Gamdom
Table of contents
Gamdom is an innovative casino, which seems to be themed around gaming streaming platforms like Twitch.tv. That is obvious from the moment one sees the website of the company for the first time – there is a chat window, which can be used to communicate in real time with other players. The chat is something unique about this company and it can provide additional entertainment while playing the many games the house offers.
What's more, the company is fully licensed too, so it is a safe place to bet. It has a very client-friendly deposit policy. It does not charge high fees, and its bonuses have no wagering requirements. But there are also some downsides to the firm. For instance, the said bonuses are not particularly exciting and revolve around an account tier system, which means it can take a lot to start getting any significant rewards. Also, we would have liked to see more clarity on the withdrawal policies of the company in its legal documents.
All in all, Gamdom is certainly an e-gaming company that deserves a closer look – which is why we have examined it in the necessary detail in the full review below:
Bonuses
The bonuses with Gamdom are not that many – in fact, the company has only four kinds of promotions it offers. Here is what these look like:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
Instant Rakeback | $5 | 15% | 0x | None |
Daily Surprise | $5 | 35% | 0x | None |
Weekly Rakeback | $5 | 5% | 0x | None |
Monthly Rakeback | $5 | 5% | 0x | None |
We mentioned they are based on an account tier system. This system has 51 levels. You start at the lowest one, and work your way up the ranks by playing with Gamdom. One thing we would have liked to see is the company telling its clients how much they need to bet or turnover before they reach the higher tiers. As it stands, we have no clue.
Regardless, there are five brackets of this tier system – 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-51. Each of them has different sizes of bonuses, with the higher tiers having higher rewards. With that in mind, let's examine the specific bonuses that are offered by this company:
First, there is the Daily Surprise bonus. This is actually the closest thing that Gamdom has to a deposit bonus. It gets credited to accounts which qualify to receive the bonus, and the size of it is capped at 35% of the deposit for each tier. The best aspect of the promotion is that there is no wagering requirement. This means you are free to do with the bonus as you please. Wagering requirements with other houses are usually between 30x and 40x the bonus. There are no cash out limits either, leading to an unlimited potential for profits. However, the issue with the bonus is once again the lack of clarity with the company's rules. We have no idea when it credits the promotion, or what deposits qualify. Given the name of it, the Daily Surprise, it is even possible that the bonus is handed out randomly.
Secondly, the three Rakeback bonuses – Instant Rakeback, Weekly Rakeback and Monthly Rakeback are all essentially cashbacks. They return a percent of your losses to your account, based on the bets you have placed within certain timeframes.
Starting with the Instant Rakeback, it allows you to receive up to 15% of the money you bet in real time. This bonus starts at 6% at the lowest tier, and does not have a wagering requirement either. We have seen other houses impose such requirements on cashback bonuses as well, but this is not the case here. The only restriction is receiving up to a certain amount of your deposit's worth in losses. This number starts at 6% again.
Next, there is the Weekly Rakeback. The way this bonus works is that you can get up to 5% of the losses your account suffered throughout the week back. The minimum you can get is 1% at the lowest tier. The money can be cashed out without any restrictions. The Monthly Rakeback works in the exact same way, but covers the losses one has suffered during the entire week.
Overall, while other casinos offer more promotions, the ones with Gamdom are generous enough. The only issue we have with them is the lack of explanation of how they work, especially in the case of the Daily Surprise bonus.
License
Here is the company's claim that it is regulated:
It mentions being licensed in Curacao. And that can be verified from the website of the regulatory body that has issued its license:
The regulatory regime in the country consists of four master license holders. These are companies which have been issued permission by the government of the republic to grant sub licenses to gaming companies. Gaming Curacao is just one of them. It requires companies that are licensed by it to have a dynamic seal with the logo of the regulator on their websites. Clicking the seal should bring you to the register of the license issuer, and show a page like the one above. Avoid dealing with companies that do not mention their license, or do so without having the dynamic seals.
