We took our time to review Ardente Casino, and the first thing we can say about it is that we weren't impressed at all. While there are some pretty attractive welcome bonuses for new players, the casino lacks in pretty much every other aspect. As a matter of fact, Ardente is a pretty small casino and doesn't have a lot to offer, as its lobby is tiny and feature less than 2000 games in total. Indeed, there were mere 31 live casino tables, without a single Blackjack game offered, which speaks for itself about the quality of the house. And there are other issues to discuss, as well, so continue with our comprehensive review to see all the details you need to know.

The selection of deposit bonuses at Ardente Casino is rather small. Before you register, you'll have only 4 bonuses presented – those in the welcome package for your first deposits. On top of it, a promotion for Christmas 2024 is lingering there, which is indeed inactive, and that becomes clear once you sign up and check the available bonuses. When we created our account we spotted another deposit bonus, but it was very poorly specified, and included literally no details whatsoever. Had we tried to claim it, we could lose the chance to take advantage of the welcome package with our first deposits. All in all, it's a mess there, but the prizes for the welcome bonuses were quite attractive, we must admit that.
But there are other problems to discuss, as well. The issue here is that all welcome bonuses are said to be claimed with a deposit of €25 or more. At the same time, Cashier doesn't allow deposits smaller than €40, which still qualifies for the bonus, but the most important thing here is that Ardente is not transparent enough. Such inaccuracies in the bonus presentation suggests that Ardente Casino is not completely honest with players. This is a real problem, and it will significantly reduce the rating of Ardente. Now, for the purposes of this review, we'll stick to the conditions revealed for each and every bonus, but make sure to remember that no bonus can be claimed with €25, since the deposit system of Ardente doesn't allow you to deposit less than €40. See more details, now.
Ardente No Deposit Bonus
While it seems that Ardente does not offer no deposit bonuses, the casino still have the chance to unlock prizes with promo codes. This suggests that no deposit bonuses are possible, but we have no idea what conditions may apply, and what the actual bonus will look like. If no deposit bonuses are given away to new players from time to time then Ardente Casino once again shows it's not a fair and transparent casino. We say so, as it mentions such a bonus not even a single time in its terms or anywhere else. Other casinos, for example, specifically say that withdrawals from no deposit bonuses will be capped at certain amount, but not Ardente. At any rate, be careful with this casino and its offers, as it doesn't seem to be honest enough.
As for the no deposit bonuses, those are frequently provided to new players upon registration so that they can test the casino without placing real money. It's a good incentive, that can make casinos more attractive and desired. Still, once the bonus is used, winnings cannot be withdrawn automatically. To unlock cash outs, players will be required to complete KYC and AML verification and make their first deposit with the casino. There will be a cash-out limit, as well. As for the prize, it's usually a small amount of cash, or a set of free spins activated on particular slots.
Welcome Bonuses at Ardente Casino
The welcome package includes bonuses for the first four deposits, and fairly speaking, the prizes are really attractive, as no single deposit brings less than 100%, while the highest percentage can reach 200%. Each bonus includes some universal terms and conditions such as the minimum deposit of €25, which is a questionable amount, as we already explained. Apart from it, the wagering is repeated, at 25 times, while the cash-out limit is set at 4 times the bonus claimed.
- 1st Deposit Bonus: The prize for this one is 150% up to €1500 plus 150 free spins spread over days on different slots. On day 1, 25 free spins are credited on Sweet Bonanza Xmas, and are valid for 24 hours. On day 2, 50 free spins are released on Gates of Olympus 1000 valid for 24 hours. On day 3, 25 free spins are credited on Sugar Rush 1000, and on day 4, 50 free spins on The Dog House. Maximum winnings from free spins is up to €150, while the 4 times withdrawal limit for cash bonuses will mean that players' payout cannot exceed €6000 if they have claimed the highest prize possible. The bonus must be wagered within 7 days or will be canceled.
- 2nd Deposit Bonus: On second deposits, players claim 100% up to €1000 and 50 free spins in the slot Gates of Olympus. All spins are credited immediately, and come with a cash-out limit of €150, which is a pretty decent cap, we must admit. However, the casino already demonstrated it's not fully transparent, and it's a bit careless given that expired bonuses are still lingering on its website, so take this with a pinch of salt. As for cash bonuses payouts, the 4 times limits means that players cannot withdraw more than €4000 from this promotion. The wagering requirements should be completed within 7 days.
