Trust Dice
Table of contents
Trust Dice is a crypto casino, which accepts a number of digital currencies as payment methods. Embracing this trend of digital innovation, it allows you to bet on many e-sports events – in fact, that seems to be the main focus on the house. An interesting feature that it has available is the live chat, which is among the first things one notices the first time they see the website of Trust Dice. It allows players to communicate as they bet, and adds and exciting social feature to the casino. It also doubles as live support – the clients of the company are able to get their questions asked and answered by the moderators in the chat in real time.
All of these are good features, but there are some rather questionable aspects to the company as well. For instance, there is not a lot of exciting bonuses that it offers, and we found its methods of payment to lack variety as well. There are also some rather concerning clauses regarding the withdrawals policies of the company. So giving it a concise verdict is difficult. To do so, we have given you our thoughts on the services of the company, formed from our first-hand experiences with them. We will go over its bonuses, the regulation over it, the payment policies and the games themselves. So here is everything you need to know about the house:
Bonuses
There are several bonuses that are available to players with Trust Dice – here is what these are, and what their most important features are:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
First Deposit Bonus | €10 | €30000 | 40x | None |
Second Deposit Bonus | €15 | €30000 | 40x | None |
Third Deposit Bonus | €20 | €30000 | 40x | None |
Risk Free Bet | - | €30 | 0x | €30 |
Cashback Bonus | - | 20% | 0x | None |
The first three bonuses are part of a Welcome Package. This is available to any player who deposits at least €10. They can then get the First Deposit Bonus. This bonus has a very high ceiling – you can get up to €30 000 in bonus funds. Also, any qualifying deposit will add 25 Free Spins to that as well. The bonus is calculated as 100% of your deposit – you will get as much as you put in. These are fair conditions, but we consider the restrictions on the bonus to be too strict.
First off, there is a wagering requirement of 40x. In fact, it is claimed that this requirement is 35x on one point in the Terms and Conditions of the company, but the higher number is also mentioned. We don't know what the actual amount is. Either way, the wagering requirements for bonuses are between 30x and 40x on average, so neither of the amounts Trust Dice claims are excessive. What we consider to be restrictive is the seven day timeframe in which you need to use the bonus unless you want to lose it. There are no specific cash out limits, but the low timeframe in which you can use the promotion works as an impromptu restriction.
The next two bonuses are called the Second Deposit Bonus and the Third Deposit Bonus. Note that there are no substantial differences between either one of these, or the First bonus, except for the way they are calculated and the minimum deposit requirement. The further bonuses demand €5 over the previous one each. The second bonus is also calculated as 75% of your deposit. This means that you will not be getting as much bonus funds as the first one. The third bonus is even lower – it is just 50% of the deposits. To get €100 in bonus money, you will need to deposit €150! The wagering requirements are the same, as well as the time you need to turn the bonus over before it expires. There are no cash out limits on either one of these promotions.
These three make for the only deposit bonuses that the company actually has. This is a pretty lackluster way for a casino to structure its promotions. But there are some additional ones that we would like to discuss:
There is a Risk Free Bet Bonus. This can only be used when betting on e-sports, with odds of at least 1.6. This bonus is also only available for your first bet. It does not have a wagering requirement and the potential winnings from the bet will be paid out to you up to €30.
Next, there is a Cashback Bonus. This promotion is the main feature of the account tier system the casino has. The more you deposit and play, the more Satoshi Points you get. These can be used to up the tier of your account, thus raising the percentage of money you get back from losing bets. The maximum you can claim is 20% of losses, and there don't seem to be any wagering requirements on this money, nor any other restrictions. The promotion is pretty good, but getting to the higher ranks in the tiering system can take a lot of time and money. And considering how unappealing the rest of the promotions are, we are not sure it would not be a better idea to simply deposit with a more generous casino.
License
The regulation over Trust Dice is a very strong aspect of its services. Here is what it has to say on the matter:
It is interesting that the government of Curacao does not actually regulate the e-gaming market itself. Instead, it has delegated this responsibility to four companies. They have been granted master licenses, and they issue companies like Trust Dice sub-licenses. The casino does not mention which of the authorities regulates it, but features one of their logos to the left of the text. We recognize the seal of Antillephone – perhaps the strictest of these regulatory bodies.
It has created a set of rules that each of its authorized companies needs to comply with. Among them are specific rules on how to make the games they run provably fair. Offshore casinos often mess with the random number generators of their games to produce bad outcomes. Another danger which is present with unlicensed casinos is the fact they often engage in money-laundering and other such financial crime. A license from the Curacao body is a guarantee that Trust Dice would not engage with any such activities. However, we advise always making sure a casino is licensed on your own, as you should not simply take the word of whatever company you are dealing with at face value. We did just that, and here is what we got:
This means the casino is licensed after all. Therefore, the protections we discussed would also be applied to you, if you become its client.

Crypto | Unspecified | €2000 | Unspecified | Free |
Currencies: Euro (EUR), Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE)
As you can imagine, a crypto casino would have a focus on digital assets. They make up for most of the payment methods available. However, you can also use credit cards. Trust Dice directs you to buy crypto with them, which adds another step to your payment. This is annoying and rather cumbersome. You can pay via StickPay, Vega and Jeton. These are all e-wallet options. Other casinos often have more ways you can deposit though – both local and international wires, as well as e-vouchers.
Regardless of the somewhat limited number of options, the house has a pretty low minimum deposit. It does not mention what the processing times for the payment methods it accepts are, but we can guess from the time it takes these providers to clear a transaction. We would not dare to wager what the withdrawal times are, though. These are also not specified, but are a lot more specific to each house.
And speaking of withdrawals, there is a curious clause regarding them, which you can see below:
To cash out winnings, you need to have deposited at least a certain amount of money, equal to 0.0005 BTC. At the time of writing, that is about €12, but this could easily change in the future. The threshold itself is not too high, but there is not a reason for it to exist in the first place. Of course, there is also a wagering requirement to withdraw in the first place. It can also be seen above, and is of 5x the deposited amounts. This is way too much. While such requirements are common, they are never as high as this – the most you will see them at with respectable casinos is 3x.
Games and Game Suppliers
The game supplies Trust Dice partners with include some big names, which will be listed below. However, the total amount of developers is very low. Here is who the ones featured in this casino are:
Game providers: Evolution, Habanero, Betsoft, PragmaticPlay, BGaming, GameArt
You can play their slots, with some of the more notorious of them being Diamond Riches, Lucky Seven and Cash Pig.
There are also table games like Plinko, Blackjack and Heads and Tails. There are several Crash games, as well as many dice games as well. The live games section of the casino includes BlackJack, Rouletes as well as game shows like Crazy Time. But the real focus of the casino is the robust section of esports events you can bet on.
These include many prestigious tournaments on big games like League of Legends, Overwatch, Counter Strike and so on. Fans of more traditional sports can also bet on them too, though. The amount of events you can place bets on is rather impressive too, and includes some really niche sports like Badmington, as well as many races.
Conclusion
Despite a good selection of games, we cannot recommend the casino. Our negative verdict is mainly based on the lack of games you can play with Trust Dice, as well as the client-unfriendly withdrawal policies with it. There are a lot better companies you can play with – not to mention they have a lot better bonuses to offer too.
