Caswino
Table of contents
Caswino is a rather new online gambling house which was launched recently. Its website makes a rather good first impression, because it loads decently fast and is quite sleek. Signing up to the casino is a breeze too, and players can immediately cash in and play its games afterwards. That said, the range payment methods, the bonuses and the withdrawal conditions of the house could definitely use some work! Unfortunately, there are plenty of flaws to Caswino, which somewhat sour the positive first impression it makes. Let's take a look at just these flaws are, as well as the high points in the services of Caswino!
Caswino Bonuses and Promo Codes
First things first, we'd like to take a look at the bonuses which are offered by the gambling house. There are truly not a lot of them available to players, but we'd like to examine them thoroughly nonetheless. It's important to note that there are no extra regional restrictions in terms of who can play with the bonuses of Caswino. If you are eligible to sign up to the house in the first place, you should also be eligible to receive the following:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
Welcome package | 30 AUD | 100% up to 3750 AUD | 40x | 7500 AUD |
Highroller bonus | 450 AUD | 120% up to 1800 AUD | 45x | 15000 AUD |
Let's start off with the No deposit bonuses of Caswino. Now, at the time of writing the casino does not have any such promotion to offer, which is why we have not listed it in the table above. However, we believe that it could decide to introduce a No deposit bonus in the future, because what it does have is just a couple of Welcome offers. Clearly the bonuses of Caswino need to be expanded upon!
And a No deposit bonus would be the perfect way to do so, because players love that kind of promotion. It allows them to claim a small amount of Bonus Cash or Free Spins at the casino, which they can use prior to cashing in, hence the name of the bonus. We do hope to see Caswino introduce such a promotion soon. With that in mind, though, here are the bonuses the house does offer:
The Welcome bonus package of Caswino
First things first, Caswino kicks things off with a collection of four Welcome bonuses for its players. Claiming them is possible over the course of the first four deposits you make to the casino. If you are wondering what each of the bonuses has to offer, let's take a look at just that:
- First Deposit bonus: 100% of your deposit added as Bonus Funds to your account, up to 450 AUD.
- Second Deposit bonus: 50% of your deposited sum credited to you as a bonus, up to the same total of 450 AUD.
- Third Deposit Bonus: 30% boost for the relevant deposit up to 600 AUD.
- Fourth Deposit Bonus: 25% of your deposit credited to your account as bonus funds, up to 900 AUD.
Sharp-eyed readers will notice that the total amount of the bonuses does not add up to the maximum of 3750 AUD which is listed in the table above, but to 2400 AUD in total. However, that is because the maximum we've mentioned above takes into account the fact that players can also claim the Highroller First deposit bonus instead of the regular one, which boosts the amount of cash you can receive further. We will be covering that promotion in more depth below, but for now, let's return to the Welcome package of Caswino.
First off, the First Deposit promotion of the four requires you to cash in 30 AUD to obtain it, which is pretty decent. However, the Second and Third Welcome bonuses of Caswino ask you to deposit 75 AUD to claim each of them, and the Fourth bonus has a ridiculous entry cost requirement of 150 AUD. We would have liked to see the casino adopt a consistent, and significantly lower, minimum deposit requriement across all of the promotions that make up its Welcome package!
At least the wagering requirements of all of these bonuses are consistent between them. All of them need to be played through 40x in order for you to be able to withdraw. This is well in line with what the majority of online casinos nowadays allow, too, with them generally asking you to play through similar promotions 30x-40x at most.
The maximum withdrawal limit of all of these four bonuses is said to be 7500 AUD in total. That is just twice the value of the Welcome package, which is a bit too restrictive, in our view. We would have certainly liked to see a significantly higher amount, at least 5x-10x the total bonus amount! Overall, the Welcome package of the casino does have its moments, but it did not impress us too much. No Free Spins were a part of it either, which felt like a bit of a missed opportunity too!
Still, let's take a look at the Highroller bonus of Caswino, too and what you can get from using it:
The Highroller bonus of Caswino
First things first, we'd like to repeat that this promotion can be claimed on your first deposit instead of the regular First Deposit bonus. However, once you have made that deposit, you will not be able to pick the Highroller bonus anymore, so be careful! But what does this promotion offer the players of Caswino?
