AETOS Capital Group Limited (referred to as AETOS CG, from here on) is an owned subsidiary of AETOS Capital Group, and is registered in the UK. As such they are fully regulated and authorized by the FCA (imposing a strict supervision on the firm), subsequently making them members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This allows for compensations of up to £85,000 to be payed back to AETOS CG traders if the company fails. Furthermore, the firm is part of the The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), a UK parliament established service giving traders objective answers and solutions to their financial problems, should they arise.

The general spread for EUR/USD is 1.8-2 pips, and 0.8 pips for premium account holders. Although the leverage is not currently indicated on the website, we must remind you of the ongoing restrictions in the UK and EU stating that no leverage higher than 1:30 for Forex and 1:20 for CFDs is allowed.

AETOS CG comes equipped with 2 trading platforms: MetaTrader 4 and Metatrader 5.

METATRADER 4

Although MetaTrader 5 is a step towards the right direction, Metatrader 4 still holds on its own when it comes down to delivering what is necessary. The functionalities are all there including drag and drop charts, user friendly accessibility and pending order types. With MetaTrader 4 you can set automatic trading bot to do your deals for you while you preoccupy your time with different activities.

EURUSD spread on Metatrader 4 averages 1.8-2 pips. Expect the maximum leverage to be 1:30 (ESMA ruling).

Although we were unable to track down a browser MT4 platform, all other devices (mobile, tablet) are capable of supporting MT4. There is also a desktop version, as per usual.

METATRADER 5

The Metatrader 5 trading platform has certain advantages over its older brother (MT4) that, although cannot change the contents of your wallet as much as you would like, can still make a difference. MT5 features more technical indicators, a larger number of graphical objects and increased time frames. As always MetaTrader 5 does not fall short on the important inclusion of Expert Advisors.

Here the spread averages 1.7-1.9 pips, but it mostly stays on the 1.7 mark. ESMA imposed decree has set the maximum leverage for EU and UK to 1:30.

AETOS CG MINIMUM DEPOSIT

For first time depositors the minimum amount is $250. After the initial deposit the minimum is lowered to $50 to all users except for those using Wire Transfer. Wire Transfer users have the option to deposit as much as they wish (after the initial $250 deposit). Premium account holders must deposit a minimum of $20 000 if they wish to open a trading account.

AETOS CG broker opens a diverse range of depositing opportunities: Wire Transfer, Visa/MasterCard and Skrill, Neteller and SafeCharge. Although, the currencies with which one can deposit are limited to USD, GBP and EUR.

The deposit processing time for Wire Transfer transactions is 1-5 working days. All other payment options take up to 1 day to process.

Worth mentioning is the fact of a 3% fee when depositing with Visa, MasterCard or SafeCharge. Nevertheless, AETOS CG will compensate these clients with the equivalent amount in credits for trade.

AETOS CG WITHDRAWAL AND FEES

Withdraw using Wire Transfer, Visa/MasterCard and Skrill, Neteller and SafeCharge. Users can rest assured that their withdrawals are safe and secure under the FCA.

It can take anything between 1-5 working days to withdraw via Wire Transfer, after you request has been processed by AETOS CG. All other withdrawal requests are processed during the same day as its submission. The time for your money to reach you after being processed by the broker depends on your payment system. This shouldn’t take more than 2-3 days.

There are withdrawal fees present at AETOS CG. However this only applies for Wire Transfer deals. During such a case USD/GBP/EUR 25 are deducted from the client’s account.

Moreover, clients of AETOS CG can be subjected to an inactivity fee of USD/GBP/EUR 25 if valid trades are not detected in their accounts.

BOTTOM LINE

Some confusing information regarding withdrawals will create slight issues for some clients. And the inclusion of a no-trading fee is a bummer.

Nevertheless, both trading platforms offered at AETOS CG are responsive and efficient. Plus, deposit and withdrawals are very safe and secure, and payment methods are varied, and the UK’s FCA is a prominent regulatory system that is known for its severity.
