Table of contents
Turbo Spins, a new online casino has just opened its virtual doors. That makes it very attractive to a serious amount of players, who are always on the lookout for new places to unwind and bet on their favorite games. If you are one of them, we would recommend reading the following review of the casino before doing so, however. It has a lot of advantages, like, for instance, the low entry cost and the wide amount of game suppliers that it partners with. The house is fully licensed too, providing a high degree of player and fund safety.
But these should not overshadow the equally large number of disadvantages to the house! Among them, we would like to highlight some withdrawal conditions which are not exactly player-friendly. Furthermore, the casino's promotions are not particularly plentiful, or interesting. There is a lot more to cover, though, and Turbo Spins certainly deserves a closer look! That is why we have written the full review of it below, going over its bonuses, regulation, payment policies and games library. Check it out for everything you need to know about the house:
Bonuses
The promotions this casino offers are listed below:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
First Deposit Bonus | $20 | 250% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
Second Deposit Bonus | $20 | 100% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
Third Deposit Bonus | $20 | 90% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
Fourth Deposit Bonus | $20 | 100% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
Weekend Reload | $20 | 80% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
Weekly Reload | $20 | 60% | 35x | 10x the deposit made |
As you can see, there are six in total. More than half of them are the Welcome bonuses with Turbo Spins, and the rest are two recurring promotions which you can claim at any time, after having played through the welcome package. Before we take a look at them one by one, there are a lot of aspects about these bonuses, which they share with each other. We would like to examine them, starting with the $20 minimum deposit requirement. Compared to other casinos, this is a perfect place to set the entry cost for bonuses! Even though we have seen several houses go lower than that, the vast majority of them use $20 as their minimum as well.
Secondly, there is a single cash-out limit to the bonuses. It is of 10x the initial deposit. That means you will only be able to score winnings equal to that amount – anything over it will be written off by the casino. Cash-out limits are a normal part of bonuses, and this one is not particularly restrictive. Usually, they are around 10x with other casinos which utilize them as well!
Thirdly, the wagering requirement for all of the promotions is set to 35x. What is a wagering requirement? It is a number, which represents the amount of times you need to turn a bonus over before withdrawing it. These restrictions are present with nearly all of the bonuses. The only thing which can stand out about them is the particular number a casino has decided to go with. In this case, though, Turbo Spins is perfectly in line with the rest of the industry. The wagering requirements for the majority of casinos nowadays are between 30x and 40x for such deposit bonuses. Different kinds of promotions have different average ranges, but the bonuses of Turbo Spins are right down the middle of what we would consider reasonable.
Fourth, there is no indication on how much the maximum amount of money you can receive from the promotions is. We sincerely doubt that you can get an unlimited amount of money. Since Turbo Spins has a limit on deposits, too, you can only profit up to $2000, which is the limit, times whatever percentage the bonus adds to your cashed in amount. Still, it is possible that lower limits are in place. We would have liked to have that kind of information available! With these specifics in mind, here are all of the promotions with the casino:
- The Welcome Bonuses it offers are a sequence of four deposit incentives to cover the first few times you cash in. The only difference between them is the percentage of funds which is added to your account. Most notably, the First Deposit Bonus sets that 250% of the amount you have topped up your account with. If you can cash in up to $2000 and there is no limit on how much bonus money is up for grabs, this translates to a significant $10 000 maximum! This generous promotion is followed by a Second Deposit Bonus, which has a 100% multiplier for your money. This is still a very good amount, albeit not as shockingly large as the previous one. The following Third Deposit Bonus brings that down to 90% and the final, Fourth Deposit Bonus adds 100% of the cashed in sum once again.
