Bucks Empire
Table of contents
Bucks Empire is brand new casino which has just opened its virtual doors at the time of writing. It is less than a month old as of August 2023, and that might make it seem like a pretty attractive place to bet. However, we have some pretty serious concerns about this casino. At the very least, its conditions are definitely not up to par with how the rest of casinos nowadays treat their players!
For instance, there are withdrawal fees, which can be pretty high. That is not something we see commonly, and is always quite off-putting. There is also the matter of the exceptionally low amount of Game suppliers which are featured on the website of the house. Consequentially, there is a fairly shallow amount of games you can even play here. We would like to mention that Bucks Empire does a couple of things right, though. Its bonuses seem to be quite decent.
So should you play here? Let's take a closer look at every important aspect of this casino, in order to be able to answer this question:
Bonuses
Here is a list of the promotions which you can expect from Bucks Empire, as well as their most notable features:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
No Deposit Bonus | - | Unspecified | 60x | $100 |
Welcome Bonus | $25 | 150% | 40x | $5000 |
Turbo Bonus | $20 | 55% | 40x | $2500 |
Morning Bonus | $29 | 70% | 40x | $5000 |
Midnight Wins Bonus | $55 | 100% | 40x | 60x issued bonus |
Happy Hour Bonus | $45 | 120% | 40x | 60x issued bonus |
Weekly Cashback | - | Unspecified | 60x | $1000 |
Interestingly enough, not one of these bonuses has the maximum amount of cash you can get mentioned at any point. Also, there does not seem to be any Free Spins available. Regardless, the bonuses themselves are decently varied. There is a single aspect to them which they all share. Before taking a closer look into each of the bonuses, we would like to talk about that. The promotions can be divided in Deposit bonuses, which trigger when you cash in and Non deposit bonuses, which trigger when a certain condition is met. The former have a wagering requriement of 40x. A wagering requirement is the amount of times a casino expects its player to turn a bonus over before they are allowed to withdraw it. Usually, it is in the range of 30x-40x for similar bonuses, and so, this is a fair amount. Non Deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 50x for slots and 60x for any other game by the casino. That is not fair for the Cashback bonus, mentioned at the very bottom of the table above. Since these bonuses are made up of player losses, the average wagering requirements for them are lower, around 5-10x in general.
Now let's take a closer look into all bonuses by the casino:
- Starting off with its No Deposit Bonus, this is a promotion which rewards newly registered players with a certain amount of bonus money. Since Bucks Empire has not mentioned how much, we cannot know either, but the bonus only requires you to sign up to claim. Therefore, any amount you can get will be essentially free! The cash out limit for this bonus is $100. This means profits over this amount will actually be written off. But because the bonus does not require you to deposit anything to get, there is no reason to complain about the limit imposed on it. Furthermore, the amount is comparatively high, and stacks up well against what most other casinos allow.
- If you decide to cash in with Bucks Empire, you can get the Welcome Bonuses. This is a package of promotions which will increase the amount of funds which you get for cashing in the first two times with the casino. Note that the Promotions page claims that you can get the bonus twice, while the Terms and Conditions of the house state you can get it five times. Either way, any time you receive the bonus, you will need to deposit $25 or more to get it. On average, most casinos require $20 for their players to get a bonus, but this one requires more. It is not that big of a difference, and the offering is worth it – the amount of Bonus money you get is equal to 150% of the deposited funds. The maximum cash out is pretty high too – $5000.
- The next promotion we'd like to cover is called the Turbo Bonus. This is a pretty good promotion, which can be got an unlimited amount of times. You can even get the bonus multiple times in the same day! It offers you 55% of the deposited funds as bonus money, and has a pretty high cash out limit of $2500. Furthermore, the entry cost requirement for the bonus is $20, which is quite more reasonable. All of that makes the bonus the highlight of what this casino has to offer!
- There are also bonuses with Bucks Empire which can be claimed only a limited amount of times per account, even though they are not part of the Welcome Package. The next three promotions are just these. Let's start with the Morning promotion, which grants the player 70% of whatever they have deposited. There is a requirement to cash in between 6 AM and 11 PM on any workday, to be eligible for the bonus. Its minimum deposit requirement of $29 is a bit steep, too, but the max cash out of $5000 is quite decent.
- Deposits made between 11 PM and 6 AM will also be eligible for a bonus – the Midnight Wins incentive. This bonus requires you to deposit quite the large amount of money – you need to cash in $55 or more. What you can get for this is a 100% of the deposit as bonus funds, with a maximum cash out of 60x the issued bonus. The promotion is quite generous, but we would have liked to see a lower minimum deposit be required of the player.
- There is also a special incentive for deposits made between 4 PM and 6 PM, called the Happy Hour Bonus. This promotion is better than the last, as it grants you 120% of the cashed in sum as bonus funds. There's the same 60x cash-out limit too, and the minimum deposit is $45. While lower, that is still too high un our opinion.
- Lastly, the Cashback Bonus with Bucks Empire is the promotion which we mentioned at the start. This kind of bonus is nothing new – casinos offer a certain percentage of the losses of their players over a certain amount of time. With Bucks Empire, there's no information on what the percentage is, but the amount of time is seven days. To get the bonus, your account needs to have a balance of $0 or less. The minimum amount of funds you can get is $100, and the maximum is $1000. The latter is also the cash out limit for the bonus.
