Igni Casino
Table of contents
When we eventually opened Igni Casino, a process that took us a long time seeing that the casino is virtually inaccessible from most countries, we were faced with something that underwhelmed us despite the great look and feel of the site. What we thought would be an exclusives casino, turned out to be a let down.

There aren't all that many classic bonuses here, with, for example, no main welcome bonus or package in place. The match bonus is as far as we come to one, and for us and the contemporary punter this is definitely not something to be satisfied by with fully. At least there are active tournaments and special events going on here whihc to us are the highlight of the bon us scene.
LICENSE
White Hat Gaming Limited is the parent firm that owns the Ingi casino brand, and is regulated by both the Malta Gaming Authority, as well as the Gambling Commission in Great Britain.
Malta is one of the top places to be regulated in, an impeccable license issuer and a bona fide e-gaming hub for past and future generations.
Since 2004 it has generally driven the online casino industry with is superb regulatory structure, that is based on the three main pillars: safety, fairness, and customer support.
Safety is where all regulators have to focus their energy on, since security is crucial for users to feel at ease. As for the fairness, well that just refers to the reliance on pure luck, based on random number generator software, that guarantees that all spins and other games of luck are based on chance. Lastly, customer support can be anything from actual live chat reliance to important elements like delaying with gambling addicts; it refers to the way that the casino treats its users.
As for the UK license, although we found the certificate that claims that White Hat Gaming Limited is regulated there, as you can see:
There's an issue however, with tracing down the actual domain of Igni Casini. You see, each regulator usually issues a a license, as the one above, and then provides details about that license, including a list of domains that work under the parent company in question. The issue with White Hat Gaming Limited was that the Igni Casino domain was not part of the list of allowed domains. So does that mean that the license for this brand was revoked? Or is it still in the process of approval? We don't know, but something is going of for sure, so keep this in mind.
Anyway, the UK license is considered to be the strictest of all mainline licenses in the world, and so it really has an impact on the casino, its games, and bonuses, not to mention on the available payment methods. For one, all credit card deposits are prohibited in the UK casino scene, and there are no demo version of playable slot games available. Of course, there are other restrictions, but we are not here to talk about that. However, what you get in return for this is a superior state of impregnability where safety is concerned, a 100% unbiased and fair casino gameplay, and a whole swathe of reassuring aspects that guarantee a safe and secure experience, albeit quite limiting when compared to other regulators' casinos, including Malta, which is why we always found this double team of Malta and UK regulation a bit of an extravagant choice.
One thing we have to say is that the amount of restricted nations is ridiculous, so much so that we are not sure how anyone can play here. We were barely able to access the casino ourselves, but in the end found a way, We have no idea what the deal is, but the number of restricted territories encompasses more than 2/3 of the world, meaning that Igni Casino caters towards a very tight audience with little to no hope of expansion.

There was no payments page on the site which is a bummer and a let down, especially when you consider that there are no clearly defined payment methods or minimum deposit values. The issue is that users have no way to make a good payment decision and thus have to register to do so, which is a process they will not do all that willingly. A simple payment page remedies this and increases the casino's overall standing.
Despute the lack of deposit details, we still found that the alleged payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, and some undisclosed e-wallets. That's about it, and as you can imagine for new players this information will not be enough. At least there was some withdrawal info to be revealed on the site, and that's pretty much all the user can hope, so there is some reassurance.
We would like to add the presence of system fees, as well as any currency conversion ones. These are absolutely the standard with any casino, and unless the casino itself has agreed to pay these commissions – it very rarely does – then the user has to cover them. But these are nothing to concern yourself with.
We noticed that the casino is not chargeback-friendly, meaning that Igni will charge the user a refund if he files for a chargeback. This is within the platform's power, but it blocks one of the surest ways for users to get their money back in cases there is a last minute force majeure or some personal reason to do so. In fact, we later read that Igni will consequently shut down the entire account if a chargeback attempt is detected, which is a real deal breaker for us.
The dormant account clause applies after a client has not been active for more than 12 months, after which the user will get charged a €5 real money fee per month until the account gets reactivated or the balance of the account reaches zero.
GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS
The gaming hub is well organized and looks great, but aside form the slots and some live games the casino has little else to offer.
Slot games are 2000+ but this is not a promise of that great a library despite the good looks. The only video slot games we saw here are Sweet Bonanza Dice, Raging Rex III, Majestic Wild Bufflao, Book of Piggy Bank, Reactoonz, Seven Seven Pots and Pearls, Starburst, Big Bass Splash, and Book of Dead, Mega Moolah and Cleopatra, and more. However, we did notice that not all the big names where present, and thus there is a reliance on more mid tier games here.
The live games situation is pretty much the same. The casino mentions live Roulette, Game Shows, live Monopoly, Baccarat, and Blackjack, but deliver no real proof of any of these. Again relaying only on promises. So we have no real clue what Igni might actually offer.
That's all there is, and all we could muster for the review, and as you might suspect we were not impressed all that much the collection games offered here. There would be more in terms of quantity as well as any attempt at being unique or at the very least competitive. We understand that the UK license may be main reason, but as we saw there is an ambiguity here with this part of the license, clearly indicating some sort of conflict of interest, which may or may not have spilled over to the gaming offers. If this is all there is to the games, we can say that there are better game collections out there fore sure.
Game providers: Play'n GO, PragmaticPlay, NetEnt
CONCLUSION
Igni casino has potential, and we can see an idea behind it, but we think that is doe snot have all that much to offer in response to the overwhelming competition it is faced with.
