A Big Candy
Table of contents
A Big Candy turned out to be a big disappointment! That is because there are a lot of issues with it, present on every level. Before we made an account, we were surprised to find out that there was no information on who the people running the company were. Then, it turned out that the bonuses offered by it did not actually have the maximum bonus amounts you could get. After making an account, it turned out that the deposit methods the casino advertises are actually way more limited. Not to mention there is a shady clause in the Terms and Conditions that would suggest a pretty high withdrawal fee is in force.
As for the gaming experience, and the games themselves, we were also let down by A Big Candy. It does not have live games at all. There are not that many slots either, and it is difficult to say which Game suppliers the house partners with. Overall, there is just no reason to play with such an underwhelming casino. For more information on where exactly it fails to live up to other, better e-gaming alternatives, read on:
Bonuses
The promotions with A Big Candy are available below. The percentages in their names relate to how much bonus funds you would get from each, based on your deposit. The 250% bonus for instance would grant you $100 worth of bonus money if you deposit $25, for instance. So with that in mind, here are all the bonuses this casino offers:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
270% Signup Bonus | 20 AUD | 270% | 30x | 15000 AUD |
340% Bonus | 35 AUD | 340% | 30x | 20000 AUD |
25 Free Spins Everyday | 20 AUD | 175 spins | 20x | 100 AUD |
180% Match Bonus | 20 AUD | 180% | 20x | 20000 AUD |
260% Happy Hour Bonus | 50 AUD | 260% | 18x | 20x |
Flash Sale: 250% Bonus | 38 AUD | 250% | 30x | 20000 AUD |
230% Night Bonus | 55 AUD | 230% | 5x | 30000 AUD |
The 270% Signup Bonus is available on deposits of at least $20. Since the Terms and Conditions don't mention how much the maximum amount of money you can get with it is, we are left in the dark as to how high the bonus goes. But there is a 30x wagering requirement, and a cash-out limit of $15 000 which you need to clear before you are allowed to withdraw it. The wagering requirement is a common part of the bonus policy of any casino. It represents the amount of times you need to bet the money you have received, in order to cash it out. On average, it is between 30x and 40x for deposit bonuses. So the amount A Big Candy has decided to set is perfectly acceptable. In addition to the cash reward, you can make use of 25 Free Spins, to play Keno or slots with.
A recurring bonus that is available to all clients of the casino is the 340% Bonus. This promotion applies to deposits from $35. In general, deposit bonuses cost around $20, but this one can be justified by the massive multiplier to your funds – 340%, as the name suggests. However, we have no clue what the maximum is once more. There are 30 Free Spins available as well. The wagering requirement is once again 30x, which is pretty good, and the cash-out limits are $20 000, which is generous.
The next bonus is great for fans of slot games – it is called 25 Free Spins Everyday. It requires a deposit of at least $20 to be made. Once it clears, the casino will start crediting your account with batches of Free Spins on a daily basis for seven days. These batches come with certain rules to keep in mind, though. Firstly, they need to be used up in the day they were received. The casino demands you use up all of them, or lose the next batch. Secondly, there is a cash-out limit of $100. But one thing we would like to know, which was not made clear by the Terms and Conditions of the bonus, is how that limit is applied. Does it count the total amount of money won from the Spins, or just the amount won from each batch? There is no way to know, but if the case is that the $100 limit is applied on all of the spins, that would be way too restrictive. There is also a 20x turnover requirement, which applies to this bonus. This is actually pretty low – as we mentioned, the range is usually 30x to 40x.
Next, the 180% Match Bonus is a pretty similar promotion to the Signup Bonus the casino has. That is because it once gain requires a deposit of $20 and provides you with a certain amount of money, up to an unspecified maximum. The same 20x wagering requirement and $20 000 cash-out limit still applies. The 260% Happy Hour Bonus is substantially the same, but requires a very high minimum deposit – $50. There is an 18x turnover requirement instead of the 20x, and the cash-out limit is also calculated as 20x the issued bonus. The name of the promotion implies that it is available during a certain time of the day. However, the vague legal documents of the casino make it impossible to know when it particular.
