Tropicanza would not be our first choice – there were few good things about this casino and they were generally overshadowed by the bad ones. The establishment offers a large selection of great slots and table games and offers an impressive Welcome Package to new players. However, Welcome Bonuses would be pretty much the only bonuses you can get. What is more bothersome is that this is a fully anonymous, unregulated casino, and playing with them might put your money at risk. There were indeed a few shady conditions related to withdrawals that would make it harder for players to get access to their winnings. Finally, Tropicanza claimed to offer sports and esports betting – which was a lie.
As a whole, this casino seems like a fairly bad choice despite a few good traits.
Tropicanza Casino Bonuses
Tropicanza offers a pretty decent Welcome Package to new players – both casino fans and sports betting enthusiasts. What we found unsatisfying, however, was that Welcome Bonuses were the only sort of bonuses this casino offers. If you are not depositing for the first time, the regular Tournaments and Lotteries – most of which had okay prize pools – would have to suffice. This is not the standard with most big, established casinos since they usually have a ton of offers for new, and returning clients alike. Moreover, it turned out that this casino does not currently offer sports betting and cybersports betting – which means that clients would not be given the chance to receive the bonuses related to these categories, at least not at the moment.
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
1st Deposit Welcome Bonus | €40 | 175% up to €1000 | 40x | - |
2nd Deposit Welcome Bonus | €100 | 150% up to €1000 | 40x | - |
3rd Deposit Welcome Bonus | €200 | 125% up to €1000 | 40x | - |
Sports Welcome Bonus | €40 | 100% up to €1000 | 40x | - |
Cybersport Welcome Bonus | €40 | 100% up to €1000 | 40x | - |
Casino fans can get a bonus on their first 3 deposits. The wagering requirements for withdrawing these bonuses were all fairly standard – 40 times the deposit plus the bonus. There did not seem to be a cashout limit but the maximum size of a bet you could make while you have a bonus active is €2. The wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus activation.
- To get a 1st Deposit Bonus of 175% up to €1000, you have to deposit at least €40.
- In order to receive a 2nd Deposit Bonus of 150% up to €1000, deposit at least €100.
- Finally, the 3rd Deposit Bonus requires a deposit of €200 and grants you a top-up of 125% up to €1000.
The Sports Welcome Bonus looked quite good too. If you deposit at least €40, you can get a whopping 100% up to €1000 on top of your deposit. Once again, the maximum bet to wager the bonus is €2 and the wagering requirements are 40x. This is actually quite high since wagering requirements tend to be lower for sports-related bonuses.
The Esport Welcome Bonus looked a lot like the regular Sports Welcome Bonus. Players have to deposit at least €40 to get a top-up of 100% up to €1000. The wagering requirements and the maximum bet size are once again 40x and €2 respectively.
All of these bonuses sound very good but we are not impressed by the fact that this casino does not have any promotions aside from those directed at the new clients. Moreover, the minimum amount of money you will have to deposit in order to receive a bonus is actually quite high – most casinos would ask for no more than €20-30.
Tropicanza Casino License
Tropicanza is a casino that chose to remain fully anonymous and provide very little information about itself. It was not mentioned which company owns and operates the website and where that company is based. What we can be fairly certain about is that they are not licensed since regulated companies always make sure to provide this sort of information. Moreover, most regulated casinos feature a digital seal at the footer of their website – this makes their license quite easy to get access to. This was not the case with Tropicanza. In fact, we were not even able to find any sort of information about the casino online. This is not that weird considering the fact that they only started to operate a month prior to the writing of this review. What is strange, however, is that the casino claims that it has been in the industry for over a decade. From what we can tell, there is something shady going on.
Always make sure to work with regulated casinos. Companies regulated in Malta and the UK are generally the most reliable since they are obligated to follow a ton of rules and keep many regulations and restrictions in mind. All such establishments have to implement stern anti-money laundering and privacy protection policies. They also have to adhere to certain technical standards to ensure the fairness and randomness of the games. Finally, responsible gambling policies are an absolute must with Maltese and UK casinos.
Some players prefer working with casinos that do not have to keep such strict restrictions in mind and that offer more possibilities to their clients. That is why they usually turn to companies regulated in Curacao – an offshore zone that has made a name for itself as a main regulatory hub in the online gambling sphere. Although such companies are not as strictly regulated and not all of them are perfectly reliable, there are many great casinos that operate from Curacao. There are, once again, certain privacy protection and anti-fraud measures implemented to ensure the safety of players. With offshore casinos, it might be worthwhile to check what players and independent reviewers are saying online before opening an account to make sure you are working with a good casino. Still, regulated offshore casinos are a much better choice than unlicensed enterprises.