- There are also two different promotions which are available an infinite amount of times with the casino. These are the Weekly and the Weekend Reload. You can grab each one of them during either any of the five work days or Saturday and Sunday. One thing which the casino does not mention is how often you can claim these bonuses. Is it possible to get the Weekend bonus on Saturday and then again on the next day? We presume they are claimable once per week, because that is the more common way casinos set up their promotions, but it would have been nice for Turbo Spins to provide this information. The bonuses consist of another set of multipliers for deposits. The Weekly bonus adds 60% of the cashed in amount to your account and the Weekend bonus adds 80%. These are pretty good rates for recurring promotions, especially considering the competitive minimum deposit and wagering requirements.
Overall, the bonuses with Turbo Spins are not bad, but we would have definitely liked to see something more unique. Also there are no Free Spins with any of the promotions, which fees like a pretty massive missed opportunity. Since the house is pretty new, we would not worry about its bonuses, though – there's a strong chance that more of them will be added to its roster over time!
License
There are a few aspects of a casino which are as important as its regulation. There are many advantages to dealing with licensed houses over unlicensed ones. Here is what Turbo Spins has to say about this crucial detail:
It claims to be regulated by Gaming Curacao (GC), which is one of the four license issuers in the small Caribbean republic of Curacao. These four bodies have transformed the nation into the heart of the egaming industry, because of the unique approach to regulation they have. Said approach balances the interests of the casinos and the players as to provide ample protection for the latter without stifling the former. Before we take a look at them in particular, though, we need to answer the question of whether Turbo Spins is actually licensed there! To take you back to the screenshot above, you will notice a button with the GC logo to the left. This is the Digital seal which every license holder needs to implement on their website. Clicking it brings up the following page:
This is an excerpt from the register of GC, hosted on its own domain, making it impossible to fabricate. It shows that the website Turbo Spins runs from, and the operator behind it are both authorized by the regulator. This provides undeniable evidence that we are dealing with a licensed casino! Here is what this means for the player:
- All casinos collect tons of sensitive information about their players. That is a part of their business model, and they need to perform various KYC checks to comply with anti-money laundering regulation. That is why most license issuers require casinos to store this information in very specific ways – they need to use some of the tightest encryption measures available out there. That way, you don't need to worry about data leaks or hackers obtaining details about you which you'd never want them to have!
- There are also a comprehensive set of rules to certify that the games you play are actual games of chance and are not fixed in favor of the house. That is done via independent audits, performed by professionals, selected by the regulator. What do they check? The random number generators of the game. These generators are complex mathematical algorithms, which determine whether a bet is won or lost. The auditors go over them and see what amount of money the player might expect to keep with the game, on average. They assign the slots RTP ratings, which are percentages that signify just that. Licensed casinos have trustworthy RTP percentages and provide an important degree of transparency.
- There are finally some measures which houses take to limit problem gambling. They provide the player with various opt-out options. There are self-imposed time-out warnings, custom deposit limits, or you could even request your account be closed. What makes licensed casinos stand out from the rest of houses is that they have to respect these boundaries the players set, which fosters a safer gaming environment for everyone.
These are just some of the reasons why we prefer licensed houses like Turbo Spin. Back to the casino at hand, though, we would like to highlight the fact its website is available in an enormous amount of languages, from all over the world. Here is a list of them:
Languages: Bengali, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish (Svenska), Turkish, Vietnamese, English, Arabic, Chinese
Unfortunately, not everyone can play at Turbo Spins. There are certain countries from where no new players are accepted:
Restricted countries: Albania, Angola, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Cuba, Curaçao, Côte d'Ivoire, Eritrea, Ethiopia, French Polynesia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jersey, Korea, North, Show All, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritius, Mayotte, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Rwanda, Saint Martin (French part), Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, United States, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Yemen, Zimbabwe
Deposit and Withdrawal
The means of payment accepted by the casino are pretty limited altogether. Between Credit Cards, Bank transfers, AstroPay and Crypto, there is not much choice the player has. Moreover, Card payments might not be available to you, because they are restricted in some countries. For instance, the UK bans such payments to casinos. We would have liked to see more options available, but, regardless, here are the conditions around depositing, as well as the currencies accepted by the house:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | $10 | $500 | Instant | Free |
Bank | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
AstroPay | $10 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Crypto | $10 | $2000 | up to 1 hour | Free |
Currencies: Euro (EUR), Tether (USDT), British Pound Sterling (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Swedish Krona (SEK), Australian Dollar (AUD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
Notably, the minimum deposit requirement of $10 is quite low. On average, casinos set their deposit requirements in the $10-$20 range. The lack of fees is also great – there are third party charges that players need to cover, though. These can be quite high with bank transfers and crypto payments. Speaking of crypto, that is the only non-instant payment method – but the maximum 1 hour processing time is not that bad.
