Jokersino does not really win the first-time viewer with a sweeping first impression. It seemed to be a rather generic e-gaming company that offers a decent selection of casino games, with some sports betting on the side. But when we delved a bit deeper into what the company offered, we uncovered it was actually a bit of a mixed bag. It has some amazing features – very low wagering requirements for its bonuses, and a genuinely interesting structure for promotions. Yet, it is also rather shady. For example, while licensed, it has a very weak license. And it seems that it advertises payment methods it does not really accept.

Speaking of which, the deposit policies of the firm are another very lackluster feature of it. Despite claiming to take a plethora of payment tools, it only has one available. There are also some rather unfair withdrawal restrictions too, like a high minimum amount you are required to cash out. As you can see, it is difficult to pin whether this casino is good or not – it depends on what you want out of the e-gaming company you are betting with! And so, let's go over everything that you need to know about Jokersino, in order to help you decide just that. Bonuses

There are many bonuses that this casino offers. Here is what they look like, as well as what their specifics are:

Let's start with the first three promotions. They are a part of the welcome package with Jokersino. Each of the bonuses is issued subsequently, and you need to get them in order. Of course, the later bonuses offer more money than their previous counterparts. The First Bonus credits you with up to C$500, and requires you to deposit C$50 to get started.  The minimum deposit requirement is too high. Most of the e-gaming companies that have such welcome packages only make you deposit about $20 to get them. On the other hand, the wagering requirement is exceptionally low. You need to turn over the bonus just five times to cash it out. Compared to the other firms we mentioned, Jokersino comes way ahead. These other casinos place wagering requirements of between 30x and 40x for their promotions. Also, they often introduce cash out limits, which restrict the amount of profits you can make. There does not seem to be such a limit with the casino we are covering.

Next, the Second Bonus requires another minimum qualifying deposit to be made. It credits your account with C$750 and has the same withdrawal requirements. Note that the first bonus is calculated by multiplying your deposits twice, and this one is equal to your deposit. So to get the full sum of money you would need to put in more. The Third Bonus is the most generous by far – with a maximum of C$1250, and the same low wagering requirements and no cash out limits, this is an excellent promotion. It is calculated as the previous bonus, and matches your deposit. The total amount of money you stand to claim from these bonuses is impressively high – C$2500.

After the welcome package is exhausted, you would still be able to get a lot of compelling bonuses throughout the week. Starting with the Monday Bonus, which will net you C$250 if you deposit C$50, all the way to the Saturday Bonus which will give you C$1250, these are very generous. They all have similar conditions – the bonuses can be claimed after a wagering requirement of 20x is cleared. Once again, this is a very low amount to demand your players clear, and makes this one of the easiest bonuses to claim we have seen. There are no cash out limits either, and there are no restrictions on profits. The only difference between each of these promotions that is worth mentioning is the fact they are calculated as different percentages of your deposit. That way, if you want to make the most of the Wednesday Bonus, you only need to deposit C$200 to get the full C$500 it offers. But if you want to claim the maximum Friday Bonus, you would need to come up with C$1000, even though the maximum is the same for both! Keep that in mind to make the most of the promotion.

The last two bonuses offered by the company are not actually explicitly explained in the Terms and Conditions – and there is not much information on how they work outside of the Terms either. Nevertheless, we know that VIP clients of the casino have access to a 10% Cashback Bonus. The way cashbacks work is by calculating your losses for a given period of time – these can be weekly, monthly and so on. A percent of them, in this case 10%, is returned to your account, up to a maximum allowance. When the period of time runs out, you can claim the funds and the cashback resets. There can be a wagering requirement on these funds between 1x and 3x. There can also be a certain cash out limit. We cannot know what these are with the casino at hand, though – given its lack of clarity in its legal documents.

Lastly, it seems that Jokersino offers Non-Deposit Bonuses. Supposedly, it can grant you up to C$100, and have a pretty generous cash out limit. You can make up to either C$100, or twice the issued bonus, whichever is higher. We have no clue what the wager requirement for them is though.

Overall, the bonuses of this casino are definitely one of its strongest aspects. They are generous and fair, and can genuinely help you multiply winnings!

Here is what Jokersino has to say about its regulation:

It is licensed by the CIL in Curacao. This is one of the more controversial regulatory bodies out there. It is one of the four master license holders in Curacao, four companies authorized to oversee the e-gaming market there. They issue sublicenses to the casinos they oversee. Jokersino claims to have that kind of license. To verify it, the CIL requires authorized entities to implement a dynamic seal on their websites. Clicking the seal brings up a copy of the license, signed by the Director of the regulator. The seal can be seen in the upper right corner of the screenshot above. And this is precisely where the controversy with the CIL comes from. The documents are not hosted in the independent register of the regulator, like they are with the three other Curacao master license holders. They are instead hosted by the casinos themselves, which makes it possible to forge them! That does not seem to be the case here, though – but the CIL Is a bit weaker when it comes to regulation than its other peers, and that somewhat reflects on the company.

As far as what the license itself means, it is a guarantee that Jokersino will not engage in any shady behavior. The CIL and the rest of the regulators in the world have rules in place to make sure the companies they oversee are not committing financial crimes, or fixing the outcomes of their games.

It is actually rather bothersome that the firm only has one method of payment to offer. Not only does it lie to its clients, but it also inconveniences them. There are a lot of people out there who are not savvy enough to deposit in crypto, and it is not particularly fair to make them do so. Other issues with the payment policies of the firm is the high minimum withdrawal requirement of C$100. It is of four times the minimum deposit amount, and it is not a restriction that should exist. The processing time for such requests could stand to be shortened too – most houses can do so within a day.

It is common for casinos to require you to wager the deposited money. It is not uncommon for them to have requirements of 3x the funds either. That is despite its excellent and fair bonuses and decent selection of games – they are just that much of a deal breaker.
