Table of contents
CasinoGalaxy could be an excellent casino, but it's unfortunately not. Let's start with the positive aspects. Once you sign-up you get a no deposit free spins bonus, which is fantastic. The welcome bonus is also seemingly good enough. But with that, we pretty much reached the end of goodness. The casino simply does not live up to expectation and the first good impression – we particularly liked the purple website and the overall look of the casino. We do not consider CasinoGalaxy a good gaming house and in the following review, we'll explain why.
But before we begin, we'll present you with a defect that may as well be considered a deception. Namely, there icons of way too many languages, but wherever you click, nothing changes whatsoever. A tiny detail saying a lot – the people who created CasinoGalaxy are careless, which is not a good sign straight from the very beginning.

Bonuses
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
No Deposit Bonus | - | 100 spins | 25x | €20 |
Welcome Bonus | €20 | 200% up to €500 + 200 spins | 40x | €500 |
Firstly, we shall note that CasinoGalaxy makes false claims – unacceptable behaviour for a house pretending to be the best crypto casino. For example, once we registered, we were greeted with a banner that a welcome bonus of 200% up to €8000 is waiting for us. Great, isn't it. Well, no. Once we got to cashier, it turned out that the bonus is up to €500 only. Not good. And the same story was repeated with the free spins. See why.
No Deposit Bonus – CasinoGalaxy offers free spins after registration, which is great. At the same time, though, they also successfully managed to create false expectations. We were promised 100 free spins, but were given only 25 instead. The thing is that there are four games, and you should choose only one, getting 25 FS for it. Our initial gaming experience was simply ruined after we understood that FS promotion expired after we claimed 25 FS.
Nonetheless, it's a positive feat that FS with no deposit are available. The wagering requirement is only 25 times, which is also an excellent condition. The cash-out limit is also good – up to €100.
Welcome Bonus – the welcoming offer is misleading, as well. As we already mentioned, we were promised a bonus of up to €8000, but once we tried to activate it the max cash was reduced to €500. It's also a good amount to claim, but at that point, we were tricked twice by CasinoGalaxy, so the good first impression we had was forever wasted. Anyhow, let us present you with the bonus:
A minimum deposit of €20 or more unlocks a prize of 200% up to €8000 and 200 free spins. The wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus, while the cash-out limit is set at €500.
Overall, the bonus policy of CasinoGalaxy is an utter disappointment. The free spins no deposit bonus certainly does not compensate for the lack of reload bonuses and other campaigns for existing players.
License
CasinoGalaxy has no license whatsoever. The casino has labeled itself a crypto gaming house, and obviously, from that perspective, they probably decided that no license is needed for them – everyone knows that crypto is not prone to regulation, at least for now. And that's not all. The situation was getting progressively worse as CasinoGalaxy didn't even mention the name of the company operating the casino. CasinoGalaxy happens to be totally anonymous and that's not good news for players. Casinos should be as transparent as possible, and to prove their good intention, they need a license, as well. An authorisation gives a sense of legitimacy, and guarantees that safe and fair gaming environment should be expected. Well, CasinoGalaxy is no such casino. It's fairness is open to questions.
It's more than obvious that CasinoGalaxy is not the most trustworthy casino, so think twice before depositing there. If you are looking for authorised and regulated casinos, in most cases, you will come across houses licensed in Britain, Malta or Curacao, as these are the top three countries for international online casinos. The British regulator UKGC is the strictest of all, and at the same time, its license is most valuable. A British-licensed casino means security, and you know there will be no gaming or cash-out problems if you stick to UKGC Casinos.
The Maltese MGA is also one of the strongest regulators, and it licenses a vast amount of online casinos. The authority guarantees the protection of minors and vulnerable players, safeguards players’ rights, promotes responsible gaming in a safe environment, ensures the integrity of games and gaming devices, and keeps gaming free from criminal activities. Casinos authorised by MGA are supervised efficiently, so choosing one of them is always a great option.
The reputation of Curacao as a jurisdiction is generally mixed, as it has more relaxed regulation standards compared to UKGC or MGA. On the other hand, however, the lower fees and more favourable tax regime of Curacao attract the majority of online casinos, allowing them to offer more games and bonuses for players. If you want a casino with more bonuses, and possibly more slots available, the right choice will be a casino authorised in Curacao.
