would demand for such promotions. It then rewards you with a 50% bonus of up to 500 AUD. The wagering requirement for this promotion is extremely small – you can claim it after playing though the bonus just 3x. No mention of a cash out limit is made.
- The Second and Third Deposit Bonuses have pretty much the similar conditions as the previous one, with an important distinction. While the first promotion nets the player 50% of their deposit, the Second and Third only give you 30% and 20% of that, respectively. Other than that, they both have the same maximum of 500 AUD which you can claim. What's more, they both have the low wagering requirement we mentioned too. So these are some pretty nice bonuses overall!
There are plenty of Recurring Deposit Bonuses with TCL99, which can be claimed once or more per day. Here is what they look like:
- The Daily Bonus which is offered by the casino is a 20% boost for the first deposit you make with the house. The promotion has no set maximum bonus, which means we cannot be sure how much a player stands to win from getting it. However, it does have a pretty low wagering requirement of 5x. The max cash out limit is unknown.
- There are also two Daily Unlimited Bonuses. Each of them can be received an indefinite amount of times, as their name suggests. These add 5% or 10% of your deposits to the balance of your account. The catch is that you need to cash in 20 AUD for the 5% bonus and 50 AUD for the higher, 10% one. The maximum you can get from the bonus is 500 AUD, which is pretty good for a promotion that you can claim every day. The wagering requirements are just 4x, but the cash out limit is not mentioned once again.
- Once you claim four daily bonuses, you will be eligible for the 4 + 1 Free, which is some kind of bespoke promotion that TCL99 seems to want to keep secret from the player. None of the information about this bonus is available on its website!
- There are three different high-roller bonuses. Each of them is awarded when your total deposits for the week reach 1000 AUD, 1500 AUD and 2000 AUD, respectively. These Weekly Ranking Bonuses allow you to get 69 AUD, 79 AUD and 89 AUD as you reach these massive goals. The wagering requirement is 5x – and the cash out limit is 888 AUD per each of these promotions, coming together for 2664 AUD for the whole package.
- The TCL Bonanza is a similar bonus, though it has way lower entry cost requirements. By depositing 50 AUD, 101 AUD and 201 AUD within the same day, you can get three vouchers with a value of between 1 and 10 AUD. You need to wager this money 5x to claim it, and there is no cash out maximum, but we aren't sure that the promotion is actually worth it. Who knows if you won't cash in 351 AUD or more and get just three 1 AUD vouchers?
- There is yet another set of deposit bonuses which is available every day – the so-called Daily Red Packet Missions. In total, the casino has five of these bonuses, but we are definitely not excited about neither of them. The ratio of the required deposit to what they provide is pretty terrible. For instance, the minimum deposit for the first bonus is 100 AUD. The size of the bonus itself is less than 4 AUD. To claim the full 366 AUD, you need to deposit over 3000 AUD within a single day, which we cannot say is worth it. Especially since we have no idea what the wagering requirement for the bonus is. The cash out limit is about roughly three times the size of each bonus, and with such a high entry cost, we cannot say we are fans of it.
- Next, there's a Birthday Bonus, which nets you 80% of a deposit made on your birthday. The minimum deposit requirement is too high, though – it sits at 50 AUD. The bonus has a size of up to 300 AUD and is explicitly mentioned not to have any cash out limits. Nonetheless, it would have been nice to have a lower cash in requirement.
- If you cash in every day of the month, you can get an Attendance bonus. We don't know what the size of this promotion is – just that it has a 5x wagering requirement and a 5x cash out limit.
- There are two Social bonuses – the Share Bonus, which awards you 3 AUD once you share your unique referral link to the casino. The house does not mention where you need to share this bonus, and we really wish it had done so! There's a 10x wagering requirement and a 50 AUD cash out limit. No information is available on how many times you can get the bonus.
- Next, there is also a Referral bonus. Every person who you've introduced to the casino can grant you this bonus once. They need to have signed up with your link and deposited a total of 150 AUD. Then, after meeting these conditions, and if you've also deposited the same cumulative amount, you will be granted a 30 AUD bonus, with a 5x wagering requirement and a 150 AUD cash out limit.
