Bounty Reels
Table of contents
Bounty Reels is a new online gambling house, but not one we can recommend. In fact, it is almost surprising just how bad this casino turned out to be! It managed to disappoint us at every turn.
The biggest issue with the casino is definitely the lack of regulation. The house is run by a completely anonymous operator, who has not revealed as much as its name, much less what its regulatory status is, or where it is headquartered. The lack of regulation means that certain protections we normally expect players to have access to cannot be found with Bounty Reels!
Secondly, another major failing of the house has to do with its payment policies. More specifically, it only accepts one method of deposit. The withdrawal conditions, on the other hand, are a bit more diverse, but incredibly unfriendly to the player. With unreasonable requirements to comply with and low limits on how much you can cash out, playing here just cannot be fun!
Another issue with the casino comes from the lack of bonuses – there are just a couple of Welcome promotions, and after you've played through all of them, no more deposit bonuses will be available. What's more, the conditions of what Bounty Reels does offer are actually quite terrible.
The games library of the casino is just decent. It does not reach the heights of other casinos, but it is also probably the most competitive aspect of this entire experience. And nevertheless, that cannot make up for all the issues we just mentioned. We would like to expand on all that, so check out the full review below, if you are interested in playing at the following casino:
Bonuses
Here is a full list of the promotions available with Bounty Reels:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
First Deposit Bonus | €10 | 150% | 45x | Unspecified |
Second Deposit Bonus | €50 | 175% | 45x | Unspecified |
Third Deposit Bonus | €150 | 200% | 45x | Unspecified |
Sport Bonus | €20 | Unspecified | 45x | Unspecified |
Cyber Sport Bonus | €20 | Unspecified | 45x | Unspecified |
Lotteries | - | Unspecified | 45x | Unspecified |
As you can see, that's actually a fairly short list! There are three Welcome Bonuses, and then, the house hosts several lotteries. Let's start off with the three initial deposit bonuses:
- The First Deposit Bonus Bounty Reels offers is the best among the three, hands down. It only requires you to cash in €10 to obtain, and adds 150% of whatever you have deposited to your account.
- Next, the Second Deposit Bonus is a lot less reasonable. Sure, it has a higher multiplier of 175% for its respective deposit, but it also requires you to deposit €50 in order to obtain. Normally, we see such bonuses require you to come up with way less – just €20 at most.
- The Third Deposit Bonus, on the other hand, has the most ridiculous of these entry cost requirements. It demands you cash in €150 in order to claim! The 200% multiplier for this deposit is great, sure, but there are plenty of promotions which are more readily available.
What's more, none of these bonuses have the maximum amounts you can get mentioned anywhere. It is up to anyone's guess what those are! The wagering requirements on the promotions are also unusually high. All of them need to be played through 45x before you can cash out. A wagering requirement is pretty much an inseparable part of the bonus policies of any casino nowadays, but they are never actually as high. Normally, you would be expected to play through the promotions 40x at most. In fact, there are plenty of casinos which are satisfied with an even lower requirement of just 30x.
Another issue we take with these Welcome bonuses is that the cash out limit, if there is one, is not mentioned. Such limits are restrictions on how much you can win after you've claimed the bonus, and some casinos implement them, while others do not. The vague Terms and Conditions of this house do not mention anything about this, though!
If you are looking to engage in Sports betting with the house, you can get access to two different Sports Welcome Bonuses. We say different, but the promotions are actually not that distinct between each other. Both of them add 150% of the first deposit you place, and both of them have the same reasonable €20 minimum deposit requirement.
However, that is where the praise for the promotions ends. First off, the same issue with the maximum bonus not being present is applicable to the Sports bonuses too. What's more, their wagering requirement is also 45x.
When it comes to wagering sports bonuses, casinos have requirements of up to 15x. There are also houses which have opted to reduce these wagering requirements even further – to up to 10x. However, only bets on games with odds over a certain amount count towards the bonus.
Whichever of the two approaches casinos take, they have lower requirements for their sports bonuses than Bounty Reels does. There is once again no mention of the cash out limit of the bonus, if one is applicable at all.
The final kind of bonus you can get with this casino comes form the various Lotteries it runs. At the time of writing, there is one of these promotions active, which awards players with bonuses between €5 and €200. These rewards are offered to players picked on a random basis. What's more, the players need to wager such prizes 45x before they can cash them out. Now that hardly fees like a reward at all.