Curacao is also very different, as it takes an unusual approach. The gaming authorities on the island do not authorise and supervise casinos by themselves but delegate the process to four master holders -Antillephone, Gaming Curacao, E-Gaming and CIL. These master license operators are third-party companies having the power to authorise and supervise casinos. Such an approach gives room for speculation that Curacao casinos are not well-supervised, but at the same time, it makes licensing quicker, the process is cheaper, and it allows casinos to be flexible and to offer more games and bonuses.
And then, there is CasinoGalaxy, which apparently operates without a license, so do yourself a favour and find a regulated casino instead.

Deposit and Withdrawal
Currencies: Binance Coin (BNB), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), British Pound Sterling (GBP), Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Japanese Yen (JPY), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Russian Ruble (RUB), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH)
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €10 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Crypto | €10 | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Only two deposit methods are accepted – credit/debit cards and crypto. If you prefer the latter, there are a number of options to choose from – BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT and possibly others. The minimum deposit is €10, which is a favourable condition. The maximum is not specified. Each deposit is instant and free of charge.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Crypto | €20 | €2500 | up to 24 hours | Free |
Two methods for withdrawals, as well, and we cannot confirm that CasinoGalaxy agrees to transfer the money to credit/debit cards (bank accounts respectively). There is no mentioning anywhere, so we have excluded that option, since it's not verified. From that perspective, be careful if you will deposit since the only withdrawal method is likely to be crypto. If you don't fancy using crypto, you will certainly face a lot of problems getting money from CasinoGalaxy.
The minimum withdrawal is said to be €20 – a good condition. The maximum single transaction is not specified, but the size will depend on the withdrawal limits – €2500 per day and €15 000 per month. The daily restriction is overall favourable, at least standard. The monthly, on the other hand, is not so good – other casinos have much more relaxed conditions.
The processing time is not particularly specified, but CasinoGalaxy claims that each request is carried out as quickly as possible. Based on their claims, we assume that the timeframe is 24 hours. That said, we shall also remind you that CasinoGalaxy already disappointed us with false claims, so we are not really inclined to believe in what they say.
Before a withdrawal, players are obliged to wager their deposits three times – the rollover requirement. This is a gaming condition and an AML measure imposed by every casino. The standard is from 1 to 3 times, so CasinoGalaxy easily fits in.
The inactive account policy is also standard – a €5 fee will apply to accounts with no log in for a period of 12 months. On the 13th, the account will be charged.
Games and Game Suppliers
Game providers: Platipus, Wazdan, Evolution, Tom Horn, Booming Games, PragmaticPlay, Belatra, Alg, Mr Slotty, LuckyStreak, Merkur, Ezugi, Spinomenal, Betsoft, GameArt
CasinoGalaxy works with some leading providers, but the overall number is not that great. The casino features Pragmatic games, but frustratingly, two of the most popular slots of the studios – Big Bass Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, are not available. All in all, the gaming library is not so rich. Here are the featured slots: Thrones of Persia, Chinese Gold Hold and Spin, Gypsy Rose, Sugar Pop, Joker Heist, Quest to the West, 888 Gold, Safari Sam, Hit Saber, At The Copa, Domnitors Deluxe, Lucky Lady's Clover, Hawaii Cocktails, Domnitors, Good Girl, Bad Girl, After Night Falls, Burning Chilli X, Puppy Love Plus, Greedy Goblins, Zombie Town, Dim Sum Prize.
In the lobby of Live Casino, players will have access to classics like Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker and Roulette, to name but a few. Interestingly, crash games like Plinko, Mines and Boxes are placed in the Live Casino section, which is weird.
Conclusion
The first impression is important, but it's not enough. We were pleasantly surprised with the good look of CasinoGalaxy and the no deposit bonus. From there on, however, everything else was more or less disappointing. The casino doesn't have a license, offers not enough games, accepts very few payment methods, and on top of it all, the withdrawals are only in crypto. The worst of all, however, is that there are some unclear TCs and false claims undermining the already shaken image of the casino. We cannot say that CasinoGalaxy is a good place. Find a better house instead, and play responsibly.
