Heroi is a newly-launched online casino and sportsbook, which seems to have the Brazilian player as its core audience. But even players outside of the country are welcome. And it is easy feel welcome here, too, on account of the quick and simple sign-up process. The deposit policies are also very friendly.

The house introduces players to tons of bonuses, which is great. Now, some of these promotions could use a bit more work, but we are overall happy with them. There's also a fairly decent bunch of withdrawal policies, with low amounts you could cash out, as well as low processing times.

There's a couple of things about the casino which we dislike too, though. Among them is the fact its license is not verifiable. So, before coming to a final verdict about whether the house is worth checking out or not, let's examine all of these facts, and everything else you need to know about Heroi:

What impressed us with Heroi was the great range of bonuses it had to offer. There are no less than three Welcome offers, and a massive amount of deposit bonuses you can claim afterwards, too. Here is an outline of what each of those bonuses is:

And now, let's delve a bit deeper into the promotions and actually examine their Terms and Conditions. Let's start off with the three initial deposit bonuses we mentioned:

Heroi Welcome Bonuses

• The first of these promotions is the Welcome Bonus Package, which is available for fans of casino games. They can claim this massive set of three bonuses, with a maximum of 4000 BRL. Said bonuses need to be claimed one after the other and offer progressively better awards. The promotion you can get for placing your first deposit is of 100% said deposit, up to a maximum of 1000 BRL. Then, the Second deposit bonus is of 100%, up to 1500 BRL. It also comes with a bundle of 30 Free Spins. Finally, the massive Third Deposit bonus adds up to 150% of the respective deposit you make with a maximum of 1500 BRL. All of these bonuses have a competitive entry cost requriement of 20 BRL. And they each feature a fairly competitive wagering requriement of 33x the bonus cash and free spins' winnings. A wagering requriement is the amount of times you need to play through each promotion before being allowed to cash it out. Pretty much every casino has one nowadays. If you are wondering what the requirement usually is, the majority of casinos set it to 30x-40x. There's also a cash out limit to each of the bonuses – 20x. This means you cannot profit from them over that amount. Any winnings over the line will be written off by the house. This is a high enough limit to set, so we cannot complain about it.
• Secondly, there's a Sportsbook Welcome Bonus, for fans of Sports betting. It is a single promotion, instead of a whole bunch of bonuses. The same low 20 BRL minimum deposit is still available here and the promotion adds 125% of that to your account. The maximum amount you can get is 625 BRL. However, the wagering requirement for the promotion is far less competitive. Sports bonuses usually have a restriction in terms of which bets count towards clearing said requirement. This is the case here, too. Wagering on games with odds under 1,95 will not count towards the turnover requirement. So, most casinos place rather low wagering amounts required on these promotions. Usually, those will be around 10x at most. Here, the bonus needs to be wagered 25x. There's also the same cash out limit of 20x, which is fair on its own, but feels bad when added on top of the lackluster wagering requirement. We do not recommend the Sportsbook Welcome bonus.
• Thirdly, if you are a fan of Plinko, Aviator, Spaceman, Mines and other such games, you might enjoy the Crash Games Welcome bonus. It features a 100% boost for your first deposit and nets you up to 500 BRL you could use in these crash games. There are tons of great high-ante crash gaming experiences nowadays, but not a lot of casinos have dedicated bonuses for them. We are happy to say that Heroi stands out in that regard. The minimum deposit requirement is the same as it was with the other bonuses. There's also a 205x wagering requirement you need to clear to withdraw, which seems fair enough. Also keep in mind that there's a cash out limit of 20x the bonus too.