The same issue is present with the next two bonuses – the Flash sale: 250% Bonus and the 230% Night Bonus. The second one of them is most likely available every night, and it is worth grabbing if available. That is because it has a very low wagering requirement, set to only 5x. There is also a generous cash-out limit, sitting at $30 000.
Overall, the promotions with A Big Candy are very generous, but the lack of any specific information on when they are offered, or what the maximums you can get with them are is pretty annoying. And considering the casino is not licensed, the lack of information is compounded by its lack of legitimacy. And that brings us to our next point about the casino:
License
There is no regulation over this casino. It does not mention being licensed, or where it operates from, at all! That is incredibly concerning, and should be a huge red flag to all who wish to deal with A Big Candy. Here is why it is not really advisable to deposit with offshore casinos:
The regulatory bodies of most countries have in place very strict rules about the way the games you can play with any casino are to be structured. For instance, there are regulations on what random number generators can be used in the games. These algorithms are supposed to be audited independently. That way, you know that you are playing a truly unbiased game! Next, there are certain rules on how the casino should handle all of your personal data. There are specific means of encrypting it, which make leaks very unlikely. There are also many rules which seek to make sure the companies are not engaging in any illegitimate activities. For instance, there are anti money laundering regulations they need to comply with.
As you can see, regulation gives you a number of guarantees that would be otherwise unavailable to you. Not every unlicensed casino would be out to get you, but why risk it, when you can play it safe? There's no need to wager on whether your money will be kept safe or not – you are probably only looking to bet on the games themselves!

Deposit and Withdrawal
The deposit methods available with A Big Candy are listed below:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | 20 AUD | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
NeoSurf | 20 AUD | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Crypto | 20 AUD | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
NeoSurf | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Currencies: Australian Dollar (AUD)
Note that there are some regional restrictions that might apply to them. For instance, UK players will not be able to deposit via credit cards, as that is part of their national regulatory framework on online casinos. Besides cards, you can deposit via NeoSurf and EzeeWallet. There are two crypto assets you can pay with as well. This is a pretty small selection of payment methods, and e-voucher payments are not present at all.
The minimum deposit, set to $20, is a decent amount, and is about as much as most casinos charge. However, there is absolutely no information on any other aspect of the payments with the house. First off, that means we have no idea how fast deposits are processed. Usually, these methods take up to 24 hours. But more concerning is the fact there is absolutely no information on the withdrawals. We have no clue how long they take, and how much you need to cash out. Also, the following clause can be found in the Terms and Conditions:
It is not common for withdrawals to be charged with any fees! The only fees you would normally have to pay are the ones that third parties, like the payment providers, have!
Games and Game Suppliers
Game providers: Real Time Gaming
It is pretty much impossible to tell which Game Supplies' titles are on A Big Candy's page. They are not listed, and we found the games of only one Supplier in total! Since casinos and Suppliers are partners, they are usually listed on the websites of the houses. Usually, the casinos partner with a lot more than three of these providers too. There is not that many games either.
Some of the slots that were available were Masks Of Atlantis, Coyote Cash, Warrior Conquest, Mighty Drums, Giant Fortunes, and so on. As you can see, these aren't really any of the biggest names in the slots category – these are no games like Gates of Olympus, Book of Dead, or Big Bass Bonanza.
Some Table Games, like Baccarat, Poker, Caribbean Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes, Keno are available. Once again, the casino does not have any live games at the time of writing. And once again, it is very lackluster, compared to the rest of the industry!
Conclusion
As we said at the start, A Big Candy is a massive disappointment. It does not do anything right, and has multiple issues. From its promotions, to its games and regulation, the casino presents us with many red flags. There are much better places to bet, and these better casinos will be able to provide you with a safer and more fun environment to do so in.