Let's go over what the withdrawal policy of the casino looks like, too:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Bank | $50 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
AstroPay | $50 | $2000 | Instant | Free |
Crypto | $50 | $2000 | up to 1 hour | Free |
The first issue with it is the high minim you need to redeem – it is set to $50. That is way too much, and most casinos have the same, or similar, deposit and withdrawal amounts. In this case, the former is five times lower than the latter!
The maximum you can withdraw weekly is $2000, which is not that bad per se, but we have seen casinos with higher limits. We should note that withdrawing requires you to have cleared a turnover of 3x your deposit – that is a common AML policy with casinos these days. The average required turnover is between 1x and 3x, so this one is not excessive either.
Next, there are no fees the casino charges, but, like with deposits, you need to cover third-party costs. All withdrawal requests are said to be processed instantly, or within 1 hour for crypto transactions. That is excellent and much faster than the average casino, which can take up to 72 hours.
There is also an inactivity fee we should mention:
Such fees are usually a flat amount of money, deducted from inactive accounts. We are not really fans of the 1.5% fee, as it could end up being quite higher than what most casinos charge.
Games and Game Suppliers
Here is a list of the Game suppliers with the casino:
Game providers: Betsoft, Dlv, Evolution, Ggames, KA Gaming, NetEnt, OneTouch, Playson, Retro Gaming, Blueprint, Elysium Studios, Evoplay, GameArt, Kalamba, NetGame, 1x2gaming, PragmaticPlay, Revolver Gaming, Boldplay, Endorphina, Ezugi, Gamzix, Leap-Gaming, NetGaming, Onlyplay, Quickspin, Skywind, Spade Gaming, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal, Triple Cherry, Zeusplay, Superlotto, Slotmill, 3 Oaks, Vibra Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, Wazdan, Amigo Gaming, Caleta, Espresso Games, Fazi, Hacksaw, Macaw Gaming, Nolimit, Platipus, Red Rake, Belatra, CT Interactive, Fugaso, Igrosoft, MPlay, Nucleus, Play'n GO, Red Tiger Gaming, Other
We counted over 50 of them, which is an excellent amount! We also appreciate the fact that the house has a well-organized games library – here is what you can play:
- The biggest category of games is Slots. Because Turbo Spins partners with a range of top-tier providers, the games you'd have access to include player favorites like Gates of Olympus, Starburst, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Wolf's Gold and many more. Of note is also the fact that the casino has ordered them in several categories for easy browsing, with New Games, Top Games, Jackpot Slots and Bonus Buy slots all being available in their own sub sections of the games library.
- There are live-dealer Table Games, like the certified classics Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack and Roulettes. We would have appreciated a couple of virtual dealer tables for these games too, but that's not such a big complaint.
- If you are looking for Game shows, there are a couple of them available with the casino, like Dream Catcher, Crazy Time and Crazy Coin Flip.
There are no Crash games at the time of writing, unfortunately, but such could always be added to the Turbo Spins roster!
Conclusion
Turbo Spins is a pretty exciting casino. It has tight regulation and a great amount of games. However, its withdrawal conditions are not great, and its bonuses are not very interesting. So, for the time being, we recommend keeping an eye on this house to see where it goes while playing with a more fleshed-out casino!
