Bonuses

There are several bonuses that are available to players with Trust Dice – here is what these are, and what their most important features are:

The first three bonuses are part of a Welcome Package. This is available to any player who deposits at least €10. They can then get the First Deposit Bonus. This bonus has a very high ceiling – you can get up to €30 000 in bonus funds. Also, any qualifying deposit will add 25 Free Spins to that as well. The bonus is calculated as 100% of your deposit – you will get as much as you put in. These are fair conditions, but we consider the restrictions on the bonus to be too strict.

First off, there is a wagering requirement of 40x. In fact, it is claimed that this requirement is 35x on one point in the Terms and Conditions of the company, but the higher number is also mentioned. We don't know what the actual amount is. Either way, the wagering requirements for bonuses are between 30x and 40x on average, so neither of the amounts Trust Dice claims are excessive. What we consider to be restrictive is the seven day timeframe in which you need to use the bonus unless you want to lose it. There are no specific cash out limits, but the low timeframe in which you can use the promotion works as an impromptu restriction.

The next two bonuses are called the Second Deposit Bonus and the Third Deposit Bonus. Note that there are no substantial differences between either one of these, or the First bonus, except for the way they are calculated and the minimum deposit requirement. The further bonuses demand €5 over the previous one each. The second bonus is also calculated as 75% of your deposit. This means that you will not be getting as much bonus funds as the first one. The third bonus is even lower – it is just 50% of the deposits. To get €100 in bonus money, you will need to deposit €150! The wagering requirements are the same, as well as the time you need to turn the bonus over before it expires. There are no cash out limits on either one of these promotions.

These three make for the only deposit bonuses that the company actually has. This is a pretty lackluster way for a casino to structure its promotions. But there are some additional ones that we would like to discuss:

The maximum you can claim is 20% of losses, and there don't seem to be any wagering requirements on this money, nor any other restrictions. The promotion is pretty good, but getting to the higher ranks in the tiering system can take a lot of time and money. And considering how unappealing the rest of the promotions are, we are not sure it would not be a better idea to simply deposit with a more generous casino.

The regulation over Trust Dice is a very strong aspect of its services. Here is what it has to say on the matter:

It is interesting that the government of Curacao does not actually regulate the e-gaming market itself. Instead, it has delegated this responsibility to four companies. They have been granted master licenses, and they issue companies like Trust Dice sub-licenses. The casino does not mention which of the authorities regulates it, but features one of their logos to the left of the text. While such requirements are common, they are never as high as this – the most you will see them at with respectable casinos is 3x.
