Unfortunately Jozz Casino is not quite fit for the modern online casino industry and by the end it did not leave a single impression on us. There was nothing really to keep us or anyone else entertained for more than a few hours, and despite its license we don't think it is worth it. Read the review to find out all about it.

Start Bonus of 1o0% up to $500: Activate this typical welcome bonus by investing at least $10. There is a 40x wagering requirement in order to activate the withdrawal process. There was no maximum cash-out revealed anywhere.
Free Spins Bonus: There are two packages here, either 15 FS or 30 FS. The first stage is to invest at least $10 to activate the first 30 free spins. After that, you have to invest $15 to activate the other 15 free spins. Complete a wagering requirement of 30x or 45x, depending on your VIP level. The last 15 free spins are not wagered, so you can cash-out easily from them.
50% Bonus: There was no cap for the bonus, and this promotion is oddly available only once per account. There was no minimum deposit revealed, and all we know of it in specifics is that there is a 40x wagering requirement. Furthermore, users can also get a 15% refund from the deposit amount used to activate the bonus.
Saturday Cashback Bonus: Every Saturday at 01:00 UTC you can get up to 10% cashback for the net losses from last week, calculated based on the {weekly deposits amount – weekly withdrawal amount – the account money at the time of activating the bonus}. The required sum to invest if you want to activate this bonus is $15, and the higher your VIP level the better the cashback will be.
Birthday Bonus: The real amount of the bonus and all things associated with it depends entirely on the total amounts of the deposits made the previous 12 months (min $100 per year), minus all the withdrawals and the current balance you have at the moment of activating the bonus. The real birthday surprise is that there is no need to wager the winnings.
VIP: Earn points by playing, and so the more you invest and play the higher the VIP tier system you'll reach. And with that you'll get better bonus wagering ratios, BackDeposit accrual percentage, and approved account managers.
Throughout the bonuses, we noticed a lot of lacking details which to us seems like something that should have been deal with. There a pieces of missing bonus conditions that usually are a major part of the conditions, and here they are not well defined at times.
LICENSE
Jozz.com is operated and owned by NETGLOBE SERVICES LTD a company fully incorporated under the laws of Curacao, holding a eGaming license. It seems that NETGLOBE SERVICES LTD is also the payments operator.
The main job that Curacao casinos have is to provide a secure and safe playing ground for all its users. This is one of the main reasons why it gets a license in the first place, acting both as a sign to users to prove its safety as well as proving to itself of its capabilities. Jozz Casino is under armor, guaranteed by anti-fraud practices, data protection schemes, SSL encrypted servers, and a ton more going on behind that scene.
Another responsibility, and a great seal of approval for all users, is the provision of random number generators software, promising a fair and unbiased gaming experience. Essentially this is a legal promise that each spin or card game, any game of chance, is based on luck and that alone. No player is placed above another, and there is absolutely no trace of favoritism.
Curacao licensed casinos are required to have and apply responsible gambling policies and procedures. This is a huge responsibility, and as far as we've seen even those casinos with no license actually offer help lines and gambling addiction prevention strategies. Gamers who feel like they can't stop can contact a number of source, awhile the casino can impose limits on their game time, limits on the amount the can deposit, and have the power to shut down accounts if it comes to that.
There are also requirements pertaining to providing a solid and reliable customer support service, which means that clients have to always be helped with any enquires or issues they have.
A major advantage granted to all Curacao casinos, not at the expense of anything, is the looser limitations on game providers, meaning that the likes of Jozz Casino can offer more games and gaming providers and still deliver impeccable services. Now whether those games and providers are actually worth it is up to the casino.
A major disadvantage that Curacao licensed casinos have is the stigma of being considered “offshore” and less reputable, even though they pretty much match with most mainland casinos in terms of safety and fairness for the players. Unfortunately, this perception may still slither into the consciousness of some users.

Jozz Casino's payment situation is quite weird and vague despite there being a ton of information. The issue was that the payment details were not really helpful and quite technical, which we understand is a part of the whole legal rhetoric, but we wouldn't have minded having a simple list of the actual available payment methods, minimum deposits, and fees.
All we actually learn is that the client can, probably, pay with credit cards, debit cards, and crypto, since there was no mention of bank transfers anywhere.
The only two clauses that we found worth mentioning tackled an off fee structure and a limit on payouts. The first one claims that after the third payment a user makes on a single calendar day the casino will issue a 10% fee, which we assume pertains to deposits. Take a look for yourselves:
There is no real talk about fees. The legal documents mention once or twice the presence of commissions on transactions plus some undisclosed payment fees but that's about it. It is very withholding which we find to be an issue.
The other clause has to do with limiting the amount a client can withdrawal, Essenaitlly, the maximum withdrawal cap is based on the VIP level of a user.
The payment details might seem like a ton, and they are very overwhelming, but the reality is that the casino does not reveal the bread and butter: no specific payment methods, no processing times for deposits and withdrawals, and no real information on payment fees, only that there are such that apply.
GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS
The games and their supply is satisfactory, but that's just about it about them. There is nothing special, their number don't really go overboard, and there are no actual interesting additions or a sportsbook platform to bet on. Overall, the gaming situation here is below average, considering how competitive online casinos are; games and gaming features are your best shot at attracting and retaining a sizeable audience.
We liked that the games were spread out in different categories, but that's the bear minimum. The first set of titles are categorized under the video slot tag. With Jozz Casino we have all time classics like Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush, Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Legacy of Dead, Moon Princess and other widely popular titles. The collection itself seems solid enough.
Then there were the niched jackpot slots games of which we actually counted a surprising lot. Here the user can win great jackpots in slot games if they are lucky enough.
On the table games front, although we have well over 100 games their variety did not strike us as a substantial additions. There were Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat games, but that's pretty much it. Obviously it seems that the casino included these as an afterthought.
The live games section is where we secretly hoped to get more variety, but we underwhelmed by how average it was. There's Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Monopoly, Deal or No Deal, and some other games, but no poker.
The video poker, again, led us to false hopes. Because it has its own section we though that there would be at least one live poker game, but there wasn't. One of the biggest game types is unavailable at Jozz Casino, which at this point is another con to be thrown on the big pile of disappointing aspects.
Last but not least, we have the lotto page, which contained, you guessed it, lotto games and quite a few of them. This was the biggest surprise for us, and if there's one reason to deposit it's to try your luck at one of these 100= games.
Game providers: Amatic, 1x2gaming, Booongo, PragmaticPlay, Yggdrasil, Wazdan, Betsoft, Spinomenal, Blueprint, Microgaming, Endorphina, Relax Gaming, Rabat, Quickspin, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Just For The Win, Iron Dog Studio, Retro Gaming, Play'n GO, Habanero, Playson, Thunderkick, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution, Hacksaw, Red Tiger Gaming
CONCLUSION
We never had any hopes for this casino, at first because its name did not strike us as something that was well though, but later on, as this review came to a close, because it's not at all impressive in any way. Nothing stands out, its features are well bellow average, and there are even some shady operational decisions that we thing don't fit with any contemporary casino.
