The company is  said to be incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. This puts it directly in the nation, meaning that the broker must be regulated in the Commonwealth of Dominica. Unfortunately there is no local regulator issuing FX licenses. This would not have been an issue if Global-Solution.Group had been regulated somewhere and the offshore subsidiary were a part of this. But Global-Solution.Group seems to not be located nor regulated anywhere else. Moreover, even if the firm has offices in Dominica considering that it isn't regulated, the broker is illegally offering FX services.

There is no other information that concern us here. The broker sticks to the Commonwealth of Dominica story.

Withdrawals are subject to processing fees. Wire Transfer withdrawals are charged with $50, credit and debit cards have a $35 fee, e-payments are issued a $25 tax. Moreover, a 10% charge is applied if the user has not complete a turn over requirement of at least 200 times before issuing a withdrawal request.
