Qassino is a newly-launched online gambling house. There is a lot we like about it, but also a lot of issues which we discovered. So, overall, it is a bit of a mixed bag! Nothing exemplifies that better than the Welcome bonus with the house. On one hand, this is a very generous promotion which grants players access to thousands of dollars worth of Bonus money. On the other, the cash out limits and wagering requirements for each of the bonuses within it are very restrictive.

But the biggest issues with Qassino have to be its payment policies and the restriction on maximum winnings. Players are able to cash in via a very narrow range of payment methods. Furthermore, the minimum and maximum deposit amounts are just too limited! We are not fond of the overly restrictive withdrawal policies either, which include high withdrawal processing times. And the restriction on how much you can win from your bets is just antithetical to the point of casino games in the first place!

And on the other hand, the games library is genuinely great! Sourced form a good amount of Suppliers and featuring exciting titles, there are thousands of Slots, Table games, Game Shows and more to explore.

So it seems like recommending you play in the casino or recommending you avoid it is pretty difficult. We need to examine everything we mentioned, and more, in sufficient detail, in order to be able to determine if the casino is worth checking out or not. Here is a list of all of the bonuses with the casino. You will notice the majority of them are actually part of the Welcome Package. But the promotions outside of it are not bad either. Here's an outline of both of these types of promotions:

We will examine all of them one by one, of course. However, before we do so, we would like to mention that there are three common aspects of all of the promotions with the casino which demand you to deposit in order to obtain them.

Firstly, the minimum deposit requirement is said to be $20. That is a fair enough amount, but it's not actually the entry cost for the promotions. Since the casino does not accept deposits under $25, that's how much one would need to come up with in order to deposit, and such an amount is not exactly competitive.

Secondly, all of the bonus cash and free spins which you can get have the same wagering requirements. If you are wondering what a wagering requirement is, that is simply an amount of times you need to play through the bonus, in order to be able to cash it out. Usually, it is set to 30x to 40x by most casinos nowadays. Here, though, the requirements are higher. Bonus cash needs to be wagered 50 times to be withdrawn, which is outside of the limit we consider acceptable. At least the wagering requirements for the Free Spins are just 40x, which is within the reasonable, if only slightly.

Thirdly, every bundle of bonus cash and free spins you can get has the same cash out limit, regardless of its size. Cash out limits are a pretty simple concept. Essentially, with them, you cannot win more than the limit the casino has set for each bonus. Anything over that limit will simply be written off by the house. Here, that is set to $1000 for any bundle of bonus cash and $200 for any amount of Free Spins. As you will see, setting flat cash out limits makes some bonuses very restrictive.

• Starting off with the Welcome Package, it is made up of five bonuses which need to be claimed in sequence. Once you get each of them, the next will become available. • Then, there is also a Monthly Reload Bonus. It only grants you bonus cash – 50% of the deposit you make to get the bonus, up to $1000. This is a fairly big amount of cash, which makes sense, because the bonus can be obtained once every month! It is especially good for high-rollers.
• A Daily Cashback Bonus is available with the casino as well. The promotion is a bit different than the rest of the bonuses, which are a bit too formulaic. It allows you to get 10% of your daily losses credited back to your account. The maximum you can get that way is $1000, which is great for a permanently active bonus! What's even better is the 1x wagering requirement for the funds, as well as the lack of a cash out limit. All in all, this is an exemplary cashback bonus.

Finally, the casino also mentions that there are certain VIP perks. However, it seems they are yet to be revealed, as the house does not have any information on what they look like. This is pretty exciting, because VIP bonuses can give you all sorts of great account privileges. These include higher withdrawal maximums, priority processing times for cash-out requests, tailor-made bonuses and so on.

One of the strongest aspects of this casino is the strict regulation it runs under. In fact, that is precisely what impresses us the most about the house. Let's take a look at what it has to say about its license:

After having covered the best part of the casino's services, its regulation, it is time to also cover the worst. This is the payment policies of the house, which are restrictive, limiting and uncompetitive. The processing times of the casino are said to be between 15 minutes and five days. We hope it sticks to the lower amount it has listed, because having to wait five days to get your cash is pretty annoying!

Finally, there are no fees by the casino, but you still need to keep the third party charges we mentioned in mind. The only charge by Qassino is the following inactivity fee:

Conclusion

Overall, we consider Qassino to be a decent enough casino. But we simply don't like its maximum win restrictions and consider them unfair. Other issues with the house, like its limited amount of payment methods and its mess of a withdrawal policies also eclipse all of the positive features of the casino. So we cannot recommend it, and would instead advise you check out our other reviews to find a better option!
