Jackpot Town will not have an impact on you when you visit the house for the first time. The website of the casino is not among the best we've seen so far; it's rather boring, in our opinion. The number of games also doesn't impress – we counted 344 altogether, which is nowhere near the standards of other casinos that offer 5000 and even more. That said, however, we still consider that there are enough entertaining games, and the good news is that all of them are provided by leading gaming studios only. The license of the casino is another issue we will discuss but later.
The bonuses, on the other hand, are decent enough. There is a 3-tier welcome offer plus daily bonus events, each of which is interesting, and we'll go through all of them in a minute. The casino also offers no-deposit bonuses, so it's worth being visited, notwithstanding its unconvincing look. Now, let's go into details.

The bonuses offered by Jackpot Town may be grouped into three categories – the welcome offer, the daily events and the no-deposit bonus. The welcome package can bring you up to a $600 cash bonus and 150 free spins on Green Chilli in total. It consists of three tiers, and you can claim rewards after your first, second and third deposits.
The deposit bonuses require a $20 minimum deposit or equivalent and include cash, free spins, or both, and sometimes you may choose between one or another, as you'll see. A common condition for all is that the maximum bet placed with bonus money should not be higher than $20, and if there are wins from higher bets, there will be a wagering penalty of 10 times on top of the existing requirements. Another common condition is that the max cashout from deposit bonus winnings should be $5000, a decent requirement, actually. The rest of the details are found below:
First Deposit Bonus – in this event, you can claim 100% on top of your initial deposit of up to $200, with 50 FS included. The free spins can be used only on Green Chilli slots and will expire 2 days after being granted, so it's best to wager them first. The bonus can be claimed within 14 days after registration and will expire in 30 days unless you fulfil the wagering requirement of 50 times the bonus. Failing to do so, you won't be able to cash out bonus funds. 50 wagers are more than usual as most casinos ask for 30 to 40 times on average to let you withdraw cash.
Second Deposit Bonus – by placing $20 for a second time, you can get up to 50% on top for up to $200 in total. The 50 FS for Green Chilli are available as well, and the rest of the requirements are pretty much the same – the wagering requirement is 50, $5000 max cashout, and 30 days to wager the bonus. The FS still expire within 2 days, so use them first.
Third Deposit Bonus – the last promotion from the welcome package. Upon your third deposit of $20 or more, the bonus percentage increases to 75%, but the total cash amount is still $200, with 50 FS for Green Chilli included. The wagering requirement is 50 times for 30 days, with a max cash-out allowed being $5000. The free spins are valid for 2 days.
Monday Madness – the first of the daily promotions; there are events for literally every day of the week. This one is more lucrative than any welcome bonus offering, as the max cash to claim is $500 – two and a half times more. The wagering requirement is also better – drops to 40 times for 30 days. It is tricky, however, as the more you deposit, the bigger the bonus:
- $20 – $49 deposits give you 35%
- $50 – $99 gives you 45%
- $100 – %199 brings 55%
- $200 – $299 increases to 65%
- $300 or more – 85%
Tuesday Treasures – a 45% match bonus for up to $300 in total – once again, a better offer than the first deposit bonus. The minimum deposit is the same – $20, with the wagering requirement being 40 times for 30 days. The cash-out limit is standard – up to $5000. The interesting thing about this event is that you can gamble it! Yes, you can choose to pick 45% or swap it with the so-called Mystery Bonus, which is unfathomable, and we can't say what you can win or how much. You should take the risk to find out.
Wild Wednesdays – another tricky event, and we shall start the other way around. The wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount for 30 days. The maximum cash bonus amount is $250, with a max cashout being $5000 (general T&Cs rule). To participate in this event, you should place at least $20 and choose either of the three below. Keep in mind, though, that to get 55 FS, you may be required to increase the deposit, but Jackpot Town doesn't specify anything in particular. See the options:
- 55% cash bonus
- 55 free spins on
- 30% cash bonus plus 25 free spins on Wolf Power
Turbo Thursdays – the way we see it, this is the most extravagant bonus, as you can claim up to $6000, but not with a single deposit. It works like that: for a single deposit of $20 or more, you can claim 60% up to $200, with a wagering requirement of 40 times for 30 days. If you deposit for a second time, the same rule applies – 60% up to $200, meaning that every Thursday, you can claim 60% on your deposits until $6000 in total is reached. A turbo bonus for real!
Friday Fiesta – this bonus is all about spins. The minimum deposit is $20, and depending on its size, players will claim a different amount of flexible spins for Dragon Pearls Hold & Win. The wagering requirement is 40 times for 2 days, as total winnings from FS cannot be more than $2000 – any sum above that will be fortified. This practically means that the cash-out limit automatically drops to $2000 from this bonus. Here is the difference:
- $20 brings $10 valued flexible spins as a bonus
- $40 brings $20 FS
- $60 brings $30 FS
- $100 brings $50 FS
Super Saturdays – a terrible deposit bonus. In the same fashion, you should place $20 or more; the wagering requirement is 40 times, and the max cashout is $5000 according to general T&Cs. Below, you'll see how the bonus unfolds, and keep in mind that you can claim all three throughout the day. Nice! Have a look:
- 00:00 – 08:00 – the offer is a 35% cash bonus of up to $200.
- 08:01 – 16.00 – the offer is 30 free spins on Wolf Power.
- 16:01 – 23:59 – the offer is 30% cash of up to $300 plus 10 free spins on Wolf Power.
Sunday Showdown – after the intense Saturday, one can expect that Sunday will be slower, and they would be right. This event is an ordinary deposit bonus – place $20 or more and receive 50% cash up to $350, and that's all. The wagering requirement is 40 times for days, with a cash-out limit specified by general T&Cs.