- 3rd Deposit Bonus: The third deposit comes with the smallest maximum prize – 100% up to €500. Still, the percentage is solid and does not fall below 100%, which is appreciated. 50 free spins are added in the slot Sweet Bonanza Xmas, as well, and are credited immediately. The cash-out limit for spins is kept at €150, while cash payouts will be limited to €2000 if players receive the highest prize possible.
- 4th Deposit Bonus: The last part of the package comes with the wildest prize – 200% up to €2000 plus 50 free spins on Sugar Rush. As usual, the spins are credited immediately, and come with €150 withdrawal limit. The payout for cash bonuses cannot exceed €8000 for this promotion. So, all in all, players can get up to €5000 and 300 free spins activated on different slots for the entire package. This actually contrasts with the offer you will see while creating your account. In it, Ardente announce that players can get up to €5000 and 550 free spins, which is not the actual offer.
Tournaments at Ardente Casino
While there are no daily or weekly reload deposit bonuses, Ardente has quite a lot of tournaments. For example, the daily tournament is carried out every single day, and it gives players the chance to get some prizes if they are active enough. A thing to note is that Ardente Casino does not offer network promotions, unlike other gaming houses. Network promotions are tournaments carried out by game providers, where multiple casinos participate, so that they players can compete for prizes with players worldwide. A notable example is the Drops and Wins by Pragmatic, which has massive prize pools of up to €30,000,000 per year. We can't say why Ardente does not participate in those, but it has its own tournaments, at least. See the selection of tournaments we could see.
- Daily Tournament: Available every day, this tournament comes with a prize pool of €150. To participate, players need to make a deposit of €25 or more and compete for the following prizes: 1st place – €50, 2nd place – €40, 3rd place – €30, 4th place – €20, and 5th place – €10. The point rate is as follows – €1 for 1 point, and the player with the higher point amount gets the 1st place. Note that if you withdraw money during the day, the rating is automatically reset.
- Weekly Winter Tournament: With a prize pool of €500, this tournament is currently active. The points are calculated in the same manner – €1 equal one point, but the entry requirement is higher – players need to deposit at least €50 to participate. 1st place gets a prize of €100, 2nd – €75, 3rd – €50. The last ones in the ladder, from 16th to 20th get €5, while any place from 4th to 15th get between €15 and €30. The tournament runs from Monday to Sunday.
- Weekly Gold Tournament: A currently active promotion, as well, that requires €100 deposit or more to participate. The prize pool is significantly higher, at €1500, with 1st place getting €300, 2nd place – €250, 3rd place- €200. There are 15 positions on the ladder, as last ones qualifying, get €50. This tournament also runs from Monday to Sunday.
- Winter Party: An upcoming tournament with a prize pool of €600. The minimum qualifying deposit will be €30, and 1st place can get €100. The last position on the ladder – 10th place, gets €30.
- Weekend Tournament: An upcoming tournament that will run from Friday to Sunday, in which top 7 players will compete for prizes from the €300 prize pool. 1st place will get €100, which is a whopping 30%+ from the prize pool, so Ardente obviously expects higher competition there. Judging from the active tournaments, however, the activity is not impressive, at all. Anyways, the minimum qualifying deposit for this tournament is €35.
- Carnival: This one will be available in March, and will include a prize pool of €650 split among 11 players, as first place gets €100. Players can participate only if they deposit €30 or more.
All in all, Ardente offers plenty of tournaments, and we checked them, but those promotions do not compensate for the lack of deposit bonuses for regular players. The lack of daily, weekly and monthly reloads is a serious drawback to consider.
Other Bonuses and Promotions
As a matter of fact, Ardente Casino may offer deposit bonuses for regular players, but those are one time promotions, and we cannot say how frequently players can benefit from such offers. In our case, a bonus became active on the 2nd day after registration, but it wasn't anything exceptional.
- Snowflake Bonus: The minimum deposit for this offer is €40, which qualifies for a bonus of 40%. Maximum prize was not specified, but given that the maximum accepted deposit for a bonus is €1000, then the highest amount to claim should be €400. The wagering is increased to 40 times, while cash-out limits were not specified. In fact, many other things weren't revealed for this bonus, such as how long it's valid, can it become active again, and so forth.
- Loyalty Program: The scheme includes 4 levels, and the higher you get, the more perks you unlock. In fact, once you sign up and make your first deposit, you instantly become VIP 1. This unlocks 3% weekly cashback (with no other conditions revealed) plus birthday gifts that are also not specified. The highest VIP players unlock 10% cashback, birthday gifts, exclusive bonuses, a chance to participate in a monthly lottery and a “VIP club participation”. One positive aspect of the Loyalty programme is that it's not steep. Other casinos want from players to wager thousands of Euros per month just to get to Level 1, while Ardente requires that the weekly deposit sum is more than €1000, to become the highest VIP. That said, we do not in any way recommend that players should participate in the Loyalty Programme, given the casino shows so little quality overall.
