Shuffle Casino is a nice-looking gaming house with an excellent dark-ish theme and a website it's a pleasure to browse through. The casino is licensed, which is a big plus, but with that said, we shall tell you that we spotted a lot of minuses. One thing to note is that there aren't very many gaming studios delivering games to Shuffle Casino. It's true that only leading providers are working with the house, but that's not enough to call a casino a good place for wagering. In the following review, we'll see all the aspects of Shuffle Casino – bonuses, licenses, payment system and gaming library so that at the end of this post, players are well aware of everything they need to know about Shuffle. The first thing we'll talk about are the bonuses.

Bonuses
We were extremely disappointed to see that Shuffle Casino doesn't currently offer any bonus whatsoever. It's Promotion page is not active, and once we registered, we didn't find promotions, as well. The only promotional offer is actually the VIP programme, in which players can increase their rank through depositing and playing, and then there are some bonuses, but nothing is really specified.
What's more, players will have access to the first bounty only if they reach the Bronze status, which is the third rank in the ladder. When they hit it, Shuffle Casino states that they can get Instant Rakeback, a Weekly Bonus, a Level Up Bonus and a Tier Up Bonus, which is great, but as already mentioned, there is absolutely nothing specified whatsoever. If the bonus is meagre, we don't see any reason to stay in Shuffle Casino and wager to reach VIP levels; it doesn't make any sense since Shuffle Casino refuses to share even a single detail about the bonuses.
That's frustrating, but we were even more discouraged by the fact that Shuffle Casino doesn't offer welcome bonuses. Today, a casino simply shouldn't launch its operations if there aren't enough bonuses for players. For one thing, everyone who loves playing wants to get some free money for wagering, and casinos always deliver, at least the good ones. Another thing is that the gaming industry is now a market in a fierce competition. It's not about whether a casino offers bonuses or not. The question is how much. Some casinos offer 100% on the first deposit, others can offer 200%, while some will readily include bonuses for the first, second and the third deposit in the welcome package. Knowing this, we certainly don't see a reason to go and play in Shuffle Casino. It doesn't have bonuses. Can you believe it?
That said, however, we shall also recognize the fact that Shuffle Casino is a brand new house, so it still have room to improve. We hope they will sooner or later include some bonus offers, which is the right thing to do. If they don't, they will risk having a terrible business model and may as well go offline very soon. We see potential in the casino, mostly because of the fact that it's a licensed house. Let us explain a bit more now.
License
Shuffle Casino is a licensed casino. It is owned by Natural Nine B.V. and is authorised in Curacao by Antillephone – one of the master license holders on the island. The fact that they have a license is one very big plus as it shows that the casino is willing to carry out their business according to international rules and standards. Today, it's necessary for a casino to have a license cause it reassures players that everything is safe and they will play their games in a secure environment.
As for the company Natural Nine B.V., it's not a business we know very well. In fact, we don't know other houses run by them, so they are apparently a new name in the very hot gaming industry. On the one hand, it's good to know that new players are trying to compete in the fast-paced gaming industry.
On the other hand, however, we cannot be sure whether the company will deliver a good gaming experience like other companies do – Rabidi and Hollycorn are just two companies that are established and definitely much better than Natural Nine, at least for now. And it's not hard to realize that. Both companies have casinos offering tens of bonuses, while Shuffle Casino doesn't even have a single bonus to offer. Natural Nine is apparently on the losing side, and we hope they will take measures and improve Shuffle Casino. Anyhow, speaking of Curacao licenses, let us share some information about the regulatory framework there.
When it comes to casino licensing, Curacao takes an unusual approach. The gaming authorities on the island do not directly license or supervise casinos but have delegated the process to four independent operators – Antillephone, Gaming Curacao, E-Gaming and CIL. These are third-party companies having the power to authorise and preside over casinos. The Curacao way of doing things gives room for the speculation that houses licensed in the country are not sufficiently controlled.
At the same time, though, we can't help but realise that licensing is quicker, the process is cheaper, giving the casinos the flexibility to deliver a better gaming experience. After all, the capacity increases since private companies are always more efficient than government structures, not to mention that in Curacao, there are four licensors instead of one. Hence, if you want a casino with marvellous bonuses and plenty of games, you will usually find it in Curacao. That doesn't relate to Shuffle Casino, however, which doesn't have any bonuses for now.
