Dream.bet makes a good first impression. The focus of the online gambling house is both casino games and Sports betting. And initially, it is quite impressive how many games are available, as well as what amount of Sports there are to wager on. Furthermore, it turned out that the casino has a license from one of the most popular regulatory bodies out there nowadays. Bonuses

Generally speaking, this is a decent amount of promotions. And it is good that the house offers both casino and sports bonuses, but both of these categories could stand to have more impactful maximums. Some of them have higher wagering requirements which we consider unfair. So let's take a closer look at each of these promotions:

• The Welcome Casino Bonus is a reward for players who wish to play the Slots, table games and so on that Dream.bet offers. If they cash in $20 or more, they can get a 100% of that money as bonus funds, up to $200. While that is along the lowest maximums we have seen for welcome bonuses, the promotion is not so bad. It has a decent minimum deposit requirement, and its wagering requirement is fair, sitting at 40x. If you are unsure what that means, most bonuses these days need to be wagered a certain amount of times before you can cash them out. That is represented by the requirement. Casinos require different wager amounts, between 30x and 40x on average. Dream.bet is on the high end of that, but still within what we consider to be reasonable. There is also a cash out limit of 10x the issued bonus, which is also within the reasonable.
• On the other hand, we consider the Sports Welcome Bonus to be one of the most unfair promotions we have recently seen. At first glance, it has the same reasonable $20 minimum deposit and a maximum bonus of $100, which is decent. It is once again calculated as 100% of the deposited funds. However, while the bonus is active, the player cannot place bets with odds under 1.8. This is the first time we have seen a Sports bonus restrict you like that. Usually, bets with odds under 1.6, 1.8 or another number the casino has specified simply do not contribute to the wagering requirement of the bonus. Speaking of which, that is also too high with the promotions of Dream.bet! Other sports bonuses have requirements between 5x and 10x, while this one is set to 16x! The least unreasonable thing about this promotion is actually the cash out limit of 10x.
• After you have cleared the Welcome Bonuses with Dream.bet, you will have access to several Recurring promotions. Regrettably for casino players, they will only be able to get one such promotion – the Reload Bonus. It is a simple 50% bonus which adds up to $200 to your account. There is nothing to criticize here – the funds have a reasonable 40x wagering requirement, and there is a 10x cash out limit.
• The Sports Reload Bonus is problematic, however. It grants up to $50 with a 50% conversion rate for player deposits. This is decent, but we have no idea what the wagering requirement is. That would not be such an issue if Dream.bet did not have a track record of unfair requirements! The cashout limit is not specified either.
• You can get a $25 Freebet, and such bonuses are common with sports betting websites. And, unlike the other promotions the casino has, the bonus is competitive with what most other houses would offer. It allows you to get a no-deposit bonus voucher, worth $25. This voucher can be used on any sports event with odds between 1.8 and 3.0. If you win the bet, you get the $25, but even if you lose it, you get 20% of the wager, up to $25 as your own money! This means that whichever way your bet goes, you can get something out of the bonus.
• There is the opportunity to get a couple more similar vouchers, with the Monthly Freebet promotion. It is not great either. There are three vouchers you can get, but you need to deposit $50 or more to claim each. As far as minimum deposit requirements go, this is very excessive! Secondly, the vouchers are calculated as just 10% of these deposited funds, up to $10 for the first one, $15 for the second and $25 for the third. Dream.bet is not too generous in handing them out. They have a cash out limit of 5x the value of the voucher, which is a bit low, but at least there is no wagering required.

License

As far as regulation is concerned, we have no notes! Dream.bet is licensed in Curacao – a small Caribbean country, which is where most casinos nowadays also obtain their regulatory approval from. Here is what the casino had to say about its regulation on its website:

Overall, we have no complaints about the deposit policies of the casino. When it comes to withdrawals, though, things are a bit different! Before you can even request to cash out, you need to clear a certain turnover, based on your deposited amount. This is described below:

Now, that kind of restriction is not problematic by itself. In fact, most casinos nowadays have similar clauses. They only require you to wager deposits 3x at most, while Dream.bet demands you do so 5x. What's more, sports bets on events with odds under 1.6 don't count towards that. If you are a sports fan, cashing out from the casino will require you to play more risky than you might normally wish to. This policy is unacceptable, but far from the only issue with the casino's cash out rules. Here is an outline of what these look like:

There is nothing about them which we find acceptable. First off, the minimum withdrawal is not mentioned at all – we expect it to be around $20, which is the baseline with other casinos. However, it would have been nice of Dream.bet to specify that. Secondly, the maximum you see above is how much you can cash out at most every week. $5000 is not too small of an amount. And yet, you should check out the following clause:

If you perform as little as two withdrawals per month, you will be charged an unreasonable processing fee for the second. The fee itself is very hefty, 8% of the amount you are trying to cash out. Given the  restrictive wagering rule we discussed above, it can cost you 16% to cash out from Dream.bet! This is unacceptable. You should be able to withdraw any times you might wish to! Not to mention that third party charges can apply to your transactions too, costing you even more to cash out.

The processing times for withdrawals are not clear, but given how bad the rest of the conditions of the casino are, we are not holding our breath for them. In fact, it is likely that they are going to be unreasonably high, given everything else we mentioned so far.

Needless to say, closing the accounts and taking the money within them is also not something we see casinos do. It is actually a pretty terrible policy!

Overall, Dream.bet would be a decent casino if it did not have such a terrible withdrawals policy. We cannot recommend the house, just on account of that. It might be fun to play with it, but cashing out will be a hassle, so it is best to check out a better casino instead!