So, long story short, Ardente Casino has a very attractive welcome bonus for new players followed by overly disappointing promotions for regulars. We were not impressed.
License
Ardente Casino is licensed, so it's technically a legit gaming house. However, you should note that the license issued by Anjouan Gaming that you will see below, is not a top-tier authorisation. Customer protections are not so strong, but the casino is still licensed, which is good news. This makes it better than any shady and unlicensed casino out there, so see why authorisation matter.
- Licensed casinos operate under the oversight of regulatory authorities, which enforce compliance with laws designed to protect players. These laws cover various aspects, including fairness in games, secure financial transactions, and player rights. Unlicensed casinos operate without accountability, leaving players vulnerable to fraud and other legal risks.
- Security is a top priority for licensed casinos. They are required to implement advanced security protocols, such as SSL encryption, to protect players’ personal and financial data. These measures significantly reduce the risk of cyberattacks or unauthorized access to sensitive information. Additionally, licensed casinos undergo regular audits to ensure their security systems are up to date.
- Fairness is another crucial reason to choose licensed casinos. Regulatory authorities mandate the use of Random Number Generators (RNGs) in games to ensure outcomes are unbiased and not manipulated. Regular third-party audits further verify the integrity of these systems. When playing at a licensed casino, players can trust that the games are not rigged and that everyone has an equal chance of winning. Unlicensed platforms often lack these safeguards, making fair play far from guaranteed.
- Licensed casinos also guarantee reliable payouts. Regulatory bodies require these operators to maintain sufficient financial reserves to ensure players are paid promptly and in full. If disputes arise over payouts, players have access to oversight organizations that can mediate and resolve issues. In contrast, unlicensed casinos often lack such mechanisms, leaving players with little recourse if their winnings are withheld.
- Licensed casinos promote responsible gambling by offering tools and resources to help players manage their gaming habits. Features such as deposit limits, time tracking, and self-exclusion options empower players to stay in control. Many licensed operators also collaborate with organizations dedicated to addressing problem gambling. This commitment to player well-being underscores the importance of choosing licensed casinos, where the gaming experience is not only enjoyable but also responsibly managed.
Ardente Casino can operate internationally, but there are some restricted countries where players cannot register and play with real money: Australia, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Show All, American Samoa, Aruba, Austria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Comoros, Curaçao, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Lands, Guadeloupe, Guam, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Reunion, Saint Martin (French part), Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Spain, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S., Wallis and Futuna Islands
The website of Ardente Casino is supported in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian
Deposit and Withdrawal
The payment policies of Ardente also disappoint. The casino states that bank cards, bank transfers and some payment solutions like Apple and Google Play are accepted, which may be true in some place. However, in most countries, only crypto deposits and withdrawals are possible, and that makes Ardente exceptionally restrictive casino.
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | €40 | €3000 | up to 2 hours | Free |
As for the accepted currencies, Ardente Casino accepts the following ones for deposits and withdrawals: Euro (EUR), Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE)
- Deposit Methods: As mentioned, only crypto accepted, and the number of digital coins a player can use is rather limited. If we consider Ardente a crypto casino, then it's miles behind compared to other similar houses that are ready to accept tens of cryptocurrencies. In contrast, the selection in Ardente includes only 5, seen above.
- Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit is €40, which is at least twice higher compared to industry standards. As a matter of fact, there are plenty of casino that will accept as little as €10 and even less, so Ardente is not as affordable. Considering maximum limits, a transaction cannot exceed €3000.
- Deposit Processing Times and Fees: Ardente doesn't seem to collect fees, but all blockchain fees are paid by sender, which is a standard procedure. What made us worrisome is the fact that Ardente delays deposits with 2 hours before money become available in your casino account. We don't know what they are doing and why, but all good casinos support instant deposits, meaning that you get the money as soon as the transaction is complete. This is a downside to note.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | €40 | €500 | Unspecified | Free |
When it's time for withdrawal, things aren't any better. Only crypto is used, and on top of it, there are multiple conditions missing plus unfair fees for higher withdrawals.
- Withdrawal Methods: Crypto only, as expected.
- Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal is €40 per transaction, which is higher than usual – the industry standard is €20. The maximum limits are as follows – up to €500 per day, €3500 per week and €15,000 per month. Higher VIP players benefit from twice higher limits – up to €1000 per day, €7000 per week, and €30,000 per month, which are more reasonable caps.
