The percentage and amount of money you can recover depend on your account level – but it was only specified what the conditions surrounding the lowest, Bronze level, are. At that level, you get 5% of your weekly losses up to $688, back. The turnover you have to reach in order to withdraw this money is 10x and has to be reached within 7 days.

The casino's Refer A Friend program comes at two levels – Normal and VIP. At the Normal level, you get $20 for every friend you refer, and that person deposits at least $200 within 60 days from the registration date. The wagering requirements are 3x.