Free Spins – you can get free spins without being required to deposit. Currently, there isn't an active campaign, but we spotted that affiliate links are found here and there, giving you the chance to claim 25 free spins after registration. When it happens, you should wager the spins 50 times for 48 hours, with the cash-out limit being set at $200. Normally, a deposit should be required to cash out the money, but nothing has been specified so far.
License
The story with the license of Jackpot Town is rather confusing. On one hand, they claim to be a brand of Currant Holdings Limited and state that they are licensed in Curacao by Antilephone. We checked diligently, but it turned out that the casino's domain cannot be verified, which suggests that the casino does not have a license. On the other hand, however, we found that both the company and the domain are enlisted by GSC – the gambling authority in the Isle of Man. Strangely enough, Jackpot Town never mentioned anything about GSC registration on their website, leaving us perplexed, and wondering why. In any case, it's clear that the casino is licensed, so you can consider it safe.
GSC, or the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, is one of the oldest gaming regulators, as it has been authorising casinos ever since 1962. The gaming operators are licensed and regulated by the organization, which provides guidance and cooperation, securing that players' funds are protected. The regulator also independently approves testing facilities to make sure the fairness of games, while overseeing casinos to guarantee that fair gaming principles are kept. GSC also investigates players' complaints against casinos and provides advice and assistance, but it cannot force operators to return placed and lost stakes in a fair game. The authority is not as renowned as MGA or UKGC, but it does certify that casino operators under its oversight are working in compliance with rules and regulations.
Restricted countries: Australia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Show All, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Lands, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, South Africa, United States, Vatican City
Like every other casino, Jackpot Town has a list of restricted countries, but it's not entirely accurate, we shall say. The problem is that we weren't able to create an account from a country that's not enlisted as excluded, while on the other hand, through VPN service, we could enter from a place that's explicitly said to be restricted. On top of that, within the Payment section of the website, Jackpot Town candidly reveals the payment methods for a jurisdiction that's within the list of restricted countries. It's messy, and we don't like it that way, not to mention that the information about deposit methods doesn't in any way match the information provided on the website – we'll talk about this in a moment.
Deposit and Withdrawal
Currencies: Canadian Dollar (CAD), Euro (EUR), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD)
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Bank | $10 | $2000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
EcoPayz | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Skrill | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Neteller | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
MiFinity | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Instadebit | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Interac | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
NeoSurf | $10 | $1000 | Instant | Free |
Above, you can see the list with all accepted methods, regardless of the country you reside in. Not too bad, actually, as there is variety and the minimum deposit is low – just $10. However, you'll need at least 20 in your account to enrol in bonus events, but we already discussed that. The problem is that the information about the availability from country to country is inaccurate. For Austrians, for example, the deposit methods are said to be bank cards, bank transfers, Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz and Instadebit. In reality, however, there are only two options you can choose from – bank cards, and Neosurf, the latter of which comes out of the blue, actually, as this method was never mentioned on the website. That's confusing! Jackpot Town should definitely spend some time fixing those errors, for such inaccuracies do not make a good impression.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
Bank | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
Skrill | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
Neteller | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
MiFinity | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
Instadebit | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
NeoSurf | $50 | $5000 | up to 24 hours | Free |
The number of withdrawal methods is fair, but yet again, it may be different from country to country, and given the fact that Jackpot Town is not entirely accurate, we cannot say that the information in the table is sufficiently reliable. The minimum withdrawal, however, is higher than necessary – $50, which is higher than most casinos ask for.
As mentioned, the maximum withdrawal for bonus funds is $5000, but there are other limitations. For example, a player cannot cash out more than $10 000 per week, which is a fair requirement overall – we've seen casinos capping weekly withdrawals to $2000, in contrast. Note that Progressive jackpot wins are not within withdrawal limits, so if you win big, you'll be allowed to cash out.
Another thing to keep in mind is the rollover requirement – players should wager their deposits one time if they want to cash out. Failing to do so will result in a 10% fee.
Inactivity fees are not specified.
Games and Game Suppliers
Game providers: RealDealer, 3 Oaks, Booongo, Microgaming, Playson, Spinplay Games, Games Global, Big Time Gaming, Switch Studios
Another thing we did not fancy was that Jackpot Town does not reveal the gaming studios the casino works with. By a manual check, however, we could see that some of the big players in the industry supply the house – for more info, check above, but keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive list of providers.
When it comes to games, we already mentioned the number of games is rather limited – not even 400 in total. Out of those, there are video slots, classical slots, jackpots and table games – Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette.
The largest amount of games are slots, and among them, you can find different themes – Adventure, Ancient, Fruits, Animals, Gems, Vegas, Gold, Egypt, Asian, Greece, Gods and so forth – the variety is there. The most popular slots among Jackpot Town's clients are the following: 15 Dragon Pearls, Thunderstruck, Break Da Bank, Green Chilli, Sun of Egypt 2, Luxor Gold: Hold and Win, Buffalo Power: Hold and Win, Hit the Gold, 3 Coins, Cashapillar and others.
If you want to play Poker or Blackjack, however, you'll be utterly disappointed, as there are only 2 Poker and 4 Blackjack games. The roulette games are also despondently few – only 3.
Conclusion
Jackpot Town is one of the casinos that are neither good nor too bad. It's licensed and offers some of the best slots; the deposit requirements are good, the bonuses are good, and the overall withdrawal conditions are acceptable. On the other hand, however, we spotted inaccuracies, unverifiable claims, and a low number of games. The website is also not pleasing enough, at least for us, and with those things considered, we can't say that Jackpot Town is an exclusive casino, notwithstanding it's a licensed house. If you fancy their bonuses, go for a spin, but if you prefer more games, you'd better see other casinos, as well.
