Wowger
Table of contents
Wowger seemed like a legitimate, okay-enough casino at first glance. They offered a decent-looking website and a good selection of games. We soon found out, however, that this is an unregulated casino that is completely anonymous. Their Terms and Conditions were vague, especially those surrounding bonuses. Moreover, the bonuses Wowger offers seem too good to be true. Finally, this casino accepts a very limited selection of payment methods – crypto only – which may not suit the needs of all players.
There are many reliable, licensed casinos out there – and most of them can offer more extensive game libraries and better conditions. Working with such shady enterprises is simply not worth it.
Wowger Bonuses
Wowger offered very few cash bonuses – at least compared to most big, established casinos. Most of the casino's promotions came in the form of cashbacks or lossbacks – but the conditions around those were extremely unclear.
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
First Deposit Bonus | $1 | $5000 + 125 spins | 35x | - |
First Deposit Highroller Bonus | $7500 | $15000 + 250 spins | 55x | - |
Monthly Cashback | - | 10% | 1x | - |
Instant Reload | $1 | 10% | 1x | - |
Weekly Lossback | - | 7% | 1x | - |
Instant Lossback | - | 5% | - | - |
Wowger offers two very, even unrealistically, good First Deposit Bonuses – which one you will get depends solely on the amount of money you would be willing to deposit.
- The standard First Deposit Bonus requires a minimum deposit of just $1 – a lot lower than the $20-30 most casinos will usually ask for. The maximum deposit amount is $7499.99. No exact bonus percentage was specified which is quite weird and makes it impossible to calculate how big our bonus will actually be. However, the maximum bonus amount in cash was mind whooping – $5000. On top of all that, you will also get 125 free spins. The wagering requirements are more than reasonable – 35 times the deposit plus the bonus – and there did not seem to be cash-out limits. The only drawback is that you only have 7 days to meet these wagering requirements.
- The High Roller First Deposit Bonus is even more impressive. Clients that deposit more than $7500 can get a bonus of up to $15 000 (bonus percentage was not specified) and 250 free spins. There are no cash-out limits but the wagering requirements are more serious – 55 times the deposit plus the bonus.
The casino also offers a Reload Bonus of up to 10% on all deposits after your first one. The minimum deposit should be at least 1% and no maximum bonus amount was specified – technically speaking, this bonus can be unlimited. The wagering requirements are 1x and there are no cash-out limits.
These bonuses seem absolutely great – even too good to be true one might say. Few casinos will allow you to withdraw as much as $15 000 (without counting winnings from free spins), even after a massive deposit. Moreover, Wowger offers something we have never heard of – bonuses of unlimited size. This seems a little suspicious, especially since we are dealing with an unregulated casino, but we might be wrong – this casino might just be offering extremely good bonuses.
As mentioned, the casino offers a few different cashback and lossback promotions that give players the chance to recover some of their weekly, or monthly losses. The wagering requirements for withdrawing are just 1x.
- Monthly cashback of up to 10%
- Weekly lossback of up to 7%
- Safenet of up to 5% automatically issued after your account reaches close to zero balance
The casino states that the more you play, the more of your losses you will be able to recover – however, no clear information on the subject was provided. We did not learn how we would be able to increase our cashback percentage, which games participate in the promotion, or what additional conditions we would have to meet.
Wowger License
Wowger claims to be based in Curacao – the main offshore regulatory hub in the online gambling industry. However, the casino does not seem to be licensed by any of the master license operators authorized to regulate online casinos in the country. Regulated casinos are obligated to feature a digital seal at the footer of their websites so it is fairly easy to check their license in the website of the relevant regulator. Wowger did not mention what the company behind it is called – which is quite suspicious and makes this casino virtually anonymous. Moreover, the only way to reach the casino is via e-mail – no phone number, address, or other relevant contact information was provided.
Needless to say, working with such shady establishments is risky – they are not necessarily scammers (even though they might be) but you can never be sure that they would treat you completely fairly or that they apply all necessary anti-fraud, client privacy protection and responsible gambling measures needed.
Online gambling establishments regulated in countries such as Malta or the UK are usually the safest choice. These two jurisdictions have very strict rules related to gambling – you can always be certain that you will be offered fair, transparent services. Your personal data will be rigorously protected through safe encryption protocols. Casinos must maintain high technical standards related to game fairness testing, and secure payment processing. A number of stern measures prevent money laundering. All in all, you should not doubt the reliability of UK and Maltese casinos. However, you should also consider that you as a player will also be subject to more restrictions.