- Withdrawal Processing: It was never specified, how long does it take to get your withdrawal request processed. Neither terms and conditions, nor Cashier shows the times, so we have an obvious lack of transparency, once again.
- Withdrawal Fees: In general, all withdrawals of up to €2000 are free of charge, but higher payouts will incur fees of up to 10%, if the amount is more than €12,000. In cases, when players are allowed to withdraw more, the transactions will be overly expensive, and we do not consider this approach fair.
- Rollover: Nothing specified. The so-called rollover is an AML measure, according to which, players are required to wager their deposits before withdrawals. On average, casinos want players to roll the money at least once. Since Ardente mentions nothing on the matter, it obviously doesn't care about money laundering, which is another red point for them. On the other hand, Ardente may impose such a condition, but when it's not clearly announced, we will have to note a lack of transparency again. Whatever the case, our view is already cemented – Ardente is not a fair gaming house.
- Inactive Accounts: The policy for inactivity, on the other hand, is pretty fair and transparent. An account becomes inactive after 12 months no login and will be charged €5 per month, which is pretty much the industry standard, so nothing to complain about.
Games and Game Suppliers
The Ardente Casino's lobby has a sleek and stylish atmosphere with a dark background that enhances the vibrant game visuals. Snowflakes subtly falling in the background create a seasonal charm, while the deep purples and blues give the space a premium, high-energy feel. Honestly, the design of the casino is quite attractive and pleasing, but that's pretty much all they can offer.
Considering more practical features, Ardente has a small selection of games, only 1500 in total. It is true that the casino works with many renowned game providers and offers most of the popular slots, but the overall variety is really limited.
In particular, we were able to verify that Ardente Casino works with the following game providers: Green Tube, NetEnt, Play'n GO, PragmaticPlay, 3 Oaks, Alg, Amatic, Apollo Games, Bet2Tech, Betsoft, CQ Gaming, EGT Interactiv, Evoplay, IGTech, Merkur, Microgaming, Nolimit City, Novomatic, PGSoft, Playson, Playtech, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Red Rake, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe, Tvbet, Wazdan, WorldMatch, Yggdrasil, Other
The navigation in the lobby was easy, but it didn't reveal anything in particular. In comparison, other casinos give the option to filter games by themes, RTP, type, provider and numerous other features. Ardente is seriously lagging in this aspect, and that supports our words that it is a small casino overall.
- Slots: Most of the games are slots, and luckily plenty of popular titles like Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Starburst, Rich Wilde Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash, Buffalo King and Legacy of Dead are found in the lobby. We tested some, and they worked well on the website, with no issues whatsoever.
- Live Casino: The biggest disappointments of all. With merely 31 games altogether, the variety is practically non-existent. Most of the games were Roulette such as Bond Roulette, Absolute Bright and Las Vegas Roulette. Apart from those there were a few Baccarat tables, Andar Bahar, Backgammon and Teen Patti, but we didn't see any Blackjack table, which is a shame.
- Instant Win/Crash Games: With 37 titles, the selection of Crash games was actually bigger than expected, and we appreciated that a dedicated category was provided. We could see Aviator, Plinkoman, Crasher, Mines, Mini Roulette, Hotline and Goal. There was some Blackjack crash game, as well, which is funny, considering Blackjack live casino table was not offered.
- Jackpot Games: There were 21 jackpot slots, such as Lucky Joker 5, Elemental Gems Megaways, Hot Neon, Red Chilli and Sizzling Hot. The titles are popular, but other casinos may offer 1000+ jackpot games, so we don't think any further commentary is needed.
- Game Shows: The live casino section included a few shows, but those were not really popular – Fruit Salad Roulette, War of Elements and Fruit Race, to name a few.
- Sports Betting: Not offered.
Overall, the lobby of Ardente is small and doesn't offer plenty of games to choose from. The live casino has only 31 games, which is a laughable number given that good casinos can easily offer 1000+.
Conclusion
Ardente Casino disappoints in pretty much every aspect you can think of. The bonus policy is not balanced given the very attractive welcome package and the total absence of reload deposit bonuses. The payment policies can be seen as unfair, while the game lobby is tiny and doesn't offer much games to choose from. The license of the casino is not top-tier, too, so considering all those things, we don't see any reason why anyone will join Ardente Casino. Other casinos have much better offers, and if you are interested to see some, please browse Deposit Withdraw. We've reviewed many high quality casinos that easily surpass Ardente.
