CresusPlay Casino has somehow sprung up here today despite the paradox that such an online casino should not exist in the first place, as it really offers absolutely nothing of value. This is one of the worst casinos we have reviewed this year, without a doubt a testament to the industry more shady side.
BONUSES
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
Welcome Bonus | Unspecified | 200% up to $1500 | 20x | Unspecified |
Every day Cashback Bonus | Unspecified | Unspecified | 20x | Unspecified |
The bonus situation is more than obscure here, as the casino essentially present clients with only two bonuses, none of whihc really sparks any sort of respect or value, the reason being that the conditions and the way the promos are presented are unclean and non-respectable, as if though CresusPlay Casino made up the schemes on the go.
Welcome Bonus of 200% up to $1500: This classic package, usually reserved for new players, here is confused with the cashback bonus in its description box, and as a result there was no information on it. We later only stumbled in the legal document a clause stating that the wagering requirement for it is only 20 times the deposit, but that is basically all we got. There was no minimum deposit, no maximum cash-out amount, and nothing else of value. In all honesty, this bonus may not even be real.
Every day Cashback Bonus: As for the cashback, well it seems to be too good to be true. It claims that the client can get up to 40% cashback each day based on the previous day's losses. But 40% is extremally high and unrealistic. There is also a crucial requirement that the user need to reach $0 in his account to activate the cashback bonus. There is a 20x wagering requirement, and the legal docs state that the maximum cashback one can generate is equal to 10x the generated sum form the 40% which seems to us like a misleading detail.
These two bonuses really don't really do it for anyone, and it seems like they were made up. The terms attached to them are confusing and badly written, while the whole ordeal lacks organization, is full of contradictions – like one in the terms and conditions where it is says that all bonuses can be used once, while the cashback promo description of cashback bonuses states that it is availabel once per day – and is, ultimately, untrustworthy.
Then there is the issue of the the number of bonuses. Only two promo schemes? The only type of casino that does this, that we can think off, is one that is either very new to the business, or has not taken it seriously enough. Can you guess where CresusPlay Casino falls into?
LICENSE
The alleged parent company of the casino is called Cresusplay Media, a parent firm that is said to be regulated in Curacao. Moreover, in the legal documents we find information stating that the website and company are indeed governed by the Laws of Curacao, as well as the Arbitration Insititue of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba (AINAA). Cresusplay Media may claim to be license, the fact that there is no direct link to a visible license is enough for us to counter it with the following assertion: Cresusplay Media is not actually licensed, but a direct liar. The casino is illegitimate. When an online casino is in possession of a license it places a link on its footer redirecting each clicker to the license. It's how all legitimate casinos do it.
But how can we trust CresusPlay Casino, when it gives us fake licensing information, on the one hand, and on the other, no addition licensing proof, not to mention a disregard for established casino practices? The AINAA claim is also not supported by any real proof, so we can dismiss is as well.
There is a rule of thumb in the online casino business that when a casino is not licensed it is not necessarily a risk or even illicit, but only more free and loose, if you will. Many unregulated online casino platforms are not frauds, therefore. We have seen some fantastic casino that were not holders of a license of any kind, but these more than made up with great games, bonuses, and/or payment conditions, whereas this one has left it at that.
With CresusPlay Casino we can make an exception to this rule; although not necessarily a fraud, this casino is a risk and completely unworthy of its title as an online gambling platform. It's lack of license and common sense are the two pillars on which is barely stands, and we wonder for how long?
There are no prohibited countries revealed here, which in the case of CresusPlay Casino we can only decode as being yet another sign of its irregularity. But, since we don't recommend this casino at all, there is really no rush in trying to find out the blacklisted nation.

There are two sources to take the payment methods from, and both cannot really be trusted. Not because of the lack of license, but because CresusPlay Casino proves time and time again that it is not legitimate. In the legal documents we are told that the payment methods are cards and bank transfer, while the footer actually adds logos of payment service providers, the likes of which are Neteller, Skrill, iDebit, InstaDebit, instantEFT, AstroPay, Euteller, Jeton, and Sofort. But, there is no telling which one of these is actual and which a lie.
The other information we got was about the 72 hour processing period for withdrawals, and the vague mention of deposit processing fees. Lastly, CresusPlay Casino has included a $5 monthly inactivity fee, but the clause itself is so badly written that there is no time revealed, meaning that the user can be inactive for 30 days and start getting fined. Another reason to distrust this casino; furthermore, the lack of a license is also a reason to doubt the casino with all payment details not matter how abundant or meager they are.
Despite the lack of payment details, the legal docs do have a couple of odd clauses, vaguely related to the processes of payment, that seem completely out of place. For example, take a look at this one:
This is obviously saying that the user has 72 hours to “reverse” a withdrawal and profit from it, otherwise the casino will initiate a KYC procedure. This legal clause alone is so convoluted and contradictory that we don't know where to starts. For one, what does it mean to “reverse” a withdrawal request? And why is the KYC verification not activated upon the request being made, as is the normal procedure? Other similar provisions can be found in the legal docs.
GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS
The games section of the casino is simple, opening with the following gaming sections:
- Slots, where you will find some surprising additions like Starburst, Book of Ra, Golden Dragon Inferno, Wilds of Fortune, Guns and Roses, and other popular titles, and a variation of themes. However, the games are not well presented, and this really puts us off. It is as if the casino has just placed these titles there without adding an extra flair of playfulness.
- Table section: this includes a total of 18 games, all variations of Roulette and Blackjack. That's all there is to it. There is no live casino section to simulate the excitement of playing in a physical casino, nor any further table games to add a sense of variety. And how could there be? A live casino section required dedicated policies and third party contracts, all which are based on legitimate frameworks of behavior.
- Then there are sperate Bingo. Lottery, Scratch, and Poker section, which with their own games, but none of them struck us as special. And again, the presentation was appalling, and the bonuses and payment grounds shady, resulting in a set of games that are best left alone. What's more is that these games felt as if though they were added not for their sake, but to add some value to the casino.
- Last but no least, there was a “Sport Betting” game that wouldn't load, no doubt some other disappointing feature of CresusPlay Casino. We highly doubt that it is an actual sportsbook, since these require heavy licensing permits and the likes, of which CresusPlay Casino seems to be lacking.
We would be lying if we did not expect this. It's almost funny how bad the gaming situation is here. Not to mention that the gaming providers are so few that it puts the casino at a very disadvantaged state. There really is no reason to open an account here if you think about is as CresusPlay Casino does not offer anything worth of value. The only reason we can thing of doing so is to make an example out of CresusPlay Casino, and warn users of others like it.
Game providers: Caleta, Betsoft, Endorphina
CONCLUSION
It's really interesting how CresusPlay Casino is still able to stand in this climate. How does it meet both ends? It is possible for an unlicensed and underqualified online casino to prosper? This question alone leads to answers that suggest a darker and more illegitimate side to the platform. We absolutely do not recommend investing here!
