Slots&Luck Casino is not the best casino you will read about or play. In fact, from what we have seen it may even not be worth your time and money. As you will see, only very few elements of the casino seem normal.

The bonuses are, believe it or not, the only good thing about this casino. And there is quite a lot to cover, but in reality they are quite simple and straightforward. However, there wasn't a lot of information concerning the bonus conditions, which is only a hint at the shadiness that the casino has embodied.
Welcome Deposit Bonus of up to $2500: Here there are 4 packages in total as part of this promotion. There is a 15x wagering requirement that has to be completed prior to a withdrawal request being issued. Meanwhile we are told that the maximum cashout you can generate is 10x, but times what has not been revealed (it can either be the bonus or the deposit). The minimum deposit is set at $30. Here are the offers:
- First Deposit Bonus of 300% up to $500
- Second Deposit Bonus of 350% up to $500
- Third Deposit Bonus of 400% up to $500
- Fourth Deposit Bonus of 450% up to $500
- Fifth Deposit Bonus of 500% up to $500
Non Sticky Deposit Bonuses: The deal is basically the same as the bonuses above. A 15x wagering, a 10x max cashout. Also, each promo can be used 3 times per user. The Non Sticky Deposit Bonuses are as follows:
- Invest $30 to get a Non Sticky Bonus of 260%
- Invest $50 to get a Non Sticky Bonus of 310%
- Invest $100 to get a Non Sticky Bonus of 500%
Sticky Bonus up to 2850% : The same conditions as above. The max cashout is capped at 10x (again we don't know times what), the wagering is set at 15x, and each promo can be used up to 3 times per player.
- Invest $30 to get a Sticky Bonus of 250%
- Invest $50 to get a Sticky Bonus of 300%
- Invest $100 to get a Sticky Bonus of 400%
Sportsbook Bonus up to 450%: Here there were no conditions to speak of.
- Deposit $30 for a 200% Bonus
- Deposit $50 for a 250% Bonus
Refer and Earn Bonus of up to $100: Get up to $50 for every friend that you refer and completes the KYC procedure, and another $50 for when your friend makes his very first deposit. It seems that there is a 35x wagering requirement set here.
LICENSE
The closest one can get to an actual truth about the identity of the casino is through its alleged holding company, called Pictus Ventures S.R.L. But, in reality there is no proof that the firm is regulated, and in fact, from what we have seen, the casino acts as though it is definitely unlicensed. For one, there is no seal of regulatory approval anywhere, and as you might know by now, these seals are usually a requirement set by the overseer.
But there's a ton of evidence to suggest that Pictus Ventures S.R.L. is not licensed, and in effect the casino. There was no regulatory information in the legal documents nor anywhere else. So, we have no other choice but to deem this platform unregulated, and move on to see what went wrong. But before that, there are a couple of clauses here that confirm our suspicions about the illegitimacy of the casino.
One element in the legal documents that has us worried is one that talks about a subscription plan based model of doing things, It eludes to this plan as the decisive factor by which practices and rules will be established and conducted, linked directly to the type of content posted on the site, the size and quality of financial data, as well as the max server space allocated to each user. But when we tried to access the subscription plans ourselves the purported link was not active, underlined as though functioning but in reality not a link at all. So, we have no real idea to what extent this subscription-based framework goes to, but we can say with confidence that this is not something that is adapted to an online casino, nor is it generally well accepted. It is a sign that the operators of the platform are experimenting outside of comfort zones and this can only create risks for the players.
Another shady clause has to do with third parties. The casino explicitly states that it may connect users to “unaffiliated third parties” that will offer their services and products, without verifying the accuracy or legitimacy of their claims. This is a sign that things can get sour real fast, and it seems that the casino does nor really care for its users; its goal is set on achieving multiple financing channels at the cost of user's comfort and safety.
To top things up, but most importantly to safeguard the casino and its operators, Slots&Luck includes a ton of limited liability and indemnification clauses, all of which act to keep the platform away from any legal action that users might want to take against it. Any casino with such a shield is bound to be up to no good. Not only this, but Slots&Luck is not even that goo, so the risk is really not worth it.
Unregulated casinos, de facto, are not by definition scams, with a few exceptions. There are just more risky that others, and can allow themselves to act in liberal ways that are usually not tolerated even by the most broad-minded regulators out there. Slots&Luck Casino is the worst of these cases, and to us it may actually be a risk to users.

Aside from what you see as the payment methods above, there is nothing more to define and expand on these. There was no minimum deposit, no withdrawal processing times, and no mention of fees. And speaking the methods, the ones of offer here are not enough, for anyone. There is simply not enough in terms of payment freedom to accumulate a sizeable audience.
Speaking of fees, most casinos have none, but payment system apply them constantly, especially crypto-related methods and the like. Also, note that there are currency conversion related fees and commissions.
There's nothing more to add, and we don't want to blabber without reason. All we can do is end this section on the following note: a casino that has not detailed its payment conditions is bound to be left behind, especially when it comes down to a casino such as this one, where all elements are flailing.
GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS
Just like most elements of this casino so is the gaming hub in poor quality. There's no easy way to say it, but we were left unimpressed, and we doubt that the casino has a chance at a future in this state.
The gaming hub was inadequate to say the least, and to make matters worse on the slot side there were no actual games nor a real section for this type of game. In fact, aside from 6 slots games mentioned – Western Reels, Fruitsland, Super Golden Dragon Inferno Hold & Win, Rich Reels, Wilds Drop, and Golden Dragon Inferno – there was nothing else to remotely suggest a competent catalogue of video slots. So, in the end we knew nothin about the slots, nor about any of the providers.
The same thing applies to the live games, of which nothing has been said. There is no dedicated live games hub, and no advertised games. It feels as if there are no live game sat all.
But there is a sportsbook, of sorts. In spite of our preliminary surprise, the sportsbook turned out to be a mirror of everything that is wrong with Slots&Luck Casino. The whole betting platform was incredibly limited, and actually felts and looked more like an underdeveloped and unfinished project that an actual sportsbook. If it were not for the sports listing, we would not have guessed it was a betting platform. Speaking of the former, here we have Baseball, Marshal Arts, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Hockey, Volleyball, and Football, another limited side to it, since these are the bare minimum sport offers. Essentially, even with this sportsbook, the casino utterly fails to impress. So what could have been a highlight for the casino and a glimmer of hope for its potential, tuned out to be a limited and underwhelming aspect that is easily replicated and surpassed by the bulk of other sportsbooks out there.
But worse than that is that there is no redeeming factor here. The entire gaming collection is one big shortcoming that really does not do anything to make the casino better. A lost cause for sure.

CONCLUSION
Let's fly over the main points made here: there is no regulation in place, not to mention the presence of shady clauses, a limited gaming selection, including a barely identifiable sports betting platform, and a limited payment environment. The only good thing in the casino is the bonuses it offers, but even here there is misunderstanding in the shape of missing conditions. So, there is no real reason to try this casino, and we have an itching feeling that the platform can even pose risks to clients.