That is why many players choose to work with regulated offshore casinos, namely ones licensed in Curacao. Such establishments do not offer the same extreme level of security but still have to apply many protection measures. Do not let the offshore label fool you – there are plenty of perfectly respectable casinos regulated in Curacao. The local government of the country does not regulated casinos directly, Instead, it has chosen to grant master licenses to four independent companies called master license operators,

Wowger Deposit and withdrawal
Currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), US Dollar (USD)
Wowger only accepts deposits made in crypto – in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, or TRX. Even though many casinos accept such payments since they are quite convenient, we would usually like to see more deposit options. Reputable crypto casinos usually accept dozens of different cryptocurrencies.
One of the few good things about Wowger is that the minimum required deposit is very low – just $1. Payments are processed within minutes and there are no additional transaction fees.
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | $1 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
The minimum withdrawal amounts are also quite low – just $10. There are no limits on the amount of money you would be able to withdraw in a day or in a month which is fairly rear – most casinos usually do have such restrictions, no matter how liberal they are. Once again, there are no transaction fees. Wowger states that it reviews withdrawal requests within 24 hours and processes them within 3 business days which is fairly standard.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | $10 | Unspecified | up to 3 days | Free |
Even considering these advantages, we still do not believe that playing with such a shady, unregulated casino is worth it – think twice before depositing with Wowger.
Wowger Games and game suppliers
Wowger works with a number of well-known, established game providers. However, we would like to point out that the number of these providers was fairly low compared to most big casinos. Some such enterprises work with more than a hundred game providers. This is bound to have a reflection on the number of games you will be offered.
Game providers: Amatic, Apollo Games, Belatra, Betsoft, Booongo, EGT Interactiv, Champion, Evolution, Evoplay, Igrosoft, Inbet Virtuals, NetEnt, Microgaming, Novomatic, Playson, Playtech, PragmaticPlay, Quickspin, Red Tiger Gaming, Spinomenal, Spinmatic, Wazdan, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Other
This thing considered, the game selection the casino offered was actually fairly impressive. We were able to access a huge number of slots – Mad Cars, Big Bass Splash, Bee Hive Bonanza, Mysterious, Greek Fortune, Lotus Charm, Enchanted, Tiger's Gold, Hot Deco, Flaming Hot 6, Super Rich God, BigBot Crew. In the Forest, Lady in Red, and Divine Dreams among others. We still could not help but notice the absence of some very popular slots that most players are probably used to seeing in game libraries such as Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Gates of Olympus, etc. We also cannot say that the slot library was very well-organized, and intuitive.
The table games the casino offers, on the other hand, were much better categorized. The number of games was decent if not mesmerizing. Players will be able to enjoy various versions of popular casino games such as Poker (Jacks or Better, Russian Poker, Deuces Wild, Caribbean Stud Poker, Casino Hold ‘Em, etc.), Blackjack (Blackjack Classic, Speed Blackjack, Blackjack VIP, American Blackjack, etc.), Baccarat (Speed Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, Salon Prive Baccarat, Lightning Baccarat, etc.), Roulettes (American Roulette, European Roulette, French Roulette, Roulette Royal, etc.), a few Dice games (Sic Bo, Craps, Bac Bo, etc.), and a small selection of “War” games (Super Andar Bahar, First Person Dragon Tiger, Football Studio, Turkish Football Studio).
Wowger offered an impressive selection of Lottery games – a wide selection of Bingo games, Keno, a few Scratch games, Wheel of Fortune, and a few Pull Tabs.
Fans of live events will not be disappointed – you will be able to access a number of live casino events and play games such as Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dice, and Roulette. Casino games were not the only option, however. The casino featured a few Wheel of Fortune games as well as game shows like Fan Tan Live, Dead or Alive: Saloon, Gonzo's Treasure Hunt Live, Monoploly Live, Crazy Times Live, and a few others.
Wowger also offers sports betting. Players can bet on a decent number of events in popular sports like Football, Tennis, Table Tennis, Baseball, Esports, Snooker, Darts, and others. The casino has also prepared a good selection of top upcoming sports events players might want to take a look at.
As a whole, Wowger's game selection was pretty satisfying if not always very well-organized. The absence of some very popular games was noticeable even though most players will probably still be able to find more than a few decent game offers.
Conclusion
We do not think that depositing with a shady casino like Wowger is worth the risk. Even though the casino offers a decent selection of games and some unrealistically great bonuses, you should not be tempted. This is an anonymous, unregulated enterprise that offers promotions too good to be true – without providing all the conditions around them. If you play with such a casino, you run the chance of getting scammed. Deposit with Wowger at your own responsibility.