There is also another type of reward – between €10 and €100, issued to ten lucky players. This bonus does not feature a wagering requirement, and can be cashed out pretty much instantly.
The issue with these lotteries is not only that the casino has a wagering requirement for some of the rewards, but also that they simply cannot replace a good deposit bonus. There is no guarantee that participating in the Bounty Reels promotion will award you with anything. In comparison, the majority of good casinos nowadays are simply able to offer you a set of bonuses throughout the week which you can claim and play with. This is far simpler and fair than having only lotteries available.
And we are not against Tournaments, Lotteries and so on in principle – we are just unhappy with casinos which see them as the main way for players to receive bonuses!
License
Perhaps the biggest issue we have with this casino stems from the fact that it is completely unlicensed. The house does not mention where it operates from, as we said, much less who its operator is.
That does not automatically make Bounty Reels fraudulent, though, and we would not want to imply that. What it does mean is that the casino cannot provide you with the protections you might have come to expect from other houses. Such protections include different measures, based on the regulatory body which has licensed the casino. Some bodies are stricter – like the UKGC and the MGA, and mandate casinos focus more on responsible gambling, while other, like the four Curacao regulatory bodies, are more lax and let houses offer bigger bonuses.
Whichever regulator a house is licensed with, they tend to provide players with the following guarantees:
- There is no way you can be sure you are playing actual games of chance with this casino. That is because its games library has not undergone the audits which are mandatory for licensed houses. The audits are performed by different independent professionals, picked by the different regulators. However, all off these professionals do the same – they go over the complex mathematical algorithms in each game, which determine the outcome of every bet you can place. That way, it can be certified that there is no bias in the way the games produce their results, and that they pay out as much as they are supposed to!
- Another area of focus for all regulators is responsible gaming and the protection of players from developing addictive tendencies. To do so, they require casinos implement different measures, which you can opt in to, in order to reduce your exposure to the casino at any time. For instance, these can include custom deposit limits, as well as the ability to opt in to time out warnings, and even close down your whole account. Not to mention that casinos need to offer you a variety of information on what problem gambling looks like and where you can seek help if you need it.
- Finally, we would like to mention that casinos are event expected to safeguard the data they collect from players! In order for houses to comply with the strict KYC policies which are designed to combat money-laundering and other financial crime, they need to make sure they establish the source of every player's funds. That does mean that you need to submit a lot of personal info to be able to play, though. It leaking could cause you a lot of damage. So, it is important for players to be certain that info is stored safely. Regulators demand casinos do just that, with some of the safest encryption protocols they have access to.
As you can see, playing with regulated houses has a lot of advantages over their unregulated peers. That is just what we advise you to do. The only risks you face should come from losing what you've wagered, you should not gamble with whether the casino is reliable or not, too!
Let's get back to Bounty Reels, though. Here is a list of the languages you can view its website in:
Languages: English
And here are the countries where its website is not going to be available in, or from where you will not be able to open an account, due to the regulatory approach to online gambling within said countries:
Restricted countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Poland, Sweden, Show All, Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Curaçao, Cyprus, Côte d'Ivoire, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, Finland, French Polynesia, Gambia, Gibraltar, Greece, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Romania, Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Virgin Islands, British, Virgin Islands, U.S., Åland
Deposit and Withdrawal
There is only one means of depositing with this casino, and that is credit cards. We find that to make Bounty Reels incredibly uncompetitive. The majority of houses we cover strive to make it easier for anyone to cash in, and introduce various means of cashing in to do so.
From credit cards, through e-wallets and e-vouchers, to even crypto and localized banking solutions like Interac, casinos tend to let you pick what is most convenient for you, instead of forcing you to use a deposit method which is easy for them to process.
Still, let's take a look at the conditions around cashing in, and the currencies in which you can do so:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €10 | €300 | Instant | Free |
Currencies: Euro (EUR), Russian Ruble (RUB)
There is no issue with the minimum deposit requirement of Bounty Reels. It is actually pretty good, and most casinos require you to cash in €10-20 too, in general. What we do have an issue with is the exceptionally low maximum deposit. High-rollers will be put off by the fact they can only cash up to €300.