License
As we briefly mentioned before, there is not as much as a hint of any legal documentation with this casino! In fact, it does not even mention where it operates from, much less having a license. This means we are definitely dealing with an unregulated house. Now, that does not automatically mean there is something wrong with TCL99, or that it is fraudulent. However, it does mean there is no way to know whether it can guarantee you the protections you would expect from casinos licensed in most major jurisdictions today. Here is what those are:
- Licensed houses need to submit their games for audits. This ensures there is no way the slots and virtual dealer table games, the crash games and the sports simulators, or even the scratch ticket games you can play, can be manipulated to the advantage of the house!
- The data you share with licensed casinos is encrypted and kept safely, because regulators have long realized how much damage data leaks can cause. With the strictest protection standards in place, you don't need to worry about your personal information being obtained by malicious hackers.
- Finally, licensed casinos are required to combat problem gambling, which is done by providing the player with information on what that looks like and where to seek help. The player is also provided with self-exclusion measures they can opt in to, which include custom deposit limits and even closing down their entire account should they need to!
Back to TCL99, it is unfortunate the house is not licensed. But let's give some more insight into its website: Here are the languages you can view said website in:
Languages: Chinese, English
And here is the list of countries where you won't be able to sign up from:
Restricted countries: United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S.
Deposit and Withdrawal
Depositing with TCL99 can only be done via PayID and various local Australian bank transfers. That is another huge disadvantage to international players, but even for Aussies, we usually expect to see a lot more payment methods available. These include e-wallets like eZeeWallet and MiFinity. Here are the conditions around the lackluster deposit policies of the house, as well as what currencies you can cash in with:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
PayID | 10 AUD | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Bank | 10 AUD | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Currencies: Australian Dollar (AUD)
The only good thing here is the minimum deposit of 10 AUD. This is a relatively low amount. There is no mention of fees and we don't expect the casino to charge them. Most houses collect no fees on their players' incoming or outgoing payments. Third party charges from the payment provider themselves, however, are a different matter. You are usually expected to foot the bill for those!
Now, let's take a look at the withdrawal policies of the house:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
PayID | 50 AUD | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified |
Bank | 50 AUD | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified |
Without legal documents, barely anything about them is known. There's no information on whether TCL99 requires you to wager your deposited funds a certain amount of times before withdrawing it – that is a pretty common AML measure, so it might be present here too.
What's more, there's no information about anything but the minimum withdrawal. Now, that is five times as much as the minimum deposit, as it has been set to 50 AUD. We definitely don't like that! Modern casinos require about 30 AUD to be cashed out at most!
The processing times and the maximum withdrawal amount are not known either. There is also no mention of fees, and we don't expect there to be any. Third party charges are a different matter, though, and you'd need to cover them.
Speaking of fees, TCL99 probably has some sort of inactivity fee, but, once again, we don't know for sure!
Games and Game Suppliers
There are about twenty lesser known Game suppliers that the casino works with, alongside some more recognizable names:
Game providers: CQ Gaming, Spade Gaming, Other
That is definitely not enough – we expect to see a minimum of 50 Suppliers. Also, as we mentioned at the start, the library is very annoying to navigate. Nevertheless, here is what you can play:
- Slots: If you are looking for classic games like Starburst and Big Bass Bonanza, you'll need to look elsewhere! This casino only has low quality slots from is unknown game suppliers. These games have names like Iceland Advenure, Gemstone Rush and Great Stars.
- Table Games: This casino has a couple of virtual dealer Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack and Roulettes, as well as Sic Bo. Live versions of Bacarrat and Sic Bo are available too. Finding these table games is an absolute hassle, because of how messy the games library of TCL99 is!
- There are no Game Shows, or any kind of Crash game. We are pretty disappointed to see them not being available with this casino.
As for Sports betting, there is a pretty generic looking Sportsbook. Remarkably, there is a decent variety of things to wager on, from Football and Basketball, to Handball. Also, you can bet on live games, too. But we are not terribly impressed with the sports betting of the house overall, and if you wish to gamble that way, there are much better and more versatile casinos out there.
Conclusion
TCL99 is an online casino which is focused only on Australian players, ignoring everyone else. And still, we don't think it has what it takes. In fact, we believe this casino to be pretty terrible. It has too many bonuses to the point where it is overwhelming to deposit, and its not like depositing is made easy! There's no legal documentation at all either, and no information about the withdrawal conditions of the house. All of this leads us to recommend checking out a better house instead!