• Once you make an account you can get an exclusive non deposit promotion, called the Verification Bonus. As its name suggests, you need to verify your account to be able to do so. The bonus itself consists of 25 BRL, which is withdrawable, too. You do need to clear a 30x wagering requriement to cash out the promotion. That is on the low side of what casinos demand in way of a turnover for their Non deposit bonuses nowadays, though. There is also a fair cash out limit of 100 BRL.
• The Live Basketball Freebet bonus is triggered every time you place three or more live bets of on basketball. It grants you a freebet voucher of 50% of the average size of the bets, up to a maximum of 100 BRL. This voucher can be used on any sports event and it seems to be freely withdrawable, without any cash out limits or wagering requirements to comply with. And if you place a fourth bet within the same day, you can get a second voucher, too, for the same size.
• A daily Casino Deposit Bonus is available for cashing in 100 BRL or more. This is a bit of a steep entry cost requriement. And the promotion's multiplier is nothing to write home about either, as it is set to 20%. At the same time, the maximum bonus amount is fairly decent, as it has been set to 250 BRL. There's also an exceptionally low wagering requirement of 5x, as well as a cash out limit of 60x the bonus. The latter doesn't feel restrictive at all!
• The casino offers a bunch of Cashback Bonuses. Each of these promotions adds a certain percentage of your daily or weekly losses back to your accounts, up to a specific maximum. Crucially, it does not seem that Heroi has introduced a wagering requirement or a cash out limit for either one of them. So, let's go over each of them, starting off with the Live UFC Cashback bonus. It lets you recover up to 30% of the losses you realize while betting on the UFC matches in the casino's sportsbook live. It has a maximum of 300 BRL and is available every day.
• Next, there are two kinds of casino cashback available. These are the Slots Cashback and the Weekly Casino Cashback. The former is a daily promotion which adds 10% of the losses from each slot bet you placed back to your account. The latter bonus adds 5% of your total weekly losses from casino games to your account. Crucially, the maximum bonus amounts here are very high. You can get up to 12 500 BRL from each of the promotions – and one of them is available every day!
• There's a special deposit bonus for Crash games – the Daily Crash Bonus. It allows players to get 30% of their deposits, up to a maximum of 250 BRL as extra cash to spend on these fun games. The minimum deposit amount is not specified. At the same time, the casino claims that the minimum bonus amount is 5 BRL. So, you need to cash in around 16-17 BRL to get the promotion. Its wagering requirement is 20x, but the cash out limit is too low, as it was placed at 5x the bonus.
• One of the most unique bonuses we've seen comes from this casino, and is called the Loss Shield. Said Shield activates once a player loses a specific amount of bets in their multibet slip. Losing 3 bets reduces your losses by 50%, 4 brings that up to 75%, and losing 5 bets means a 100% of the losses are negated. The bonus is said to trigger every time a player qualifies for it, which seems very generous to us.
• Aside from the previous promotion, the casino also offers a bunch of other Special Sportsbook Features. Some of them include an acca boost and a bore draw refund, which is triggered when a game ends in a 0-0 score and would cause you a loss. Overall, we believe that Heroi is a great sportsbook, because of these ways to radically change players' betting experience!

License

The main issue with this casino comes from its rather lacluster license. Here's what the website of Heroi has to say about the regulation over the casino:

It claims to be licensed in Curacao, by a body called the CIL. There are three other license issuers in that small Carribean country. Each of them is an attractive destination for casino operators to obtain their licenses. But there is an issue which is unique to the CIL. The other three bodies have their own registers, where players can verify whether a house is licensed or not. The CIL requires casinos to upload an image of their licenses to their websites instead. The problem here is that such images can technically be forged. We don't believe that to be the case here. And it's not the fault of the casino that the CIL has such a policy. Nevertheless, it is worth bringing up, so we can warn you about being careful with houses licensed by this particular body.

But what does a license guarantee? Well, each regulatory body requires that the casinos it oversees comply with certain regulatory requirements, which are designed to protect players. Take a look at what said requirements are with regards to the CIL:

Depositing and cashing out of the casino is possible in a range of payment methods. We were actually surprised how many there were! Another impressive feature of the deposits policy is the generally low entry cost requriement – it was set to anywhere between 10 BRL and 50 BRL. This is incredibly competitive overall! The casino also features no fees for deposits, but if there are any third party charges, the player has to cover them. This is the case with any casino nowadays, though. What are those third party charges? The processing fees which payment providers have set as a reward for themselves for clearing your transaction.

We should mention that there is a wagering requirement you are expected to clear before withdrawing – 1x your deposits. Failing to do so will incur a fee of 6% for the withdrawal. This is a fair enough policy in our eyes, though. Most houses implement such clauses to combat money laundering.

Other than that, the minimum withdrawal amount is still between 50 BRL and 10 BRL, which is fairly compelling. However, we should mention that the casino has a lower maximum withdrawal – up to 2000 BRL, when the maximum deposit size is five times that. We are not happy with this policy! At least there are no fees by the house for cashing out. And, if you cash out more than $1000 via a bank transfer, it claims that it will cover the third party charges we mentioned. Otherwise, it will be up to you to do so.

There is no fee for inactivity either – the house claims that the only penalty for inactive accounts will be the removal of bonuses from them.
