SlotGems is a fresh new casino that makes a good first impression with its intuitive website design. There is a good amount of games you can play there, from some of the best game suppliers. The casino also has a very fast and convenient sign-up process. However, it then makes a turn for the worse. You see, it seems that this particular house is not really willing to share some of the most important information that its clients need to know, with them. For instance, even though there are a lot of bonuses, the casino does not mention their wagering requirements, or even their minimum deposit amounts. And there is no information on where the company behind it operates from. So is SlotGems a good place to play? Read the following review to find out what it does right and where it fails:
Bonuses
There is a large number of bonuses that are available with this casino. Here is a brief outline of what they look like:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
Frist Deposit Bonus | €20 | 100% up to €300 + 250 spins | 35x | None |
Second Deposit Bonus | €20 | 50% up to €250 + 150 spins | 35x | None |
Third Deposit Bonus | €20 | 120% up to €240 + 200 spins | 35x | None |
Lazy Monday Freebie | €50 | 30 spins | Unspecified | None |
Triple Tuesday | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | None |
Wheelspin Wednesday | Unspecified | 10 spins | 0x | None |
Timeless Thursday | Unspecified | 200 spins | 0x | None |
Fresh Friday Offer | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | None |
Saturday Fever | Unspecified | 100 spins | Unspecified | None |
Savage Sunday | Unspecified | 10 spins | Unspecified | None |
Weekend Bonus | €50 | 30% up to €300 | 35x | None |
Weekly Reload | €20 | 100% up to €500 | 35x | None |
Before we examine them in more details, we should mention some things they have in common. The wagering requirement for most promotions is unknown – that is because of the lack of information from the casino we mentioned as one of our main issues with it. Yet the ones it does list are quite decent – 35x. That is right in the middle of what most casinos demand – a wagering requirement in the range of 30x to 40x. A wagering requirement means the amount of times you are expected to turn over a bonus before you are allowed to cash it out and the winnings associated with it.
Secondly, there is no cash-out limit on any of the bonuses, at least none that the casino mentions. This most likely means there are no such restrictions on how much you can profit with the casino. Thirdly, all of the bonuses need to be used within seven days of getting them, or they will be lost. So with that in mind, here are the bonuses up close:
- Firstly, there are three deposit bonuses that SlotGems issues on the first three occasions you cash in with the casino. To get them, you need to deposit at least €20 or more, on every one of these three first deposits. What is interesting about them is the fact that they let you decide what to get, between two choices. One of them is always Free Spins, and the other is a cash reward. The First Deposit Bonus that is issued by the casino lets you pick between a cash bonus of up to €300 or 250 Spins. The cash component is calculated as 100% of your deposited funds. The wagering requirement here is 35x. This is a pretty good promotion to welcome you into the casino.
- The Second Deposit Bonus is the next you can claim with SlotGems. This gives you another choice – between a 50% deposit bonus, up to €250 or 150 Free Spins. What you end up picking will really be up to you at the end of the day, but you should know that the same wagering requirement applies here as well.
- The last bonus in this welcome package is the Third Deposit Bonus. Surprisingly, it gives you a 120% bonus of up to €240. That is a higher multiplier than the previous promotion. You can chose this or the Free Spins that the bonus provides, which are up to 200.
The next couple of bonuses have a lot of unknown aspects. Once again, this casino seems to be pretty averse to giving us any kind of information about some of the most important aspects about them. Most of them come with no minimum deposit or wagering requirements. It is possible the wagering requirement on them is still 35x – but there is no way to know for sure. It is also possible that the minimum deposit requirements are the same as the ones in the welcome package, but we cannot speculate. It is not common for casinos to conceal what you can get from their bonuses at all, and we consider this to be one of the bigger failings of SlotGems!
- The Lazy Monday Freebie claims that it is a no-deposit bonus that entitles you to 30 Free Spins. However, the Terms and Conditions of the promotion include a clause which stipulates that you need to have deposited €50 or more on the previous Sunday to claim the bonus.
- There is a bonus called Triple Tuesday. It gives an unspecified amount of casino credits to play with. Given its name, we would assume it is a 200% bonus on deposits, but there is no way to know for sure without SlotGems telling us this important information.
- On Wednesdays, you will be able to claim the Wheelspin Wednesday Bonus. With an unknown qualifying deposit, you will be able to get three spins of a wheel game. SlotGems has several such games, so there is no way to know which one it is talking about!
- The fourth daily bonus with the casino is called Timeless Thursday, and it allows you to get 200 Free Spins. The casino boasts this bonus has no wagering requirement.