Why is regulation important to an e-gaming company? Well, there are many casinos that lack it – these are offshore companies, that are free to do as they wish with their clients' money. Playing with them can lead to unfair outcomes as they tend to manipulate the random number generators of their games. There are also financial crimes they engage in, like money laundering and financing terrorism.
You can rest assured that this is not the case here, however. Curacao might not be the strictest regulatory jurisdiction, and its approach to issuing licenses might not be standard, but there are advantages to playing with casinos that are licensed there. Gamdom and the rest of the regulated houses can guarantee fair play!

Deposit and Withdrawal
There are a lot of deposit methods that are available with the company. Here is what all of these are, as well as their specifics:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Google Pay | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
PayPal | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Paysafecard | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Trustly | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Crypto | $5 | Unspecified | up to 24 hours | Free |
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Google Pay | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
PayPal | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Paysafecard | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Trustly | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | Unspecified | Free |
Firstly, you can deposit via electronic gift cards. These can be bought via credit cards – Mastercard and Visa, via Google play, PayPal, Paysafe Card and Trustly. The minimum deposit for this method is just $5. This is a very low amount of money to demand to get clients onboarded – most houses need about $20. The processing times for these payments are also very fast too, and they will be credited to your account within a day.
Secondly, there are crypto payment methods, which are also available to clients of the company. These payments have different minimum deposit requirements, and since the value of the assets can vary so much, it might be useless to list the values at the time of writing. The only notable exception is Tether, which trades at around 1:1 with the dollar. The minimum deposit with it is therefore $50. That is on the high side! Crypto payments are also processed within 24 hours.
The last kind of payment method that is available with the casino is wire transfers through Skinpay. These have the same minimum deposit requirement as credit cards – just $5. However, they can take longer to process. International wires can take up to seven work days to clear. They might also have high fees charged by the banks – up to $30.
Speaking of fees, there are none that the casino charges for deposits. That is usually the case with e-gaming companies. There are no fees for withdrawals either, and there are no requirements to wager the deposits you make before being able to withdraw. These requirements are common in the industry and are around one to three times the deposits. However, Gamdom allows for more free withdrawals it seems.
On the other hand, it does not mention the processing time for withdrawals. Since every company has different internal withdrawal policies, we cannot guess what they are!
Currencies: US Dollar (USD), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC)
Games and Game Suppliers
There are many games you can access with Gamdom. They are separated in several categories. The most exclusive game in the casino is Crash – it allows you to place bet on an arrow going up. As the arrow goes up, it raises a multiplier. If you guess the amount of the multiplier it reaches before it crashes, you get your bet times that amount. This is a truly unpredictable game of chance!
There are classic games too – slot machines by leading providers. Some of the titles include Gates of Olympus, Dog house and many more. There are also table games you can play, as well as dice games, roulettes and many live games. The latter include classic table games like Blackjack and other, less known titles like CoinFlip or even Monopoly. Here is the full list of game suppliers the casino partners with:
Game providers: Hacksaw, PragmaticPlay, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, AvatarUX, Gamomat, BBGames, Betsoft, Booming Games, Caleta, ELK, Endorphina, Fantasma, Microgaming, OneTouch, Playson, Red Tiger Gaming, Slotmill, TrueLab, Spinomenal, Thunderkick
Finally, the casino also supports sports betting – and in accord with its online gaming theme, there are many e-sports that you can bet on. There are also more conventional sports available, like Football and Basketball. Overall, there were over 3000 live events to bet on at the time of writing!
Conclusion
With regulation, an impressive library of games and a fair deposit policy, we can recommend giving Gamdom a go. The downsides of the house include a lack of clarity on its bonus structure and the amount of time in which it processes withdrawals, but there do not seem to be any unfair restriction on either one of them. Overall, we think the advantages of the house outnumber the areas in which it lacks.