Well, it really lives up to its name, with a staggering maximum bonus amount of 1800 AUD to claim, calculated as 120% of your deposited amount. Also, true to its name, the minimum you need to cash in in order to withdraw the promotion has been set to 450 AUD, which is fair enough, because the bonus is explicitly marketed and targeted towards high-rollers.
The wagering requriement of the promotion has been set to 45x, though, which we don't really like. There is no reason for Caswino to adopt a higher wagering requirement for such a promotion, because of its staggering entry cost requriement. It should have been 40x at most, as was the case with the Welcome bonuses of the house.
That said, one thing which this Highroller bonus does better than the Welcome package is the maximum amount you can cash out with it. That has been set to 15 000 AUD, a significant sum of money, which is around 8x-9x the amount of the bonus. That is what the withdrawal limit from the Welcome offer should have been, too.
So, to draw the line on the bonuses of Caswino, there are decent Welcome offers, which are pretty flawed and nothing else besides them! We were very surprised to discover there were no Reload bonuses, no VIP perks and so on to look forward to with the gambling house. Ultimately, that means returning players don't have any reason to keep playing in Caswino once they are done with their initial deposit offers!
Caswino License
The regulatory background of Caswino is decent enough, with the house being owned and run by a company called Devcasi LTD. This company is registered in Belize, but, more importantly, has been granted an iGaming license by the Anjouan Gaming Authority! Here is an excerpt from the register of Anjouan Gaming which proves just that:
We always prefer dealing with licensed online casinos, because they can prove their legitimacy to their players! Caswino is also legitimate, and even provides you with some guarantees about the legitimacy of your bets, too!
That is because every online gambling house which is overseen by the Anjouan Gaming Authority needs to have had its games RNG-tested, so that they can be said to be provably fair. This means the outcomes of any bet you make to Caswino are going to be unbiased!
However, we should say that, while the protections of Anjouan Gaming are good enough, there are plenty of stricter license issuers out there, such as the MGA and the UKGC. They demand casinos offer players a significantly higher amount of protections, such as extensive self-exclusion measures. These allow you to restrict your own access to online gambling whenever you feel like you need to do so. For instance, these can be setting custom deposit and withdrawal limits or closing down your account. None of that can be guaranteed to be available with Caswino in the absence of a stricter license.
Overall, though, we are happy that Caswino is actually licensed, even if not by the strictest license issuer out there! However, there is a couple more details about the casino we'd like to cover in this section of our review. Let's start off with the languages its website is available in:
Languages: English
Only having an English website version is a bit disappointing for a global gambling house. Nevertheless, let's also take a look at the list of Restricted countries of the casino. These are the places where it does not accept new players from:
Restricted countries: Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Show All, Afghanistan, Aruba, Austria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Comoros, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Lands, Korea, North, Netherlands Antilles, Saint Martin (French part), Spain, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S.
Caswino Deposit and Withdrawal
Depositing to and withdrawing from Caswino is pretty straightforward, but the payment policies of the house could definitely use some work, too! Let's start off with the deposit conditions:
The deposit policies of Caswino:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
PayID | 20 AUD | 500 AUD | Instant | Free |
Crypto | 30 AUD | 150000 AUD | Instant | Free |
Currencies: Australian Dollar (AUD), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USD Coin (USDC), Tether (USDT)
First things first, the only FIAT currency Caswino accepts is the Australian Dollar. If you are not an Aussie, you will be able to cash in, too, as long as you can use PayID, but that will incur currency exchange fees for your account.
Speaking of PayID, it is one of the two payment methods that are supported by the gambling house, alongside cryptocurrencies. Now, these are fair enough means of topping up one's account in general, but we should mention that most gambling houses generally tend to offer significantly higher amounts of payment methods to pick from, such as credit cards, e-wallets and many others.
The minimum you are allowed to cash in to Caswino is different based on the payment method you wish to use. It is set to 20 AUD for PayID and to 30 AUD for cryptocurrencies. Both of these are fair enough amounts, in our view. The majority of casinos tend to ask for anything between 15-30 AUD from their players as a minimum deposit, for reference.
