CandyLand Casino is one of the worst gaming experiences we have had this year. The casino is so bad that it might actually be a real scam, or at least something closer to this than to a legitimate gambling platform.

The bonuses here lack any depth and you never know what you are getting yourselves into. In the end, despite there being a good amount of promotions and things to do, we do not recommend them since the lack of transparency might prodice some unwanted results later on.
Welcome Bonus of 400%: All we know is that the maximum cash-out here is capped at 10 times the initial deposit amount.
Welcome Bonus of 100%: The maximum cash-out is 10 times the deposit made to activate the bonus. The wagering is only 1x, so this bonus is a walk in the park, that is if you can trust CandyLand Casino.
Weekly Promotions Raffle: Each deposit of $25 grant the player one raffle ticket, and the more you have of these the higher the chances of earning a cash rewards. The max cashout here is 2x the deposit, and there's a 1x wagering requirement that ahs to be met prior to a withdrawal attempt. That's all there is about this bonus.
Weekly CashTravaganza Promotions: During a period called “Cashparty” the user gets up to 80% cashback. That is all we can tell you about this one. To us it sounds too good to be true.
Comp Points: Players get one comp point for every dollars wagered. They can be exchanged for various rewards and bonuses. This is the loyalty program.
Tournaments: According to the casino there are weekly tournaments during whihc each bet earn the client Tourney Points. The players with the most points get to share $50 000.
If any cashback is won from the tournaments there is a 1x wagering requirement attached to it.
Note that user who have a balance of over $100 will not qualify for any Tournament rewards, which is a limiting factor and very demotivating for scores of clients.
LICENSE
CandyLand Casino does not present any legal information, any licensing seal, not even a parent company. The terms and conditions claim that the casino is regulated by the Government of Curacao, but we don't believe it. There is no proof to support this vague claim; if every casino were like this one the industry would collapse. CandyLand Casino remains unregulated.
Moreover, the legal docs claim that casino is audited and validated Random Number Generator (RNG), which might be true considering that it has games from Betsoft and other big studios, which would never grant their titles to a biased casino, but that's not what matters here.
CandyLand Casino actually feels unlicensed. Throughout the review we give examples of this, but especially in the payments section things get very bad. There are also multiple mentions of cryptocurrencies which are always a risky endeavor to play around with, however the underlining tone of CandyLand Casino is still far worse than the default state of crypto assets.
Take a look at the following clause for example. It states that the casino can change in terms and conditions – potentially updating them with clauses that can have huge repercussion to an account – at its own discretion, so that the user might find himself banned or with no money due to some short provision right in the middle of the terms and conditions that was just introduced a couple of hours ago.
If you still want more proof why this casino is not trustworthy you need only look at the indemnification clause which is as short as it is effective at rendering the casino indemnified against any legal action the client might take against it.
Ask yourselves why would an organization make the effort to include this provision if it had not, at some point in the past, considered being liable for something it did. This is inappropriate and shady behavior, as if we are reviewing a scammer broker.

Just to note that the payment methods are scattered, and we cannot guarantee that all these will be available to users. No promises are made CandyLand Casino's side. We have to mention that the casino mentions cryptocurrencies, so we have to warn users that these are very risky assets, that can change in value in no time. The volatility is unexpected.
All credit card deposits are charged a fee ranging from 3% to 6.5%. But that's not nearly all the fees. The casino takes full advantage of its unregulated status and bombards the clientele will unfair commissions.
All withdrawals will be charged with a transfer fee that varies between $10 to $40, based on the client location and payment processor. These seems to be payment system fees, but from our side payment system fees are never that high (excluding certain bank transfers). So we suspect the casino takes a percentage for itself, seeing as it is not required to follow any regulatory standards.
Then there are are deposit refund fees: for a SEPA wire it's $20.00, for SWIFT bank it's $75.00, and for a paper check its $55. These are incredibly high commissions for any sort of transaction and another instance where CandyLand Casino milks its status as an unlicensed entity.
Approval time for withdrawal can take up to 18 days with 15 being an average. What kind of processing time it this? Nearly a month (it's 15 work days) for a withdraw request? Another ludicrous condition.
All deposits have to be rolled over at least once in order to unlock the withdrawal request. Otherwise, the withdrawal will not be approved. This is separate from the bonus wagering requirements.
If a deposit is of $249 or less, it has a maximum profit cap at 10x for that play session. It seems to us that there is a hidden clause here between the lines, since the casino never clarifies what the “remaining” funds actually are. Usually with these sort so of clauses the once the player completes the rollover requirement he is free to withdraw, but here it seems that the casino grants itself powers that are go overboard. But the worst part is that the client will be stuck in this trap clause, and will probably have to pay whatever the casino wants. This is one occasion where a license would have completely eradicated this shady condition.
Even the dormant account clause is transgressive. If a user is dormant for more than 90 days, then the casino can take all the money from a user's account. The client can claim the amount back but it seems that the odds are on the casino's side. It will invoke the 3 month rule in case the client wants his money back, which will make the whole thing very hard, legally, for the player. Another reason why you should be careful around CandyLand Casino.
GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS
The first thing we notices was the lack of organization and character to the games selection screen. The lack of presentation speaks of how little the casino cares for any industry standards.
There are around 250 slot games, which compared to most other casinos is a joke. The lack of variety and certain titles will disassociate users from the casino even further. But with that said, we did find some popular titles available such as Midas Touch, Destiny Wild, Bamboo Rush, Sugar Pop 2, the Slotfather 2, Giovanni's Gems, the Angler, Mr Vegas, Rook's Revenge, the Golden Owl of Athena, and more, but definitely no enough to make an impact. For some reason, the slots were mixed in with table games, which makes the whole ordeal unprofessional and confusing.
On to the live casino section, where we find Fresh Deck Studios, which is actually a provider of Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, and Blackjack live games. The casino offers live games from this one developer only, but we are not sure whihc games are available because the the actual titles have been hidden behind the registration process. So, we can only speculate. But we know for a fact that the live games selection is limited and not worth it at all. There is simply not variety whatsoever.
The last section here are the table games. There we found only four Blackjack and Poker games. In the slots section there were some other limited games. When put altogether, the table games count is around 15. This is a joke number, and considering that table games are already losing their popularity, it does not seem like CandyLand Casino included them for the players, but out of charity for the games themselves.
There is a leaderboards section that needed some sort of access code to enter, so it remained outside out reach. But even with it, we don't see how this small incentive can help the casino.
The gaming situation is disastrous, and we can tell you now that there is really no reason to play here. Almost any other casino out there has better things to offer.
Game providers: Betsoft, Tom Horn, Felix Gaming, Qora Games, Dragon Gaming, Fugaso, Authentic Gaming
CONCLUSION
CandyLand Casino is in an unacceptable state bordering that of a pure scam. So, no we do not recommend this casino to anyone for any reason. The sad news is that even if tis was regulated, CandyLand Casino would still be a waste of time considering the lack of games.