We would still like to give Tropicanza the benefit of the doubt – the casino was launched very recently and might obtain a license in the near future.

Tropicanza Casino Deposit and withdrawal
Currencies: Euro (EUR)
The only two payment methods Tropicanza accepts are credit/debit card, and crypto. Clients will be able to deposit anywhere between €40 and €300 with their Visa or MasterCard card, between €75 and €2000 in Bitcoin, or between €100 and €2000 in Tether. No specific information was provided about deposit processing times and additional fees.
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €40 | €300 | Unspecified | Unspecified |
Crypto | €75 | €2000 | Unspecified | Unspecified |
When it comes to withdrawals, the selection of payment solutions is even more limited. You can only withdraw funds with Visa (€150-€400) or in Bitcoin (€150-€400). This is a very high minimum withdrawal amount compared to the industry standard. The withdrawal limits, on the other hand, were pretty high. Clients can withdraw up to €2000 daily, €10 000 weekly, and €40 000 – a lot more than what most casinos would allow.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €150 | €400 | up to 36 hours | Unspecified |
Crypto | €150 | €400 | up to 36 hours | Unspecified |
However, this casino had some quite questionable conditions related to withdrawals. You have to turn over each of your deposits at least 3 times before you are allowed to withdraw. If you have deposited €10, for example, you will have to wager that amount 3 times – up to €30 – before you are allowed to place a withdrawal request. This is a weird condition – one that you would not find in most casinos' Terms and Conditions section – that makes it way harder for players to get access to their money.
Tropicanza Casino Games and game suppliers
Tropicanza collaborates with an impressively high number of well-known game providers and offers a very impressive selection of beautifully designed games. In fact, the large game library is the best thing about this casino.

Players will be able to enjoy a large variety of popular slots with varying themes – from Egyptian, Mythical, and Adventure to Fruits, Horror, and more humorous games. Some of the titles Tropicanza can offer include Rock Climber, Wolf Treasure, Book of Riches Deluxe, Queen and the Dragons, Quest of Gods, Wild Diamonds, Book of Rebirths, Demi Gods 3, Majestic King, Book of Egypt, Fortune Dogs, Viking Wilds, Garage, Monkey Bar, Magic Oak, Chinese Tigers, Monsters, Lucky Cat, Boots of Luck, Avalon: The Lost Kingdom, Golden Lemon, 100 Juicy Fruits, Chilli Quest, etc.
The table game selection did not disappoint and featured all popular casino games such as Baccarat (Baccarat Deluxe, Baccarat VIP, Super Baccarat, Baccarat Mini, Baccarat No Commission, etc.), Blackjack (European Blackjack, American Blackjack, Super 7 Blackjack, Multihand Blackjack, etc.), Poker (Single Poker, Hold ‘Em Poker, In Between Poker, Joker Poker Aces, Russian Poker, etc.), and Roulettes (European Roulette, 3D Roulette, American Roulette, Neon Roulette, French Roulette, etc.). The table game selection seemed truly endless.
Fans of live games can enjoy a variety of events – not only casino-related but also game shows. Some of the events you can access include Music Wheel, Monopoly Live, Crazy Time, Crazy Coin Flip, Fan Tan, Super Andar Bahar, Craps, Teen Patti, Dead or Alive: Saloon, Deal or No Deal, Football Studio, Funky Time, and many live casino events.
If you would like to play a more casual sort of game, Tropicanza has your back with hundreds of Bingo games – Neptune Bingo, Cryptomania Bingo, Chilli Hunter Bingo, Funky Bingo, etc.
When it comes to sports and cybersports betting, we were disappointed. The casino supposedly offered both of these things – but when we tried to open these sections of the website, we were unable to access anything at all. Such games might be available at some point in the future – after all this is still a fairly new casino – but for now, players will not be able to access any sort of sports events.
Conclusion
The only good thing about Tropicanza is the large selection of slots and table games it offers. This is an anonymous, unregulated establishment which means you can never be sure that they are compliant with all standards and that you would be treated in a fair, transparent manner. The selection of payment solutions was also limited and the minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts – were quite high. While the casino did offer a decent Welcome Bonus Package, the lack of offers for returning clients was outrageous.
As a whole, we believe that there are far better, safer casinos to play with.