There are no fees by the casino, but if third party charges by the credit card issuer apply, you will be expected to cover them. That is not unique to this casino, though. In fact, most houses require players to pay for any transaction costs nowadays.
Now, let's take a look at the withdrawal policies:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | €150 | €400 | up to 36 hours | Free |
Crypto | €150 | €400 | up to 36 hours | Free |
Curiously enough, the casino lets you cash out via crypto as well, even though you cannot have deposited that way. Usually, houses prefer to pay out in the same method as you have deposited, but that does not seem to be the case here.
Either way, before you can cash out, you have to comply with the following clause:
We see absolutely no reason why you need to have deposited in the past month to cash out. This is a very unusual restriction, which we find to be incredibly out of place.
Additionally, you need to wager your deposits at least once before filing a withdrawal request, otherwise, you will have to pay a penalty fee of 20% of the value of the withdrawal. This is business as usual, and most casinos have similar requirements, as part of their AML policies.
What's more concerning is the frankly ridiculous minimum deposit requirement. You need to cash out no less than €150 at a time, while having a maximum withdrawal amount of no more than €400. Both of these are inappropriate requirements, and make Bounty Reels incredibly uncompetitive.
We take issue especially with its minimum withdrawal requirement. Why does it have a normal entry cost if cashing out means withdrawing fifteen times as much as you have cashed in? We cannot help but feel that this policy is designed to make it more difficult for players to cash out. There is no legitimate reason for it!
At least there are no fees by Bounty Reels – you would only be responsible for covering the third party charges we already mentioned. There's a fee for inactive accounts, too – here is what it is:
Such penalties for inactivity are common with most casinos, and are far less concerning that the other problematic clauses we mentioned!
Games and Game Suppliers
Probably the only area in which Bounty Reels delivers is the games it offers access to. Here is a list of all the Suppliers we saw listed on its website:
Game providers: BGaming, 1spin4win, Booongo, PGSoft, Betsoft, PlayBro, Evolution, Platipus, Gamzix, Vibra Gaming, Turbogames, Cyber Slot, Champion, Bet2Tech, Vivo Gaming, Gamebeat, Tvbet, TPG, KA Gaming, CQ Gaming, Oriental Game, Mr Slotty, Absolute Live Gaming, Betsolutions, Mancala, Spigo, Evoplay, Spade Gaming, Salsa Technology, Amigo Gaming, Espresso Games, Macaw Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, Zillion, Mascot, Endorphina, CT Interactive, Virtual Generation, Atmosfera, Onlyplay, Fazi, NetEnt, Nucleus, Playtech, Quickspin, Belatra, Popiplay, Chilli Games, Yggdrasil, Concept Gaming, 7Mojos, NetGame, Other
There are less than the average amount of developers casinos partner with – we counted under 50 of them in total. However, since Bounty Reels partners with some pretty big names, there is actually a lot of decent games you can play:
- Slots: You cannot play some of the most popular slots nowadays, like Big Bass Bonanza, Wolf's Gold and so on, but there are other fun games to discover, like Lucky Lady Moon and plenty of Book Slots. We also like that Bounty Reels has specifically highlighted the New slots, which will help players looking for them navigate the games library easier.
- Table Games: A good variety of classic casino experiences like Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes and Sic Bo are available here, with both live dealer and virtual dealer versions of the games you can play.
- Game Shows: There are a couple of fun televised casino experiences to tune in to – like Crazy Time, Funky Time and Mega Wheel. That said, the game shows of Pragmatic Play are really missing from this otherwise decent roster!
- Mini Games: You can find various Keno games, bingo games and so on to play on in this casual section of the website. Perplexingly, there are no Crash games.
The Sporsbook of Bounty Reels is what we expected. Both live and prematch bets are accepted, and the house features a couple of esports, too. The range of events is impressive, and you can wager on massive games like Football, or things like lacrosse or the US presidential elections.
Conclusion
Bounty Reels is a terrible place to bet. We cannot recommend the casino, because the only somewhat redeeming quality it has is the amount of games which are accessible. However, we should mention that there are countless of better options out there – casinos which both offer you a robust amount of fun experiences, while also taking your safety seriously. We cannot stress enough how much better it would be to play in a licensed house, much less how much better the payment policies of one of those licensed houses are. There is no need to deal with the weird deposit and withdrawal requirements of Bounty Reels – just browse our list of recommended houses to find a better alternative!