License
Regulation is incredibly important in a casino. The majority of houses we cover are licensed and follow various regulatory regimes. We are sad to report that there is no such information about Bucks Empire! There is no mention of who the operator behind this casino is, or where they are running from. This does not automatically mean that there is something shady about the casino, but it does mean the player does not have access to protections they could otherwise expect. Here is a couple of examples of what these look like:
- As part of their activities, casinos collect a lot of player data. This can include sensitive and personal information about you, which needs to be stored safely too. This is why the majority of regulatory bodies nowadays require houses to use some of the strictest encryption protocols available when handling player data. The odds of said data leaking or being hacked are quite small!
- Next, there is also a big focus on the mental health of the player in the majority of regulatory jurisdictions. Various self-exclusion options are available to them. From custom time out warnings, to deposit limits they can set for themselves, players have a lot of control over how they gamble. Furthermore, there is also the ability to have your account closed if you need it. The casinos which hold licenses not only need to respect these requests, but are held liable if they fail to do so!
- The third aspect of regulation which we would like to mention deals with the games themselves. The RTP ratings of any online casino game can easily be checked nowadays. They represent the percentage of money you can expect the keep, on average, while playing. The random number generators in these games are the algorithms which determine the outcome of every bet you place. Licensed casinos submit those for audits, which are performed by independent professionals. That is the only way to certify that the games you are playing are going to be free from any bias!
As you can see, there are many advantages to licensed houses over unregulated entities like this one. In general, we would recommend only playing with casinos which are regulated. Back to Bucks Empire, though, here is a list of two of the important aspects of the website of the casino. These are what languages it can be viewed in, as well as the countries where it is not allowed to play from:
Languages: English
Restricted countries: United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S.
Deposit and Withdrawal
The deposit methods with the casino only include credit cards and crypto. This is pretty limiting, because credit card are restricted as means of payment in some countries. On the other hand, crypto is quite complex, and might not be the best way for most people to pay. But even if there were two e-wallets, we would still be concerned with the limited number of deposit options with the casino! Here are the conditions around cashing in, as well as the currencies that are accepted:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | Unspecified | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
Currencies: US Dollar (USD), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin (BTC)
Another issue with the casino is the lack of information about what the minimum deposit requirements are. In general, they are around $10-20 for most houses. Now let's see what the withdrawal policies are with Bucks Empire:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | Unspecified | Unspecified | up to 5 days | Fees possible! |
Crypto | Unspecified | Unspecified | up to 5 days | Fees possible! |
Once again, there's no information on what the minimum or the maximum amounts you can cash out are. However, the rest of the aspects of this policy are pretty bad. Starting off with the high processing times for withdrawals, the casino says it takes between 3 days (72 hours) and 5 days (120 hours) for them to be approved. It then states that even higher delays are possible! This is not acceptable when there are tons of casinos out there which have processing times of up to 24 hours.
What's even worse is the fact that there are fees applied to withdrawals, as per the following section of the Terms and Conditions of the casino:
The first two withdrawals each month are free from fees, as well as requests to cash out over $300. Any other cash out request will incur a fee of up to $40, as per the following:
This is not acceptable! There is no reason for casinos to charge withdrawal fees these days, and the vast majority of them do not do so. Also note that the fees by Bucks Empire are on top of any possible chares by the payment provider itself. All of these are very off-putting details about the casino's withdrawal policies.
There is no information about whether a minimum wagering requriement is imposed on deposited funds. That is a common AML policy with most licensed casinos. There does not seem to be an inactivity fee either.
Games and Game Suppliers
Here is a list of all of the Game suppliers which are featured on Bucks Empire's website:
Game providers: Playson, Booming Games, Dragon Gaming, Reevo, LuckyStreak, Spribe, Corps, Ezugi, Tom Horn, Fugaso, Wazdan, Red Rake, Kalamba, Booongo, Betsoft
As you can see, that is a pretty short list! This means the casino not only has a tiny amount of games, but the titles themselves are pretty similar to one another. We expect a player to grow bored of that rather quickly.
Either way, here is what you can play:
- The most numerous type of game with the casino are its Slots. Games like Kensei Blades, Gemini Joker and Pirate Sharky can be played here. They are divided by theme for easy browsing, and you can bring up all of the Action, Adventure and so on slots. There are also Jackpot slots too, in their own section of the website. Some slots are listed as Specialty games, because of their mechanics. This section contains 3 reels slots and other such unique games.
- There are also some Table Games, and players can access various Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack and Roulettes variations. But no live versions of them are available at all, and that is very disappointing! No Game shows can be played either.
- Next, we should mention there are no Crash games. Overall, it would benefit Bucks Empire to expand its games library, because it is currently pretty underwhelming.
Conclusion
Overall, it seems that the drawbacks of this casino are more significant than its advantages. Most notably, its withdrawals policy is incredibly unfair to players. And even if we were to somehow ignore that, the amount of games you can play is so tiny that there is just no reason to stick to this casino. Check out one of the licensed houses on top of this review, which we can recommend instead.