Finally, we should mention that there are actually no transaction fees for depositing to Caswino by the casino itself. Still, though, you might have to pay an extra currency exchange fee, as we mentioned above, or a processing fee by the provider of your payment. That is the case with any online casino you could cash in to nowadays, though!
The withdrawal conditions of Caswino
Before we take a look at the payment methods that you can use with the gambling house, we should mention that withdrawing from it requires you to wager your deposited funds at least 3x if you have deposited via FIAT and 1x if you have cashed in via crypto. If you fail to do so, the house will decline your withdrawal request.
That might sound a bit unusual to players, but having to wager your deposits 1x-3x is a common AML requirement in most gambling houses. What's less common is having two different deposit wagering requirements for the different currency types the casino takes! It seems like that policy has only been adopted to make cashing out via FIAT harder, which we don't like. However, as you can see, the casino has a couple of other policies in place to make it harder to retrieve your winnings, too:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
PayID | 60 AUD | 500 AUD | Unspecified | Free |
Crypto | 60 AUD | 3000 AUD | Unspecified | Free |
The minimum withdrawal limit of 60 AUD is just way too high, in our view! It is twice as high as the 30 AUD limit for deposits with the gambling house via crypto, and thrice as high as the minimum you could cash out via PayID. Also, it is curious that the withdrawals page of the house shows the minimums as 35 AUD for PayID and 30 AUD for crypto. However, the 60 AUD figure we are talking about is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of the house, which we believe take precedence over the withdrawals page.
That said, the maximum withdrawal limit of Caswino for FIAT currencies is also terrible, too. Players can cash out 500 AUD per transaction with PayID, which is pretty disappointing, compared to the 3000 AUD maximum you can withdraw per transaction via cryptocurrencies.
Another issue with the withdrawal policies of the gambling house is that it does not specify at all what the processing time for withdrawals is! It could be up to 24 hours or as long as five business days or more, and there is no way for us to know!
At least there are no fees at all, though what we said about the third party charges being required to be covered by players still applies to the withdrawals of Caswino, too. Overall, we see a lot of room for improvement with the withdrawal policies of Caswino!
Caswino Games and Game Suppliers
A list of the Game Suppliers of the casino is available here:
Game providers: 1x2gaming, 3 Oaks, 7Mojos, Amigo Gaming, BGaming, Caleta, EAgaming, Endorphina, Evolution, Evoplay, Fazi, Gamzix, Golden Race, Hacksaw, Iron Dog Studio, KA Gaming, LiveGames, Macaw Gaming, Mancala, NetGame, Novomatic, OneTouch, Onlyplay, PGSoft, Platipus, Red Tiger Gaming, Retro Gaming, RubyPlay, SA Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, Spinomenal, Spribe, Turbogames, Tvbet, Other
In total, there were more than 50 Suppliers, including a lot of popular names such as PGSoft and BGaming. That said, some other popular names, such as PragmaticPlay were absent from the list.
Overall, the amount of Suppliers and the companies featured by Caswino are both overall decent enough, and in line with what we expected. There is also a fair enough amount of Games to pick from, too. Here is what these genres of games are and what the most popular titles of each genre on the website of Caswino are:
- Slots: Hand of Anubis, Con Volcano, Xmas Burst, Benny the Beer and hundreds other Slots.
- Table Games: Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes and other classics
- Live Games: Live dealer versions of Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes and so on
- Game Shows: Crazy Time, Gonzo's Treasure Hunt, Crazy Coin Flip alongside others
- Crash Games: Tiles such as Blocks, Lines, Goblin Run and many others.
Conclusion
To sum everything up, we can safely say you should avoid Caswino! That is not because the casino is not legitimate – quite the opposite, it is licensed and safe to play in. And it is not because the house does not have any Games to offer either, with its library being RNG-tested and fair enough in terms of size. No, we are going to recommend you stay away from Caswino because of its terrible withdrawals policies! Instead, you should check out the featured reviews below, to find a better casino to play in!