- The next bonus you can get is called Fresh Friday Offer. This is by far the most mysterious of the promotions the casino offers. There is absolutely no information on what the bonus even does – we are not sure whether it credits your account with any amount of money or Free Spins!
- On the weekend, you will be able to make use of the Saturday Fever Bonus to get 100 Free Spins on slot games.
- There is also a Savage Sunday promotion, which gives you 10 free Wheel Spins.
There are two more bonuses, which apply for deposits made with SlotGems during the week and the weekend. What makes them stand apart from the different weekly bonuses we mentioned is the fact the casino actually describes what you can get with them! Here is what these promotions are called:
- Deposits made during the week will be able to make use of the Weekly Reload Bonus. This is a 100% Bonus, up to €500. The minimum deposit to get it is €20 and it comes with a 35x wagering requirement.
- Weekend deposits will qualify for the Weekend Reload Bonus. The promotion gives you 30% of deposited funds as bonus money, with a maximum of €300. The minimum deposit is higher – €50, which is a bit over what most casinos would put their minimums at. The same wagering requirement as before is applied.
License
There is no information on who runs this casino. In fact, the About Us section has SlotGems claiming that it came for space. That makes for a funny joke, but we would have liked a better degree of transparency as to the whereabouts of the house. Since it does not present us with a license either, we cannot really say whether it follows a number of important security measures that are demanded of licensed casinos.
For instance, they need to make sure their clients' data is safe. There is a lot of sensitive personal information that gets sent to the casino with every deposit request. So regulated houses encrypt this data up to the highest standards of regulation. This greatly helps in preventing it from leaking.
Other protections are also in place. There are independent auditors which make sure the random number generators used in a casino are actually unbiased. Otherwise, you cannot be sure they will not be weighted in the favor of the casino.
And while a lack of a license does not automatically mean the casino is engaging in any shady behavior, we would recommend playing only with houses you know you can trust.

Deposit and Withdrawal
There are not a lot of deposit methods with this casino. In fact, the ones it does accept are listed below:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €20 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Revolut | €20 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Crypto | €40 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
You can only pay via Revolut, a credit card or crypto. There is no way to use an e-voucher, or an e-wallet other than Revolut. This means SlotGems has a lot less methods of payment it accepts than the average casino out there. The minimum deposit for cards and the e-wallet it takes is €20, and crypto deposits demand twice that. This is on the high end of the minimum deposit requirements that casinos nowadays have. There is no fee on cashing in, at least. Things are even worse when it comes to the withdrawal methods of the casino:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | €100 | €2000 | Unspecified | Free |
First off, it only has one of them – crypto. Secondly, the minimum withdrawal is obscenely high, as it sits at €100. There is no way to know how long it takes to process these transactions either, because that is not something the casino tells us either!
There is also an inactivity fee it charges to dormant accounts:
These kinds of fees are actually very standard in the industry, and are no cause for concern.
Games and Game Suppliers
There are around 30 game Suppliers the casino partners with. The names NoLimit City, ELK, Play n Go, Playson, Oryx Gaming, Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Tom Horn Gaming, BetSoft, MicroGaming and Evolution Gaming are featured on a banner on its website, but it also has some other game developers' titles. Here is a full list of these suppliers:
Game providers: Betsoft, ELK, Playson, Play'n GO, Oryx, Endorphina, Hacksaw, Tom Horn, Nolimit City, Microgaming, Evolution, BBGames, Booongo, Other, Ezugi, Fugaso, GameArt, Gamzix, ISoftBet, LuckyStreak, Mascot, Mr Slotty, Platipus, Red Rake, Relax Gaming, Spinomenal
In any case, the best casinos out there have thousands of games from at least a hundred developers. SlotGems is a bit lagging in this regard. The games it does have are separated in several categories:
- Slots: This is by far the biggest section, and it has titles like Bigger Bass Bonanza, Christmas Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Hand of Anubis, Money Train 3, Joker Stoker, Fruit Party 2 and many others. We like the fact that the casino highlights some of these games in a special section, which makes new titles easier to discover. Overall, the slots section is decent.
- Table Games and Live Games: There are several variations of some casino classics like Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes. There are also many Dice games – Sic Bo and Backgammon are two of them. These games can be played only live, with real dealers.
- Game Shows: There is a pretty limited number of these available. The ones we noticed included WheelBet, Monopoly Live and Dragon Tiger.
Conclusion
We cannot really recommend this casino on account of the fact it has several critical issues. One of them is the lack of regulation. The other is the annoying lack of information regarding its promotions. However, since the house is pretty new, we hope that it will deal with these problems – especially the fact it does not mention anything about most of its bonuses. That would make the casino a pretty pleasant and relaxing place to bet!