As any other casino with a license in Curacao, Shuffle Casino can operate throughout the world, but some countries are excluded by the license. Also, the casino has the right to restrict other places at its sole discretion, and here are the places where Shuffle Casino is closed:
Restricted countries: Australia, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Show All, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Aruba, Belarus, Belgium, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Denmark, France, Greece, Guam, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea, North, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Malta, Netherlands Antilles, Portugal, Serbia, Singapore, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Slovakia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, British, Virgin Islands, U.S., Zimbabwe
And here is the license we were looking for:
Deposit and Withdrawal
Currencies: Binance Coin (BNB), Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), XRP
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
The deposit policy of Shuffle Casino is not good. They accept only cryptocurrencies, which is a terrible way to collect deposits. It's true that the casino gives the option to buy cryptos through MoonPay and Banxa and subsequently deposit the coins, but that doesn't make the deposit system any better.
On top of that, there are literally no details shared about minimum and maximum deposits, which is somewhat shady. Shuffle Casino definitely needs to improve its payment policy.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified |
The withdrawals are even worse cause players will only get their money in the form of cryptocurrencies. Imagine that you went to Shuffle Casino, bought cryptos assisted by the casino and deposited it. You managed to make a deposit, but you'll have serious troubles when getting your money back. You will need a wallet, probably a MetaMask, an account in a crypto exchange and so on and so forth. The withdrawal policy of Shuffle Casino is just terrible. We won't wager there unless they fix that.
But that wasn't the end of the downsides. Shuffle Casino does not specify minimum and maximum withdrawals and limits as well as potential fees and withdrawal request processing time. There is absolutely nothing, and the lack of information makes Shuffle Casino looks shady and unreliable.
Another missing conditions are in regards to the rollover requirement – how many times a player needs to wager its deposit, and inactive accounts. Overall, not even a single important gaming condition is revealed by Shuffle Casino, and that's very bad for them. The absence of details is shady and definitely destroy the casino's rating. It's not a good house.
Games and Game Suppliers
Game providers: Evolution, BGaming, Nolimit City, PragmaticPlay, Push Gaming, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Popiplay, AvatarUX, Amigo Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, PGSoft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Quickspin, Spinomenal
When it comes to gaming, Shuffle Casino is 50/50. On the one hand, the casino works with very few gaming providers, so the variety in the library isn't the greatest. On the other hand, all providers are top names, and we could find some very popular slots like Gates of Olympus, Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza and Reactoonz, which is a plus.
Speaking of slots, see some new names in the library: Wild Heist Cashout, Double Diamond Night, Joker's Twist, Dragon's Mirror, Lure of Fortune, Roadkill, Timber Stacks, “Lights, Camera, Cash”, Sherwood Gold, Sugar Supreme, Viking Forge, Miss Neko, Merge Up, Spooky Carnival, Don't Eat The Candy, Creepy Ink, Witchy Popping, Monkey Battle For The Scrolls, Eye Of The Panda, Ultimate Striker, The Money Men Megaways and so forth.
The Live Casino is also not the best, but overall, it's not too bad. There are slightly more than 100 games altogether, but each one is delivered by a leading provider, which somewhat compensates for the lack of variety. Players will find real dealer tables of Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Games Shows. Here are the 21 Game Shows you can play: Funky Time, Snakes and Ladders Live, Boom City, Lightning Dice, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, Crazy Time, Deal Or No Deal, Mega Ball, Cash or Crash, First Person Mega Ball, Mega Wheel, Football Studio, Gonzo's Treasure Map, Monopoly, First Person Deal Or No Deal, XXXTreme Lightning Roulette, Dream Catcher, Extra Chilli Epic Spins, Dead Or Alive Saloon, Monopoly Big Baller and Double Ball Roulette.
All in all, we are neutral about the gaming library. There aren't many names to choose from, but at the same time, the ones you will find are trustworthy and very popular.
Conclusion
When we stepped to review Shuffle Casino we already knew it's licensed, so we had some expectations about it. Unfortunately, the casino couldn't meet any of them, and the only good thing left is the license. The gaming library is overall not so bad, the payment policy is terrible, and to our surprise, we didn't see even a single bonus. In its current condition, Shuffle Casino is not a place we like, but its license is a big plus and tells us that the casino has a potential. If bonuses are introduced, all the gaming conditions are revealed and the payment policy is improved, we can consider Shuffle Casino a good place for wagering. For now, it's a disappointment.
